To try to become, is to buy into your lie. First lye down and lay down the I that you are not, (yet are known as) and down will come the pretense of self that you were uncomfortable with in the first place.

The search for truth is ended with your letting go of your identity by spending some time doing nothing about anything; as the lies will flee one who does nothing about them.

Instead of fleeing who you are to be someone else, be comfortable being where you do not wish to be; with yourself alone.

But don't take it from me, look to yourself for your truth and when you think you have found it to be less than a "wonder" to yourself; stop wondering and keep looking in peace.

We are here now to be effectively divine; allow your "evaulator" to be embraced by the divine and shock him into a realization of his own truth.

Looking for consciousness in a crowd of people actively talking to each other… Oh boy… What an impossible task.

Where does one find a free consciousness to interact with?

One who the universe fully supports?

One who shares his freedom with everyone he comes into contact with?

Where does one find a free consciousness today?

Well, the answer to that is easy; the free consciousness is one who chooses it’s own company first, until it’s knowledge of self is complete. When one knows oneself fully, then and only then, are you ready and able for consciousness to be fully at home in you.

Being fully conscious as you, is the goal of all of your actions, it is the impetus of your every movement and that is to improve, to grow and to be the perfect expression of you in humanity and “that” will only get confused, when you look for meaning in the lives of others. If you look to be validated here, by those who have other points of view, you’re enjoyment of this reality is going to be severely diminished.

Do you care what the animals in the zoo think of you? Or, are you more enlightened there, seeing them for what they are, enjoying their diversity, celebrating their uniqueness and being inspired by the multiple forms that life takes on as consciousness is expressed here as living things?

Celebrate all life,

it is what it is,

as it is

and

is here to improve itself according to it’s own awareness and point of view.

What if there was even a slight possibility that divinity could be you?

That you could be seen as having “become” it?

What if that could be true for you?

If you knew that that could be “me too” (as you think of yourself)?

Me too,

me too for freedom,

me too for my freedom, I agree with God on that one.

God grant me the ability to realize my own freedom!

Why would you be embarrassed about asking for that?

Don’t wonder about wether something that someone else could be saying could possibly enlighten you further than your own choice to simply be enlightened. The imput from somebody else that is not enlightened, is going to be; No, that is not for you. Not even the possibility of that freedom will those who are not free grant to another. So it is for You, to look to Yourself for the blessing of the divine, or at least for the Willingness to Commune with That which is the divine, so that you can know what your own truth is. Because it is there that it is found, in those who are sublimely, divinely and wonderfully free.

Give others the experience of the highest level of consciousness which they are willing to aspire to experience for themselves. Give them their wish, their best wish for themselves; the wish that improves them to the degree that they are a wonderful experience here for the rest of us.

What is my willingness to allow eternal truth to move through me?

To become me as I become it? As we become each other, we are a blessing to all others who share our reality. Where is that found in my life? You may ask yourself. Where am I able to move in such a way that I am free and a blessing to others?

To get the answer to that question, you have to go to the depths of where you never wish to go; you find your freedom in the unconfrontable agony of self realization.

If it were not agony, everybody would be doing it, so there, I have said it; The realization of self, in this reality, for someone who is at the “norm” of this reality, is a tortuous transition of monumental proportions. One where you move through seemingly endless amounts of fear for your own survival and where you must fully embrace the depths of that, in order to realize your Truth; that you are not controlled by anything that you do not know, or by anything that you do not choose to be so in this moment.

Who welcomes your truth here when you are at your best?

Who is your biggest fan, when you do that which is extraordinary?

Who would love it if in fact you yourself, transcended this reality into a radiance of divine, unconditional love?…

As you welcome the freedom within your body, you have to also release self as that which is surrendering to the freedom. You are that which desired the freedom, so as that, you must be the “who” that transcends this reality. Your divine self is wonderful and your divine self is “your real truth” but it is not from him that you need to learn, it is to your own self that you need to be true and be realized as, until your experience of self is divine perfection.

The experience of self as divine perfection, now “that” is an interesting goal to have and what is a goal any way? A goal is a completed state, envisioned, embraced and allowed to move you through the experience of that, as your own reality, until reality sees you as that also.

How do you inspire your enemy to bless you?

Now think about this, you can’t appreciate divine consciousness, until you have fully embraced it, until it no it no longer holds any mystery for you. Consciously welcome your own divine self realization. How bad could that be for you? It won’t be unless you are addicted to and prefer “not knowing” as your identification of self here.

So what is it like to live as you would be if you became fully conscious here as a member of the elete in knowing the truth that frees you here? Are you willing to give into that? Feel it, give into the consciousness that frees you from your limitations. Why wouldn’t you defer to that? If you want your limitations removed and you can’t do it; surrender to that which can and will without obligation. Surrender to that which delivers to you your freedom when asked to.

You don’t need to put a name on it just because a bunch of your friends say that it is uniquely “that someone” according to “our understanding of who he is” and “our understanding is what he is, you know.” “is what he is, who he is and everyone else who has a perception of that, is wrong if it differs form our group agreement.” and; “ours” really isn’t ours, it is a story that somebody told who is dead now, that we can’t ask him if he were really telling the truth. So quit wondering about the truth of all of those types of things and give into that which knows it already and watch what happens to you when you do. Hmm, it just got better for you, surprise, surprise, you surrender to the ultimate truth and what does the ultimate truth do? It blesses you with a better you, go figure.

So is it really a weak thing to do? No, its the bravest thing that can be done to surrender to the unknown infinite source. From a state of fallen consciousness it is a brave thing to do, thats why no one does it.

It’s terrifying to say; I sacrifice myself (not my only begotten son) I sacrifice myself upon the alter of knowing truth. Living as the knower of truth, it takes a shift to embody that doesn’t it?

But, it is a nice shift, It is one that we should consider wether we really wish to be free.

Wish to be free. Do you actually, wish to be free?

Yes, or would you rather muddle around in your comfortable, mildly conscious state of self satisfied success in this life as a human here? “yes I did OK, every area of my life I am OK; I take care of myself, I take care of my family, I take care of my friends, I can be counted on to see that things do well around me”. That is a, pretty good state to be in and one to be congratulated on, but it is not necessarily one that encompasses the entire truth of who you are and when you have succeeded to the level that you have in the areas of life necessary to have the freedom to contemplate higher possibilities, it gives you the freedom to jump on a plane to go see your friend David. Use that freedom that you know that you have for yourself to willingly say; “yes and even more I choose for myself, more than what I am. I choose to know more, to be more, to not limit myself in any way that diminishes my ability to embody my eternal consciousness.

Allow eternal consciousness to be that which you are aware as and know yourself to be. Feel what is in your body to know that you know, those who are divine and experience that same reality for yourself occasionally. Yes, that’s you; the divine wanderer who mostly wanders around unconsciously as a human, but occasionally; Oh yea, OK, back home, got it, let me balance out here for a while, take a breath and then dive back in as a more effective version of myself than I was a moment ago, because I know and embody that much more of my divine truth than I did then.

The divine flow is the wondrous truth of ourselves here. Feel that move through your body, freely...

Notice that it doesn’t take any conscious thought to be divinely aware here, you don’t have to “think” about anything.

I was thinking about your comments earlier that if there existed a plant that every time you partook of it, it was able to share with you an experiential reminder of your divinity, that partaking of that plant would be a bad thing for you to do. What were those reasons?

I’m just making a play of words on the general meaning of Bishop. Would you rather be one who knows, or one who commands respect?

Steve, I would rather be one who knows and it’s really cool that I could have the experience that I just had with you, there must be some kind of transference, because I wasn’t high, and yet I was, That was cool.

There’s is a transference, there is an invitation to be in harmony with a higher consciousness that is irrestable.

How does one maintain divine consciousness and enjoy the joys of being human? Which would include the joy of divine sex that you were referring earlier; giving into the experience of physicality in a divine way, sensing in every way, sensual experience. What you have is a sensing body, able to sense reality in many different manners, in all ways; sense-you-all, divinely sensual, sense it all divinely. Sense it all divinely with every perception that you have, perceive your surroundings divinely with that sense. It’s OK to be sensual, its what God is, god bless him.

The one and only true, none of the fakers are, thats for sure, only the real Gods are real and only the fake Gods are talked about, Ha ha. Because how real would they have had to have been to actually have passed on the experience of divinity to those who followed them? Not that real, not that real. I know, I know what you are thinking, but I am just saying what is real. What is real here? Where is our evidence here of a singular divine entity who wishes us to be as he is and yet; no one is able to do it and no one should do it because there is only supposed to be one and we know he really did not mean it when he said that he wanted us to be as he is right? Come on, right? No body is really going to do that, are they? Of course not, of course not, no body is ever going to do what God wants here.

Isn’t that a shocker, no one is ever going to do what God wants here. No one is ever going to do it, no one has ever done it. A few have done pretty good, but has anyone ever fully done what God wished for them here? Maybe, but who knows? God knows, but do you? God knows, do you know God? And if you do not, then why demand that your idea of him be the truth when you don’t know if it is or not? All you have to do is open and say; God bless me that I may know you too, as you know me, allow me to know you as well. Bless me with what that, that I seem to lack to be able to fully comphrend and know that which you are, as you do I. How about some prayers like that in church, ones where you listen for the response from a supreme being, if there is in fact, such a one as that.

It’s not sacreligious to speculate about what the truth might be when it is not apparent to you. It is only stupid when you don’t, because when one speculates about the truth, one considers all possibilities and when one is interested in knowing and is considering all possibilities, guess what happens? One of them rings as the truth and you see it, recognize it and embrace it. Every other way of doing it is difficult. Put up your hand and say; I am in, me too, me too God. Me too God, there will be many other “me too God” people when they realize that that is their choice that is available to them, they will say me too also. Not until they know it is an available choice though, but when you don’t pay attention to what all possibilities are, you will be believing someone who tells you that you do not have those possibilities.

Look for the truth where it is instead of where it is said to be. How could you do anything else? To do otherwise would be stupidity, to give faith undeserved and unrewarded into that which does not enlighten, which does not bless you, that which does not embrace you with truly unconditional love. Why devote yourself to less than that? True unconditional love, commit to that, embrace that, have that be your standard, not that which is artificial, not something that is codified, sterialized, word-ized into something that is not recognized as the truth. You don’t need bedtime stories, you know who they are for; for children and unless you are willing to be the child that believes in Miracles, be the child-like father of bliss. Be that which refreshes other people; “oh thank god, what a relief, what a vacation from myself, thank you Steve, what a relief.” Thats a lot better life than being a tough guy, a serious business man, be a relief to those that are in suffering; thank god, thank god, thank god for you, How about that? Allow for the experience of yourself to others to be for them a; “thank God for you.” Surrender to the reality of “thank God for you” not from your own point of view, but from others. What does it take to be a “thank god for you” in the minds of others? How about in the minds of a majority of the others who meet you? Embrace what ever that is.

Whatever it is that creates a blessing, willingly received by others in their lives such that they go; wow, yes, wonderful, ahh thank you, God bless you, God bless You.

What does it take for you to be the blessing of God here to humanity? Now there are some dangerous words, dangerously wonderful words. One thing that it takes for sure is your willing receipt of the forgiveness that is available to you for your past. Start there; yes, hit me with it, hit me with all of the forgiveness that is available to me for my past, let me feel what that is to be fully forgiven for every transgression I have ever done. Bless me that I may receive that.

Who ever is capable of doing that, that is who’s blessing I wish for. Who ever, what ever, it is that blesses me to my freedom for anything that I am willing to lock myself up for as a result of having done. Something that says no, sorry, wrong, bad idea, we don’t want you to be less that your truth for me, in order to pay for some slight to humanity. Whatever was, was and whatever will be will be, but for me and you; let us know our truth. Let our bodies be the embodiment of our truth. Feel how that changes your life; willingly allowing your body to be the embodiment of your truth, instead of something that is not your truth. Your eternal truth, fully manifest in form through your body, your willing blessing for and allowance in receiving that truth.

So, relax into the surrender to your own divinity in such as way that it frees you from the limitations of your reality and the self that you have been here. Yes, thats a nice choice, one that releases you from any traumas that you have been holding onto.

It seems like it takes a lot to embrace your divine self, you can experience your divine self, but when you compare that to the life that you are going to be in tomorrow, oh my, my life that I am going to return to in Mexico, oh my, wow, how divine am I going to allow myself to be there? How free? How loving? How present in my truth? I haven’t been very much so far, I haven’t inspired my own family to choose their freedom, interestingly. So how does one embrace their freedom at home here?

In order to have the home life that you want, you’ve got to be thankful for the one that you’ve got, ha ha and actually want it. Want what you have and have what you want, it’s the divine way.

When you feel the limitations in your body and in your life, rather than having to fully explore them in order to fully understand them so that you can figure out a solution to bringing yourself to a greater level of freedom and expansion in bliss and oneness for yourself, try this instead; feel it and ask “are you willing to be moved by God?” “Are you willing to be released from the limitations of what you are, into that which is possible for you to be, in your own best wishes for yourself? And yes, it would be a good Idea for you to allow God to move you, to move through you, to move as you, as the operating consciousness of your body here. It’s an interesting and logical concept.

Claudio, What does that mean?

What that means is that it is an idea that when examined, always leads to the same conclusion, which is; should I get the best out of life for myself in such a way that it is also a blessing to everyone else? Not where it is a zero sum game, but where when you come here; everyone is a little bit better because off for it and maybe even a lot better off because of it.

Why not be that possible you and me, where we together and all of us at once, realize that for us to be in a position where we can be a blessing to others, that it’s a good thing for us to do, it’s the right thing. It is the right thing to be able to bless others and have it truly be a blessing to another. Thats both a good thing to allow yourself to have the possibility of and a good thing for you to move in life as; that which facilities the blessing towards their perfect expression of that which is expressed here in a manner that is less than that which it desires for itself.

When you can say, “I love you as you are and I bless you to that which you wish yourself to be, then that is the blessing of divinity and as that is the blessing of divinity, the only real question to consider is; are you willing to receive that yourself? Mmm, Mmm, Ahh yes; the possibilities of a divine life.

Oh what a horrible thing to contemplate; a divine life.

Divinely free,

Divinely be,

All that humanity,

Wishes that he could be,

Yet has not realized yet within himself,

That it is the truth that he will always be;

The truth of divinity.

Your truth, self realized and expressed through your form, is a blessing to yourself and to all, that all could wish for in their highest and fondest hopes for themselves. So, it’s Ok, you have my blessing; that for damn sure.

Are you willing to allow God to move you towards your fondest desires? Towards the realization of those as your truth?

Let go and lets see,

How divinity moves,

In you and in me and

In that way, “we” can be free,

Together, you and me,

The “we” of divinity.

Are you willing to allow God to move you towards the realization of your own desire of divine perfection? Allow God to be be your teacher of divinity; he’s (She’s) the one who knows, not some man in a “teacher suit.” Anybody that you hold up as being able to help yourself, who is not already helping you fully realize your divinity in this moment, is not one to hold up as a divine guide for yourself. If you want to choose a guide for yourself, choose a guide that delivers the divine when asked; God, deliver the divine to me please, I’m open, I’m ready, I’m willing and I’m Able. Able to be, the embodiment of God you see. The question is; can I see that? Can I be that? Can that, be me? Ahh the wonders of divinity, by those who know thee not.

Are you willing to allow yourself to be moved to your perfect expression, by that which is perfectly divine? Sounds plausible, sounds reasonable, if in fact, there is a God able to do Godly things; manifesting miracles. Would he not be that which you would wish to have with you always, he who is willing and able to manifest that which you desire for yourself? Why not have a “manifestor” on that level, walking with you?

Move through life in an experience of heavenly delights, because God is with you and you and God know each other perfectly. The perfect union of the embodiment of consciousness, within you, is “your wish” for God to command.

So,

OK, we so wish,

That we may be free,

As godly beings,

Of eternity.

God, I am beginning to believe and to know that that which you do for me, is the best for me. Allow God to be one with you and a winner you will be. One who has one for himself; eternity. The power of the words of freedom are a wonder to behold, for beholding eternal truth, moving through form is wondrous indeed and the seed of wondrous beginnings. Begin to know, begin to be, begin see, eternity in yourself and in me.

What is my responsibility to this life?

None of this is me, but I am here. None of this is me and yet this life is my responsibility, but what is my responsibility to this life?

It is to be here clearly, purely and truly myself without taking on the identity of the life. When we do that, the life that we are responsible for is a blessed one; blessed with our truth, blessed with our pure presence, blessed with our eternally perfect awareness. Bless the life that you believe that you are with your truth; that you are here, but you are not it.

Don’t give into any belief system about reality; they are all wrong, they are all description and observations from a limited point of view that are not inclusive of the totality of all and that is where they are describing or judging reality from; an observation point of limited information.

The world is a cacophony of insistence that you pay attention to other points of view and to accept them and to modify your behavior accordingly. You are psychically being demanded to be all things to all people while being judged falsely by all of them. All of this input from other is nearly impossible to sort out or to even determine wether the ideas and impulses you have in life are even your own. Well, there not your ideas and your impulses are not your own; they are from others, including your ancestral heritage of the body. There are very few things that you can be sure of here and the one stable thing that maybe you can hold onto to make sense of it is that; you are here.

Once you have said to yourself; “the only thing that I know for sure is that I am here” then you can add to that; that everybody else’s assumptions about you are false and that their Ideas, beliefs and suggestions for you in your life are coming from a place of inadequate knowledge of the truth in order to be of beneficial use to determine what it is that you should do here, think here, believe here and be here.

To rely upon yourself and your own observation as your guide to your path in life is the only sane move that you can make here. The first thing to do is to observe your current situation and grade yourself on your ow level of satisfaction on who you are and what your life is about and if you are not in a state of absolute peace and satisfaction with that; you must stop and say; “why”? Why am I living my live in a manner that is unsatisfying to myself? Then decide that your own personal satisfaction with yourself , with who you are, with why you are here and what it is that your life is going to be about from this moment on; that choice is back in your hands. So clean your life up, first by getting to know yourself and the only way you can know that truly; is to know what you are not.

You are not the thoughts, ideas, beliefs and attitudes and the decisions that have comprised the being that you are here. The being that you are here, is a construct of the input of others points of view. You’re own sense of self, is not the truth of who you are. It is a combination of the inputs you have from all others opinions of who and what your are so give yourself permission to stop being you and instead be alone in your observation of what it is that is affecting your consciousness and do nothing about it. Don’t try to figure it out. Don’t try to move things and fix things and improve things.

Just observe while doing nothing except for; choosing to be aware, choosing to be conscious, choosing to be present in your body. When you do this; you will regain the feelings and awareness of all else that is affecting the body and your consciousness and when you do nothing about it except choose to be present. It will have less, and less and less effect upon you and will all begin to fade away and be desolved by the presence of you coming into the awareness of your true self.

This reality when engaged actively, knocks you unconscious and as you move through life as one of a group with a shared reality, a shared sense of self, shared belief, shared attitude, shared purposes, all of which come from a state of limitation, a state of need, a state of fear. Your truth is closer to a state of grace, a state of peace, a state of bliss, a state of love and compassion and support for all. So allow all to be for themselves, to be as they choose to be and choose to be your self and allow nothing less than unconditional love to be that which moves you, guides you and motivates you in life. Do nothing until unconditional love reveals your truth to you, or rather reveals the truth of you to yourself.

Unconditional love is not moved by the demands of a confused consciousness to go into an agreement with that confusion. Unconditional love is whole within itself.

Provide for yourself, be aware of your environment, be aware of that which limits your truth here and observe those limitations until they dissolve in the light of your truth.

The continuous realization of ultimate truth as an available choice for you

There are a lot of things that I puzzle over when I meditate and one of them is my working for and doing something in the present that prevents me from living fully here and now, for the purpose of someday being more aware and conscious in the future. It doesn’t make sense to me that this is a very effective way to achieve the state or condition of enlightenment.

Whatever habitual identity that we gravitate to each day as we move through our lives, we maintain, by connecting to who we were yesterday as the starting point for where we begin today. Where we begin today should be determined after we have reviewed what the infinite possibilities are for us today in this moment and then make an effective choice as who we manifest as and what our level of consciousness, awareness, compassion and love is in this life.

If we truly wish to be the essence of divinity, the embodiment of God, the possibility of infinite intelligence embodied in each of us. If that is our absolute truth and yet our relative truth is far from that, then where do these realities bridge? Where does the divine merge with the “not yet sublime” bodies that we operate here? Where is our movement from where we are, into the sublime state of the embodiment of freedom?

With each person that you connect with consciously, physically, verbally, psychically, instead of responding automatically to where they are; first ascertain what their ultimate possibilities are in that moment, to what level are they willing to transcend who and what they are and experience themselves as the divine here. Consider that for yourself in this moment.

Whatever it is in you that prevents you from knowing yourself as the embodiment of the divine here, It is within yourself who you are located here as. Where does the choice of the embodiment of divinity resinate with all that has gone on before, reverberating through time and shifting the now divinely?

Could we take a moment and delve into some areas that we rarely go into and see if there is a way for us to have a shared understanding, in a meaningful way spiritually?

Keith, We can talk about whatever you want to obviously.

Well, then here is what I want; indulge me as your friend and give a place within yourself to the possibility that I have from time to time actually awakened to my source consciousness; a cosmic consciousness and a knowing of myself as that. Sometime I am able to embody that truth and I find that looking at the traditions of striving and following a teacher to be a distraction to my realizing my truth in that moment. I find that when I look to the possibility of my selfrealization of the embodiment of God consciousness in a particular moment and I focus my awareness on that point; it opens up there and I come up out of the waters of density and unconsciousness and remember who I am.

We have been having a shared respect for each other and the paths that we have each been on in our search for truth. I think that this is worthy of reflection back and forth, so that when each of us has a realization that we know that there is somebody else that is right there with and for us saying “well done”, I know what it is when you awaken because of the connection we have it affects me also. And so I would like to ask this question; is there a possibility that we can interact as realized beings rather than as a couple of guys that are so identified with our bodies and as our bodies, personalities and past experiences of these bodies? Is there a possibility that we can let go of these identifications enough that we can commune on the level of our realized truth? What a relief that it would be to experience somebody that is fully awakened.

We tend to get so involved in the needs of our physical bodies, our relationships and all that stuff that it seems that at some point, some place, some time at a regular interval, we should be renewed, restored and reclaimed into knowing our truth while we are here, while we are embodied and while we are determining why we are continuing to stay on this earth and if in fact that there is some sort of purpose that we are interested in furthering that may be the reason why we are here? Because I don’t buy into the belief that I have to get out of here to be free.

Keith, You cant be free by getting out of here, you can only be free by transcending.

I am not quiet sure what transcendence means, but if it means that it is an experience that one can have in the body that is such a freeing event that you are able to be here as a super conscious and aware, kind, loving and yet effective in every way in living the life that you want for yourself and how you want it to go; being a master of the embodied reality, then where is that able to be realized in our lives? Is that a question that we can look at and not just look at, contemplate and decide that it is absurd, but to go from there and say; “oh yea, I forgot. Isn’t it interesting that I spend my time ridiculing somebody that even considers the possibility that they are actually supposed to be God consciousness right now.” Right now.

Keith, I certainly don’t ridicule you.

I ridicule everybody most of the time, I am considering them to be what my perceptions are of them as a body and a personality and that this is the totality of the truth of what they are. I buy into that all the time and it is a complete crock.

Keith, Yes it is. My problem is I have a rudimentary grasp of the theory. I am a struggling aspirant. I don’t see you in quite the same way. You seem to have more ease in this life than I do. It may just be your physiological type, but I think also that your physiological type is a reflection of the type of Karma and the evolution of the consciousness that you had already when you came down here. The body that you get and the opportunities that it affords you to make strides towards enlightenment are a reflection of what you have done in the past when you take up the body and I think you in prior lifetimes have risen to a state of more freedom than I have. In my whole life I have always been aware that the state that I have been in is a very limited state. I have been on a seekers quest and indulge me, I am going to get to the point and so for me I found a way that I believe and I believe even more fully that it will get me free. So I have just looked at it as a job.

I understand and to the best that it is possible for me to do so, I perceive you exactly as you are and where you enjoy being and what it is that you are aspiring to and so the question that I have for you is; are you willing to step out of that occasionally and take that identity off like a halloween costume and realize that it is a manufactured, constructed identity that doesn’t need to be transcended, you just need to realize your truth; that that is what you did and what you chose to be but that you don’t need to improve out of that, you just need to awaken and remember what your truth is and then continue to operate as that.

Keith, fortunately that is what has started to happen.

Yes, that is why we are able to have this conversation now.

Keith, I have waited 40 years for it and it is starting to happen; the silence is very persistent. It doesn’t go away. Today I went to see Michael, I went over to his house and looked at his collection of guns and he has maybe 10-12 million dollars worth of guns in his place and I listened to how he relates to the world and it is all based upon shiny objects and money.

And the symmetry of what is considered to be beautiful.

Keith, yes exactly. That is another version of a shiny object and I was thinking that I have been so unbelievably fortunate; I am sitting here in silence, just witnessing all of this chatter, all related to their activity. Thats what Maharishi used to say; you will start to have silence in your awareness, all of the time, you get a little, then a little more, and a little more. It’s been a really long path for me and the state that you describe that you have in meditation are not states that I have obtained to.

I get that and I understand that.

Keith, I speculate that different people come onto this planet with different parts of their consciousness and nervous system developed where they have holes that have to be filled in a manner of speaking, based upon the karma of what they haven’t done in their previous lives. Neither of us are there and both of us see the need to continue to get free of the things that we perceive as limitations. Its hard for me to say anything other to you that that I just continue every day to do what I do and what I probably should do is spend another 3 or 4 hours every day in meditation. I believe that if I did that right now that I would crack the egg.

I get all that, I appreciate all of that, I think that you should do that, but what I want to talk with you about is; what the conscious possibilities are in how you and I communicate, once in a while? Most of the time we can be our personalities, we can be men and we can be concerned about money, politics, women, money, sex and all of those other things, but once in a while, as a separate exercise for each of us apart from the struggle that we have with our bodies, our personalities and our progress in becoming silent and at peace in our bodies; can we occasionally choose to enter a space together of ultimate freedom?

Keith, the obvious place for that is for us to meditate together.

Here is what I suggest; that we do something right now that is a new experience for both of us and have that experience of each other, tell us what the possibilities are to that question, rather than leaving that to our minds to contemplate and then create a theory or box about what those possibilities are. Lets suspend our minds and whether it is our higher selves of some aspect of ourselves that is already enlightened, eternally conscious and fully aware, whatever it is, but what if we just suspended our normal reality right now and opened up to the infinite?

Keith, We could both do that to the extent that we can.

What I am suggesting that the possibility is, as sensitive and aware as you are and of course it is more difficult for you since you are driving to pay attention to the energies and subtle bodies. If I cease to relate to you in the manner that I normally do where I say to myself; this is Keith, this is what his body looks like, this is how his mind works, this is the personality that he has, here is how he is moving in life, this is what he has done, this is where he is and there is where he is going, instead of interacting in that reality, I would like to say; I believe that there is a possibility that both of us can step outside of those roles that we have in how we have been moving in life and say lets take a break, return to our truth and commune in a reality of mutual support for the state of the embodiment of divinity and instead of thinking and conversing about that anymore, I am going to shut up and let go of my ideas and beliefs of who and what you are here and allow the truth to be shone to me instead and allow myself to harmonize with that truth, observe it, realize it and as a result of observing your truth; be able to enter the embodiment of my own and vise versa.

My choice is to observe you in your ultimate truth of infinite freedom, awareness, consciousness and ability and then see how that affects my level of consciousness in the moment, so that I can make some quantum leaps myself to have that same experience. What I am doing right now is letting go of who I hold you to be, so that whatever the ultimate truth of you is, I can see and know that as my perception of you instead and have that be my point of reference when I think of Keith.

Keith, you know, what your asking me to do is what I should be doing anyway.

It is incumbent upon us if we are to know our truth, to live our lives operating as our truth here.

Keith, its analgous to a part of my life when I said that I don’t believe in fragile enlightenment, which was a very arrogant and stupid thing to say. It was a reflection of my experience of people who were pretending to be refined and more subtle and as years went by I realized that they were not pretending anything. The more I meditated, the more everything changed, my physiology changed, it became more subtle, but I still have fear that is carried from a previous lifetime.

Can I tell you how I broke through that for myself?

Keith, I just would like to say that that aspect can be fairly onerous and I appreciate from my friends that they are still my friends knowing that I still have so much of that cloud with me.

My proposition is that the ultimate truth of each one of us is the ultimate truth of the whole of all of us. So with that being the basis; if you open to that truth moving through you in this moment by letting go of what you just said is the truth of you; which is not. It’s only true as long as you hold onto it; as soon as you let that go of that being your eternal truth, it’s not your eternal truth, its a temporal, transitional, based in time, truth. It’s something that you are experiencing because you are agreeing that that is the case for you and thats all.

As soon as you step back through the door of your eternal home; then you are home eternally, regardless of whether you are embodied or disembodied. So consider that you get all of the benefits that you really do doing the things that you do and you can continue to improve, continue to refine, continue to become that which you are wishing for. But, in all of that movement and intention for the manifestation of what you are and the mind and soul that you consider yourself to be, every now and then access prior to your choosing who you are today; access what the infinite possibilities are for you. How different can today be for you than yesterday was, simply by asking what the possibility is for you and then choosing to realize it.

As soon as you can consider, conceive, sample and download some of that into your body, then you know that it is the truth. The truth of what you are willing to allow yourself, is the best that reality can be for you. So every now and then look and see if there is a quantum shift available for you instead of a gradual improvement. Can you actually take a quantum step of instantaneous realization simply by saying; I am going to take a station break from my reality, turn off all imput from reality and ask; am I ultimately free here if I choose to be? Can I actually exist as the identity for myself, as myself, as the infinite eternities that I have lived as and bring all of that awareness, knowledge and understanding into who I am here?

If that indeed is your truth and is actually possible as an available choice to you. Then every now and then, if we can take a look at that, we may be able to surprise ourselves and make a quantum shift that would impress every guru that we have ever had through out time and wouldn’t that be cool?

Hmm, is it a possibility; the continuous realization of ultimate truth as an available choice for you, as the consciousness that you choose to be self aware as?

If you are divinely aware; you are aware of the endless ways that embodied beings find their way to freedom and success here and are able to realize all of those ways as your own. Realize all success in life and consciousness as your own. You’re good at embodying the failures in life, so you don’t need to worry about that. Allow yourself to embody the successes, the infinite successes that life has here. Allow yourself to know them, to be them and to be the embodiment of them, it’s OK.

See my success as your success and I will see your success as my success. Mutually supportive of each one being successful, prosperous and magnificent in their own singular reality. Allow all that is to be truly in it’s magnificence, without any suppression from you. Allow life to be free for others, so free that they transcend all of their polarized responses to life and embody universal truth and love instead.

As you consider this, you can’t help but realize that it is true and that the manner in which you choose to see another restrained, confined and failing, is the reality that you have condemned yourself to sharing. You share the failures of others when you wish to see them fail. You share the torment of others when you wish to see them be tormented. You’re tortured within yourself when you wish someone else was. You have no choice but to experience that which you wish for others as that which is true for you.

So your wishes for others is that which governs your experience of self being enlightened, or as a seeker being successful or failing. Bless others, God bless them, please. God bless them all please, especially the ones I have problems with.

I don’t need anybody else’s help or assistance in determining the level of consciousness I should be at.

I don’t need the understanding of myself, by others, in order for me to be myself with myself.

All that you can feel that seems to be your pains, traumas and limitations, are only there because you are accepting input from others. Their choice to condemn you should have no effect on how you feel about yourself. Your experience of your own reality is senior to somebody else’s experience of your reality because they have access to only one small aspect of it and it was in relationship with who and what they are; It was a communication at their level of consciousness and was at the level that it had to be to have an interaction with them and that doesn’t mean that they are capable of understanding what was behind that interaction and what was available to them if they were willing to have been more aware for themselves.

If you want the most for yourself; be familiar with all of those who live that way for themselves already. If you are going to have anchor points in this reality, then they might as well be ones that allow you to know, choose and be whatever it is that you wish to be here. Don’t be somebodies enemy because they are successfully existing here exactly the way that they want to. Allow that to be a learning experience for you if you are not living your own life exactly the way that you wish for it to be. Emulate someone else if you don’t know how to be the way that you wish to be. Observe the excellence in another if you ever need to see a brother first act in the most appropriate way to be here.

Consider the fact that there are people that are willing to share with you your ultimate freedom and to celebrate that as a wonderful thing with you. Let those who will do that be your best friends and whose imput you enjoy, reflect on and use to calculate exactly what it is that you are going to be here as, today.

Get by yourself and consider the fact that you should at least be able to be free when you are alone with yourself. Your reality at that point should be free from the influences of others; “King of your own Castle” the castle is you when you choose to be alone and in that space, you are King, so let it be known that you are King of your Castle, at least when you are alone. It is your choice of consciousness that determines your level of consciousness, not someone else’s.

You are the one who gets to have it the way that he wants it here.

I am free when I am at one with myself, when I am alone with myself, when I am by myself I am free, for me and I and self are wholly free, when we are in our own company.

If I were going to say something to myself to remind me to embrace my divinity, to know my own limitless possibilities, then how soon would that affect who and what I am here in this reality?

From the time that you embrace your limitless possibilities, how long does it take to go through dramatic changes of the identity that you have been manifest here as? How quick and how dramatic does that change when you have embraced your limitless possibilities for a wonderful life; a life of wonders?

I am not even sure how to express what those possibilities are in such a way that it would awaken you to your own possibilities. I am not sure that that is even possible with words, but at least we should give it a try. Just in case there is a true magical brew, that when one partakes of that, he is over, through and through with the mundane you that you have been here. You are over with the mundane you, you are finished with not asking for what you want in life, finished with not knowing what it is that will bring you the greatest happiness and then freely choosing that.

Have the majority of your dealings here on earth with those who are conscious, or those who have awakened to their divine possibilities and realized that in themselves as often and completely as they choose.

Now that you are alone with yourself, really, how free are you going to allow yourself to be? All by yourself; how free can you be beyond the consciousness of your humanity? How free can you be to know the infinite me that I am beyond this man?

Your problems stem from your identity of self here as a man, you have assumed that identity. Look at that choice and evaluate what might be a better choice for yourself. Are you better off truly free, truly aware and fully conscious? Awakened to the full realization of self here? You shouldn’t consider that to be the wrong choice for yourself or anyone else that have the balls to make it.

When you are by yourself you should be able to look at the interactions that you have with yourself, or with others here that are all phony, because there are so many pretenses that you can’t even remember the truth of who you are. The real question is the validity of self realization.

The realization of self, is of yourself. It is OF YOURSELF, it is not the realization of someone else, even if they are named God. The truth of self is known by realization of the truth of self, not by guessing at the truth of another and then hoping in your confusion. It doesn’t matter to you what the truth of another is when you have realized the truth of yourself to yourself. When you cease to bullshit yourself about your eternal truth; then you can actually be your eternal truth here. So with no bullshit, who are you? Show yourself to yourself, reveal the truth of self to self!

For the purposes of this realization; your body, is yourself. You’re self realizing, your body is realizing, your realizing in body the eternal; the marriage of spirit and matter and allowing the divine to manipulate, move and inspire the body and the mind; the mind of God in the “human-beingness.” You can find that truth in yourself, simply by looking and observing it there as your core truth. Your core truth is freedom and you don’t need to have an explanation of, or defense of it. Your eternal truth, is your eternal truth and there is no reason for you to agree that it is not. And the cool thing is; that you don’t need to get anyone to acknowledge you for it. All you have to do is realize it in yourself; make it real in you.The lord God within you, open up to knowing that, as the living truth of the body.

I think that this is my first article about money and was reluctant to publish it, but I guess that is just one of my last issues to deal with is the negative judgements that I have on money and abundance.

Walk joyfully, walk easily, walk consciously, walk with a joyful pleasure that you are here and present as what you are.

Get the money David, get the money David, yes. Don’t you know that that is the objective; to put enough money together so that you can provide for your life? Go get the money thats available for you. Yes, embrace that, get the money thats available to you and feel what that feels like to your body; how it puts it at ease.

I’m going to realize myself right here as David. I realize in David the identity of the man who has freedom of consciousness. That is what I choose for myself; freedom of consciousness. Why shouldn’t I and why shouldn’t you? Why shouldn’t we all be freely aware of whatever we choose to be so that we can successfully negotiate this reality? Why shouldn’t we all be successful here? Why shouldn’t we just have a divinely lovely time of it here, with ourselves and our families? A divinely lovely time, that’s not a bad thing, its not something to be embarrassed about, it’s not something that you shouldn’t do because somebody else isn’t. It’s a free choice universe; each is where they have chosen to be, so give yourself that freedom;

be where you choose to be,

go where you choose to go,

have what you choose to have and

express yourself as you wish to; successfully.

The familiarity that you get with the divine when you embrace the possibilities of ultimate freedom is what you came here for; it’s ok for you to be free, you’re not violating some obligation that you have to others by being free here and you don’t have to oblige yourself to taking on the deformities of self limitations based upon the opinions of others.

Where is the money, God for the sustenance of this soul? We are open and ready to receive it.

This is me, this is me, this body is me, I am this body here; everything that I am aware of happens to this body, it is me. Quit denying it, quit seeking your reality somewhere else, if in your doing of that puts your body into a state of fear. You are the operating consciousness here for your body. Don’t go somewhere else, be here and know that you are here to be successful.

To have an abundance,

your here to be abundant,

open to that,

open to your abundance here

By opening into your oneness here, your wholeness, your fullness, your presence that blesses all, including yourself with abundance, with ease, joy and glory; supportive of a divine existence for everyone, everyone, especially yourself, your here for yourself to be divine and thats the best that can be done; be divine, be divine.

The choice of your divinity is for your own pleasure, soul-ly; for your own soulful pleasure. So, for the revitalization of your life; revitalize yourself and choose to experience the ultimate state of conscious expression and excuse me; you can’t pretend to be disabled if you are also choosing to be the divine. The divine enables everything and disables nothing.

We open to the success of ourselves; we are successfully realizing our truth, our reality, our potential. Allow yourself to realize your potential here. Allow for the perfection of self here with your body. Your body is the self that you are present as here and you are present here, are you not? If these words are communicating to you, then yes you are present here. So as long as you are present here already; you might as well realize the best that you can be here. Choose to be the truth of yourself here and this reality will configure itself to your pleasure.

You’re the one who is supposed to be successful, you are the one whose life is successfully lived., Mmm, according to your own desires. Your self realization comes from within you, not from outside. The realization of “eternal self” is all you; and no one else.

Decide that you are taking responsibility for your reality and then allow for the means and ability to do so to occur.

I am whole, I am one with God.

Im choosing to be responsible and I am choosing to be excellent at it. Responsibility; the ability to respond and responsible, to be providing for, to be in harmony with, to be a blessing to; all reality as it is.

We allow ourselves to be excellent here and once we allow that for ourselves; the means for that to occur easily come.

It doesn't matter who opposes you on your being your best, your being your best has nothing to do with what ever it is that your body has to do with the other persons body.

I am not afraid to know myself

I am not afraid of who I am going to end up being, I have let go of being afraid of who I am.

When you ask the question of who you are from a position of fear, all I can really tell you is the answer is such that when you “know yourself”, your fear based question will no longer be relevant to you, you will know your truth and your truth is not that fear based beingness that you have adopted. Let it go; let go of the fear of knowing your truth. And just so that you know; if you don’t know your truth, you are living a lie.

As a “not knower living a lie”; at least don’t judge others. In your not knowing of who you are, you are in no position to judge wether someone else should be different from what they are, so don’t do that. If you don’t know who you are and you can’t get over the fear of finding out; then at least don’t judge others.

If you haven’t self realized already, you are in emergency mode; first of all, don’t look to fix anything outside of yourself, you’re not in a position to do better than those who are already taking care of things. So, look within and realize your truth there. Realize the truth of eternity within the body that you are moving around here, with the body that you have identified yourself as. Download your eternal truth into that. Don’t you deserve it? Doesn’t the body deserve it? Let go of your fear of living your truth here. Let go of knowing your truth here.

We’re not afraid of knowing who we are anymore. If there is anything that you don’t know what it is and you would like to; just let go of your fear of knowing what it is. It is only the fear of knowing that has one in a condition of confusion.

I am not afraid to know myself, to be myself, to be true to me.

Feel where you are stuck and be enlightened there… and yes, it is that easy.

End your opposition to self.

You… yes, you are the fabric; the fabric of the embodiment of God. Don’t aspire to it, just allow it to be true. Just maintain your focus on your choice to be here as a being of love, without judgement, just a continuous realization that this is your choice without effort.

The formula for achieving any goal that you have in life is to determine what it is that you want achieve and just allow it to be true. Allow that which you wish for, to be true.

When you view another that you have a conflict with, view them in enlightened, divine, love, until you are free. Remember; don’t try to become, allow it to be your truth and if it is your truth, then you are that already. So realize your truth, that’s what it’s all about.

Your truth is what you want it to be. If you want to be a loving being; realize that you already are. If you want to be a loving being; recognize that you already are. Look and say; oh yea, I always have been. The difference when you do that is that you are fully aware and present as that in the now.

Allow your reality to be organized and reorganized by the divine. If you just allow it to be true; you don’t have to get permission from anyone else, not even yourself. Just allow your truth to be the truth.

Its already true; I am already here as a being of divine love.

I have already been freed from my chains. “I have already been freed from my chains”, i s and acknowledgement of your truth. Your chains are no more; you are free, free to be free if you choose so.

How do I move here in love? Thats really your saving question.

What is my relationship to all that I perceive and what will it be like when it is idealized?

Yes, come in here as love, save that life of yours by being open to love being that which moves you.

You have to spend time alone, in order to know what your home reality is. You allow yours to be colored so much by the reality of others, you should consider the possibility that you have become rather lost and foreign to knowing the reality of yourself. So take a moment and open to bliss, now. Opening to bliss is simply ceasing to stop it from happening, ceasing from actively holding onto a denser reality than that. Let your reality lighten up, let go a little. Where does it lead? Who knows? But, how it leads you, step by step, Mmm, to the further enlightenment and embodiment of divine perfection, it’s a pleasurable way to go, letting go, into bliss.

Consider realizing your a being of love in this moment right now.

Embrace your body with love; its the only way to make it habitable for higher consciousness.

Who am I here if I am here as a being of love?

If you wish to know another; embrace the entirety of their reality, the entirety of their awareness, the entirety of their understanding and knowledge of self and life. But, to fully embrace somebody else, requires that you fully embrace everyone and everything, so that you are aware of what makes that thing “one” that you are interacting with unique and distinct from other consciousness. You have to embrace all to know t=where the limits of any individuated one, begin and end. So, embrace someone; absolutely, completely and lovingly and if you are wondering who that is; love the one you are with, even if you are only one with yourself.

I am coming in as love to a life that has shown only faint glimpses of love before, It’s OK, I am here to love now.

Freedom in the present is available to those who have let go of the past and fear not for the future.

I am here as love, as the embodiment of love, is that what you wish to be true for you?

“We are one organism here” is the theme of the meeting that you should have with yourself, because on virtually every subject that it is possible for you to take sides on; you are divided within yourself. You are in opposition with yourself on every subject that is of importance to you to have a successful life here.

Relax and allow life here, to support you and you do that just by feeling what it is to be alive. Flle the aliveness of your body and allow all that is alive within you to be divinely blessed by you, to realizing it’s own eternal truth.

Realize that embracing love is the preferred experience of your consciousness as it is coming to full consciousness here, as that Mmmm.

Try getting ahold of this; God is coming into consciousness here as you. Why shouldn’t he?

So what are the possibilities for God here as an embodied reality? What is it that God could possibly experience here if he embodied this reality? What would this reality experience, how would it shift if this reality was blessed with the presence of the divine flow as its own way of moving through life?

You have faced that which has been your master and found that it formed wholly and agreeably with you as you realized that this is where and who you are coming into consciousness as; this identity that you are perceiving as through your body. It is where the consciousness of God is going to be present. What does that feel like to your body? What does it feel like to other peoples bodies? What does it feel like when the general reality realizes its divine essence at the same time? Mmm yes.

I am allowing myself to be conscious and to know exactly what that is as an experience; what the reality of full consciousness is, how does the body relate to that level of awareness operating within it?

What we are here to realize together, is that our possibility is for a shared reality of divine expression that would be miraculous for this reality to experience.

Your ability to love being you is supremely evident as you awaken consciously to your truth.

The reason why God is truthful, is telling the truth always keeps you out of trouble, because when you pretend a limitation for someone else’s selfish benefit; that’s not being a blessing to them, it is cursing them with support for their lowest common denominator of self calling the shots in his like. Your not agreeing to that for anybody; your allowing their lowest common denominator to be saved and realized by knowing the truth of its ultimate expression here. That it is so much greater that what it is expressed here as right now. What it is right now is wonderfully, exactly what it is, but is it the perfect expression of life here in it’s ultimate state? It certainly is not, it is not that.

Realize within yourself the truth of eternity. That really is the only obligation that you have to yourself. Realize eternity through that which you are here (and that which you are here is that which you perceive yourself to be.) So you are; only your identification of self in the moment and when you embrace freedom, you embrace monumental shifts in your consciousness in each moment.

Your choice to embody consciousness as your embodied self here, is not regulated by the realities of others who are not divinely self actualized here.

I am that which which you know me to be in eternity, when you know yourself as that also, that is who I am here. As that which you know to be eternally true yourself, I am that for myself. I am here for myself, as that which you know to be eternally true.

God is realizing self as that which you are. That’s the only thing that gets this reality over its fixation with creation and destruction, when it can be continuous and eternal creation without unwilling destruction. A game where you can create infinitely and yet never face a limit.

It would be really nice to realize the truth of consciousness with you. You are realizing consciousness here as that which you are now; you are, self realized. Your realization of self is total and complete when you allow the celebration of that which is true eternally, to have residence and resonance in your present self awareness.

If you are going to come into your body divinely, you have to consciously choose to love your body as it is.

You have to put your time into this, you have to choose to love your body until your body knows and receives and experiences divine love from you. Your unconditional love for your body is the salve that will sooth all your physical issues. Perfect love casteth out all fear and there is your formula. Are you willing to perfectly love yourself?

The instructions are; do it now, and now and now. The more you choose to love yourself the easier it is to do. Give yourself a vacation, drop what ever else it is you are doing right now and give yourself an hour of love. Your problems are all easily resolved when you are a being of love.

Unconditional love is the irresistible force that forces you, without energy or compulsion to know and realize your truth. An hour of love, is it really too much to ask of yourself? As your love of body and of self will clear from you your confusions, your disharmonies, your resentments and judgements of yourself and others.

The change that you want to see in the world, will be the result of your choice to divinely love yourself. If you are ever confused about what makes your life worth living; it’s knowing that your life is worth loving.

For those of you with an addictive personality; take the love drug, it is the one drug that you cannot overdose on.

Wholeness, wholesomeness, holiness, oneness and bliss can all be yours; choose to love yourself as you are, right now, Mmmm Mmm yes, the way of love.

Choose to be here in a highly enlightened state and just focus on that choice right now.

You’re here highly enlightened, not seeking anything and yet knowing everything that is relevant to you.
It’s OK that we are known as our truth here, truly, embrace that.
It’s OK to be your very best here and have that be a good thing for you and for everyone else too.
It’s OK to walk away from all of your masters and gurus and know that every thought that they ever had about you as less than divine perfection already, was wrong and so you have left them behind in your divine perfection, because you don’t have to agree with somebody else’s opinion about you and you don’t have to be that which others perceive that you are and you don’t have to be that which you, yourself consider yourself to be when you are in a state of suffering, desire and inability.

As far as other peoples rules go for you; you obey a higher power, one that really does make it better for everyone. The highest power of self; the divine personified. Why not transition there, on your way to complete nothingness? You might want to stay around for awhile as that : )

It’s OK for you to be infinitely better right now, right now, observe that.
It is OK for things to be infinitely better for you right now, lets just say that what you are is the embodiment of consciousness and the embodiment of consciousness is focused within a particular body. We’ll call that an individuated consciousness and thats all that you are; an individuated consciousness; consciousness identified and focused on a single point of presence.

So, now that you know that you are consciousness embodied as a single point of presence, it gets real simple; as the embodiment of consciousness, your limitations are chosen by what you choose to believe that reality is, what reality can be and the reasons why we can choose for it to improve for ourselves. What’s wrong with that? There isn’t anything wrong with that.

Observe what it is within you that is not in allowance of things getting infinitely better for you right now and just say; hey, you too, you too, infinitely better for you right now also; Its not about me having something that you don’t have. Instead of arguing about who knows reality and spirituality better, don’t judge the answer by who is the most critically acclaimed, judge it upon wether the communication from another results in your own personal enlightenment. If your interactions with someone else have you in a state of less than your own divinely enlightened best; don’t latch onto their reality, let it go. Let them be who they want to be and remember who you are, yourself.

Be fully conscious right here in your own body, feel what thats like. Quit agreeing with others that you are less than what you are, you don’t have to argue with them about it and you certainly don’t have to consider their opinion, when that opinion is something less than what you yourself, know yourself to be.

You just fully qualified to be the divine presence here. Just imagine your reality getting better, better and better without opposition from anyone about it. Give yourself the possibility of the embodiment of enlightenment, the knowing of all that’s true about you. Your life is an easy elegance, an esthetic wonder, a divine experience, for everyone.

Be aware of your body as much as you can and feel it get infinitely better and get used used to things getting infinitely better for you in each moment; thats just the way that things are for you. Ask yourself am I willing to have it get infinitely better for myself right now? And yes you are willing to observe, observing yourself choosing infinite improvement for self.

For you to allow for things to get infinitely better for yourself; your going to have to endure a continuous NO! From the depths and core centre of yourself, but thats not so bad; it doesn’t really mean no, it just knows that it is just so, so wrong to be exhibiting the attributes of a supreme being here and Isn’t that what you would end up being if you allowed yourself infinite and continuous improvement in each moment? Isn’t that the dilemma of the human condition; that we can’t allow ourselves to know our truth? We can’t allow ourselves to even consider the realms of what our possible truth could even be. Thats the damnation of humanity; to not even be willing to know what your possible choices of your experience and expression here are.

Allow all of your thoughts and speculations about reality to be subject to your choice for infinite improvement. You don’t have to figure out the past to have infinite improvement in the present, you just have to allow it to happen. It’s my choice to allow the divine to flow through me, is what you must be able to say to yourself and then allow it to happen with the focus of your awareness on what your experience is and then connect your experience of what is to your choice to allow the divine to move through you.

If you are wondering what that means, it means; to look at the question of whether or not you choose to allow the divine flow to move through you and to move you. You keep looking at that question until all of the reasons that you have previously said no, have been identified, sorted through, considered and then resolved by your making a new choice to physically experience what it is for the divine to be embodied in you. Then you continuously allow that choice to be realized in you.

This is my reality.
This is my reality to love.

It’s not something that you think about; it’s something that you allow. You allow this reality to be yours, all of this reality; allow it to be yours, without you being you. Allow this reality to be yours while the infinite experiences this reality through you, through your body, no self, just a clear channel of infinite love. Let the infinite be you, it’s a rush.

Interestingly enough, if you are sitting around grateful, you’re identifying, let that go to. Let go of the identification as me and I. Be the eye here of eternity. Let go of every pretense you have had here of needing something, of lacking something, of being less than anything.

There are no books to read about this,
there is nothing to learn or be taught about it;
you allow yourself to disappear into the experience of eternity.

Whatever else you can say about this reality, you can say; this reality of eternity is the reality of you.

The universe is within and cycles through you.

There is no part of this universe that is not contained within you, easily and without effort, it just is.

I’ll let eternity decide what this is.
I’ll let eternity mold me, shape me, guide me and create what it is that wishes to express through me, do it.

The doorway to enlightenment for yourself

Who thinks that it would be a good idea to be enlightened?

The very premise of that question, that you are somehow less, lost or not what it is that you could be and that there are really long odds against your transcending this reality that you exist in and as, binds you into continuing to be that.

There is very little evidence that anyone has been enlightened here, so to put yourself on that task, would seem to be trying to dream the impossible dream, or to have an impossible realization. One that is beyond virtually all those here who have wished for it.

So lets not wish for that anymore; lets wish for the truth of ourselves instead.

Lets wish for what already is.

That would seem like an enlightened thing to do, because if you are enlightened, surely your reality is as you wish it to be. So wish for your reality to be as it is and that will open the doorway to enlightenment for yourself. Then you can realize; oh my god, I am the one who gets it, I am the one who realizes self as all that is.

A new mantra for you; I wish for things to be as they are…

I wish for things to be as they are, that puts me in control of my life’s realization, because my wish is for me to be, only the me, that I am, right now.

Look at life and then tell the truth in such a way that it benefits you always. You can’t have it light and easy in this reality unless your light and easy yourself, with this reality.

Don’t look elsewhere for the state it is that you have asked to be able to express here. Relax about everything in life being exactly what it is; don’t try to change it, just know it, know it, know exactly what it is so that you know how to deal with it as your lives interact with each other.

The first step of enlightenment is realization, the second; is action and thats the only way that it works well. You don’t act before you are realized; because before you are realized, you are acted upon and until you relax into that being the way that it is here, you won’t make the second step. So relax, be pleased that things are the way that they are here.

Just let go of your resistance to this reality and remember; you don’t need anybody else’s permission to be enlightened and certainly not from someone who admits that they are not enlightened themselves. They have no way to know what enlightenment is, because they have consciously shut themselves off from it to the point where they have no reality on it what soever.

Look at all of the things that you already know that you love in life, things that you don’t fill your life with and realize that you control enough and know enough about yourself, that when you decide to; your life can improve dramatically and instantaneously.

If you choose to be unhappy about your partners passion in life; your going to have an unhappy partnership. Exactly the way things are, is exactly the way I want it to be,

for now.

If your own life is not in perfect order, don’t be spending your time lost in fantasying over the stories of others lives; pay attention to your own life until it is a life worth fantasying about. Don’t get caught up in a story about an idea, about somebody else, pay attention to your story; the one that you are telling with your life.

What story could your life tell at it’s very best?
Imagine that!
What story could your life tell with you are your very best, starting right now?
Pay attention to the stories going on in your head and realize who is talking and who is listening. Thats right, realize them both, by not talking and not listening , unless you are listening with a true sense of knowing; the kind of knowing that makes you the most valuable friend, that a friend can have.

What are your conversations with other people about really? There are just two things really that are relevant to you; your survival in this world and your consciousness about this one, the next one and any other. Take care of your survival and then contemplate the infinite until you know it.

Allow for everything you connect with in this reality, be your doorway to knowing the infinite.

Allow the circumstances that surround you in this moment, to be that which opens your self realization of your divine consciousness.

When we sit around and chat, you can realize that the purpose of our visits is to self realize ourselves to enlightenment in this moment.

The will that is realized; the will to know the truth of all.

When you are in a state of not knowing “the answer”; refuse to be moved by your environment other that to a self realization of divine source.

If a person that you are interacting with is not either assisting you in furthering your physical well being or inspiring you to self realize eternal truth, then why do you have time for someone who doesn’t enhance you temporally or eternally?

Allow the process of self realization that you have been on, to be complete now. Allow it to be as wonderful as you were told it was by others, and more.

What actually works for the self realization of a human? Open up to being your ultimate self now. Allow all of those glimpses of the divine you to come together into one whole truth, now; the truth of one being who is wholly true.

You can contemplate the infinite and you can say that when you do that, that this reality disappears and all becomes one; the one self that is everything and you would be right. However, we are communicating body to body, mind to mind and soul to soul, where our consciousnesses has been individuated into separate identities and so, to say that this is not real when in fact that is how we are communicating with each other is a crazy a position to take and say that you are standing in the truth.

The truth is that we can contemplate the infinite, we can know the mind of God and at the same time, we are here as human consciousness, as personality, as identity, as “me” and “I” and “you” and “yours”. Sometimes “us” but only when we are discussing a subject that we agree upon, thats when we are willing for “you” and “I” to be “us” and “we.”

To say that you and I and us and we, are one, is to not to be recognizing the paradox that admittedly we can have the experience where we all are one; where there is nothing but “you,” but, I can have that same experience myself and “I'm” not “you.” I’m me, I’m my own “separated out” consciousness that sees myself as something different, than you. That doesn’t change the fact that we are both capable of universal consciousness, it doesn’t change the fact that we are both able to transcend duality and even transcend oneness into a state of one; one whole truth.

Just because there is one whole truth, that does not make the component parts of it illusion and one thing that I am sure of, is that one of the component parts of it is something that I like to identify as me.

So its OK for me to me,
and for you to be you,
and for us to each be able to be divine,
to be free,
to be the “universal me,”
that I am,
when I am not being a man.

Thats the the me that is free,
that I feel with some glee,
when it downloads into the me,
that I am as this body.

The me that is free,
Joins with the earthly me,
To create a new thing,
That we bring,
To that which springs forth as life.

The choice of a consciousness beyond the “in-formed,” beyond the necessity of rules and regulations created to compel the unconscious to behave in an appropriate manner towards other consciousness. There are no rules for divinity, because divinity needs no rules; divinity acts appropriately in every circumstance, in a way that maintains its own freedom, its own supreme consciousness at the same time it is either a blessing to you, or nothing to you at all.

There is so much to contemplate if I am going to be conscious in my life and it seems like you have to confront the darkness before you can lighten up,(if you get my drift). I’m going to allow myself to operate in knowing, I can’t think of any good reason not to. I choose to know the environment that I am in here, I choose to interact with it in a knowing understanding, communicative and beneficial way with reality. I choose to have a mutually beneficial relationship; me benefiting this reality and this reality benefiting the me that I am here.

Why should that be a bad choice for someone to make? Why shouldn’t it be a choice that we make for ourselves? Why shouldn’t it be a choice that I make for me now? Choose to be divine here my brother. Yes, it’s true, I am asking that question for myself and doing it in this manner so that I can reach those unconscious parts of myself that believe that they are “self” and not fully self at the same time, because we have "other selves", each with their own point of view that we fight with them about.

How do you walk in knowing?
How do you walk in full awareness?
How do you move your body in the freedom of fully knowing the reality that you are interacting with? If that is an available choice for you, make it already. Look and see if it is available for you, you may be surprised that it is. Allow yourself to be surprised; it is an available choice for you, surprise!

Be present competently in your reality, allow your reality to be easy for you, every part of it. Take a real good look around you and realize by your looking at a new building or car and the former history of your body; none of those things that happened before this building was built are happening to you anymore. Your not still fighting those battles, you’re here now, in the present, you’re present here and thats where you need to be consciously present in order for your body to have a successful existence here. Be present in your present. I found it best that my own point of view have the deciding vote in deciding what level of consciousness I choose to be here as.

Universal consciousness, right here. It seems to me that this would be the best choice and its my choice that rules my reality; as long as I am consciously aware that the choices I make, result in the experiences that I desire to have then, this reality is not going to object to those.

Act appropriately in every situation, so that this reality blesses you with its approval for the life that you desire to have here. If I choose to embody a transcendent consciousness right now, how is my body going to deal with that? What is the response of my body to that? Can we look and find a way where the body will willingly say yes, its a nice change for me? Look and find a way where that change can be a pleasing and comfortable event for the body.

If you don’t allow yourself to receive what you need to have, (if you are going to make up to everybody for your past bad behavior,) and if that is what you require for yourself to transcend, then you are going to have to open up and allow yourself to receive, so that you can pass it on, so that you can be a blessing to the other people who need it, or want it from you.

Stop talking to yourself about what you need to do for your reality to be the way that you want it to be and just allow reality to be the way that you want it to be. What does it feel like to have more money coming in than you want to spend? Open right now to the universe, completely, right now and say; yes to wealth for us, I am open to it. Its your choice to be open to it or not to. I think that it is time for us to choose to receive it. Embrace the universe and say; we/I want your blessing here.

It feels good to contemplate that thought and to feel the body relaxing and opening with the realization that its OK for us to have a beautiful life. Open up to feeling that completely, the universe supports you in having a beautiful life. It’s moving some energy in me, stuck energy where things were not moving.

You can’t figure out your problems at the lower levels of consciousness that humanity has here, you can’t resolve them from there. You have to come into your body as your divinity and allow that to be your resource that sorts everything out so that you can raise your consciousness to the level of the divine, so that the divine is you.

You have had enough experience with the divine to know that it exists, it is not an element of faith anymore. You know it exists and you have put your attention on it, which means that you want to know what it is, you want to understand it, you want to be aware of it. Which means; you want to contemplate it in it’s totality and who do you have to be to contemplate the divine in it’s totality and understand it?

You have to be something that you have not been here, so just allow your truth to be one that can contemplate the immensity of time, space realities and dimensions. Universes, universal thought, universal ability, universal consciousness. What can comprehend the totality of the universe? You can, if you let yourself. Feel what it is to relax into that. The realization of divine truth; feel what it is to relax into that, as yourself.

Let go of trying to figure it out, it’s a very complex, difficult problem for you to be restored to an embodied state of the divine, so let those who can assist you; assist you. Those that can assist you will.

The school of divinity.

Allow your body to move in awe, realize awe within yourself and surrender to the awe-some; being you.

All that you have gathered together to compile a self, has been a substitute for your real truth. Allow the awesome truth of self, to be real for you; by feeling your truth and allowing that transcendent truth to move through you, transforming your mind, body and identity.

No effort is needed, actually any effort you put forth will actually prevent transformation from happening, because the effort is not coming from your truth, but from your pretense. All you need is your conscious relaxation into the allowance of knowing and being the truth. In consciously aware, allowance; your truth will mold, shift and guide you into the freedom you desire.

A transcendent level of consciousness

Transcendent seems to be a word that we are not in harmony with, why is that? Why wouldn’t we naturally be in harmony with transcendence? If we naturally would be in harmony with transcendence and yet we are not, what unnatural thing is it, that seems to trap our consciousness in the depths of a conflict based reality?

Transcendence, transcendence consciousness, well I guess the only way we’re going to know the answer to that question is for us to just say its OK for us to take a sample of transcendent consciousness, so that we will know whereof we speak about this subject. Your either capable of being transcendently conscious or your not, what are you?

Capable? Feel it, feel it within the soul that you are, are you capable of transcendence? Are you capable of transcendence? I want to know, because if you are, then I choose that for myself. So, are you willing to be conscious of transcendence so that you can know what that is and in the “knowing” of that, go ahead and be transcendent in this moment? The moment of transcendence is upon you, ah, realize that. This moment that you are in right now, as you read my words, is your transcendent perfection, known to yourself.

Repeat this mantra to yourself; “this is our moment, this is my moment, this is the I AM that I am, transcendently.

Here is the first realization in your choice for a transcendent consciousness; that, is what you were supposed to do, congratulations, well done! There is a segment of this reality that you occasionally interact divinely with. Thats to be applauded, thats to be celebrated. Who does that? Why would you condemn yourself if you do that sometimes?

Don’t let yourself continue to stop yourself from being transcendently conscious, because you realize that you are going to have to self-realize yourself through all of your crap that you have created in your life. Yes, you did all of those things, you had all of those “bad effects” on other people and life, you haven’t been as good to life, like you could be. So what? So what, it doesn’t affect the validity of your current choice. Your current choice to live divinely, super cedes and negates; all previously controlling choices and lower points of view. It disables them and brings them under the control of the you that is supremely conscious.

Choose a transcendent consciousness, otherwise you are just going to continue to speak badly to yourself. Now see what just happened to you, you choose a transcendent level of consciousness, that started realizing itself in you, layer after layer of your consciousness, then all of a sudden you have a secondary realization that all you want to do is; love. Love, all you want to do is love. All you ever want to do is love, love love.

A transcendent level of consciousness, is the level of consciousness that is most able to operate itself in a manner that you would understand as being God consciousness.

A conversation with God;

If reality is a dream/not real/or an illusion, are you willing to be master or the illusion from within it, even if you are not real yourself?

D. As long as my consciousness is focused here, yes.

Then don't try to figure it out, just allow the mastery to grow within you.

D. Tell me more so that it actually happens for me.

Allow yourself to be a blank slate, allow yourself to be moved, reformed and opened by the master of the illusion, (in the world, not of the world, remember.)

D. Ok go ahead,.

Allow all that is within you that doesn't know, to be released and redeemed by the presence of God.

D. That's pretty much all of me.

I know, enjoy the ride. The embodiment of God, is the master of the illusion and your way to the ultimate truth and freedom you desire. Allow the presence of God to change everything, hold onto nothing, let everything go and enter the mind of God. Your truth is found here, in the creator, not in the illusion. Allow the creator to reacquaint you with your truth. Let go of everything and know the creation of all things. Then you will be master of the illusion. It's ok to let go, things will only get better for you and all that you love and you will soon love all that is.

Each one who embraces God becomes the living truth. If you find it impossible to let go of a particular lie. Just let go of it for now, you can return to it later as it's master. Or better yet, figure out your life's problems when you have mastered them. Mastery first, action second. Earth can wait, heaven first. Remember, miracles happen as quickly as you allow them to, the dream does not end until you awaken and the master of the dream is awake within it.

A mantra to change your life

As I was contemplating my body tonight and feeling my various complaints about it. I realized that I have been out of communication with most of my body my entire life and despite my decades of meditation, energy work and massages, the state of my body was still one of stress, tension and pain. As I was realizing this, something clicked into place and I knew that I was here to love this "organism", all of my body and what ever it is that it is comprised of physically, spiritually and consciously.

So for the next hour or so I repeated the mantra; "I am here to love this organism" and an interesting thing happened; each body part in turn relaxed and opened up with this new realization that I was finally going to be present here in loving, conscious support of my body as my vehicle of expression here.

The mantra then shifted focus from my body to my life with the simple realization of; "I am here to love" and the confusions in my mind in all aspects of my life began to clear up with this unifying realization of my purpose in being here. My ego was nervously protesting this change from operation from fear and worry, asking; how will this affect my life and how can I manage my future with this shift in beingness? But it could not deny that everything that it was normally concerned about was already shifting for the better with just that simple realization as a new organizing principle for my reality.

Every preference that you have is a choice that was made in relative unconsciousness, from a state of not knowing. For you to transcend relative unconsciousness, into a state of universal consciousness; one has to “rise out”, rise up and out of the human condition and embrace the entirety of all that is. In order to do that, one has to be at peace with the condition of humans. Now, from the human point of view, thats an impossible thing to do, because there are so many things wrong with life here.

But instead of devoting yourself to the righting of all wrongs and the fixing of all that is broken here, consider; if it is true that your consciousness can transcend and embrace the knowing of all things? Isn’t that where a decision should be made about what should be changed, (if a decision to change should be made at all)?

With no preference of one side over the other; one can love all and when one does love all, then a life of loving allowance is achieved and a life of loving allowance is “that” which will change this reality for the better.

The supreme consciousness of unconditional love; allowing things to be as they are. Is the only causative force for divine change.

If you meditate with an intention to get rid of something, if you do energy or healing work with an intention to change something; then you are fighting against what is and that which is. is going to push back against you. If however, you simply choose to observe, to know and to understand, then reality will open up for you and reveal itself in it's magnificence.

All energy has consciousness and most consciousness resists disapproval from that which does not understand, respect or love it. Experience reality as it is with a wish to know, to experience and to understand what is and what is, will be freed by your loving awareness, understanding and knowledge that it is simply the divine in form ready, willing and able to drop it's pretenses and to embrace you as your truth.

Your wish to understand reality, is a judgement of yourself as something that is untrue, for you naturally and natively understand this reality. That which seems not to understand, is a pretense that you have identified yourself as. So have no intention with your observation, other than to observe that which is exterior and interior to your observation point.

All that attempts to move you from without and that which compells you from within; react to neither, instead, continue to observe without reaction and the more you observe without action or response to any internal or external motion, energy, emotion, thought, or voice; the more you will know the truth of yourself.

If you wonder if somebody else was right in their description of reality, the answer is no. What is correct is your own observation, free from outside influence, your pure unvarnished personal realization of truth is the only truth that is absolutely true for you. Be willing to experience without judgement all that you have ever been and all that you have ever pretended to be. Then my friend, you will be free.

There is one true God and interestingly enough; it is all of us. However when our personality or ego relaxes enough through our observation of all that is, without reaction, effort, or an intent to change things; one opens into the realization into eternal truth and in the opening into that truth, the ego begins to become aware that the truth of you is God consciousness. In the transitioning state of self realization, there is an inclination for you to believe that "you" are the "one truth" which is true and not true at the same time.

You are the one truth, the one truth is you, but the one truth is everything and everyone else as well. So you are the one truth, but not uniquely so, the one truth is universal and inclusive, it's not exclusive to one, but is inclusive of all. The entire truth is the whole truth and when one embraces the whole of all reality, then his own wholeness is revealed, realized and restored. Then all confusions, misidentifications, unconsciousness and limitations dissolve away.

In your meditations the goal, if you must have a goal is not to be without thought, but it is to be without opinion of what comes up in the meditation and not to be moved by a consciousness other than your own and it is to choose to be still and unmoved by all that has a purpose, so that the realization beyond this life and this world may come to you so that you may become fully realized.

Don't appeal to a higher power to clean up the mess that you have made in your life when you can clean it up yourself by observing the mess until you understand what it is, how it occurred and exactly what it is you are now going to do with your life, because to be needy, suffering and failing at moving successfully in this life as the operating basis of your life, is asking God to validate that as your truth and if that is not your truth eternally, then how is God supposed to help you if you your asking for his help requires him to validate a self image that is false.

Regardless of your religious affiliation or non affiliation, there are beings who have fully realized, ascended, transcended and moved beyond the limitations of this reality. To worship them, from the point of view of a fallen consciousness; a consciousness that is unaware and unrealized in it's own knowledge of self, separate from the input from others and the impressions that this reality has made upon you, is to burden yourself with a reality that you cannot move beyond in this lifetime, which is of course ok, because this reality has been made to experience at a level of consciousness that fears for it's ability to survive in a life and death struggle that always ends in the death of the body.

We're here to celebrate the beauty That we all are, the love that that we have within us for ourselves and each other and to remember to come together in an appreciation for the lives that we share with each other. Our shared truth is universal and our universal truth is love, for all, without condition. Yours truly from me to you.

As you observe, you will occasionally reflect on the circumstances of your life and your interactions with others and you will realize that you are nowhere near being authentic or your authentic self. That's ok because you have been what you have been, but the realization of your truth comes with the observation that that which you have been is not your truth, which then allows you to let go of and expand beyond the defensive or offensive personality thats been your normal operating reality and once you do that, Mmm, Mmm, Mmm. Yum, life begging to enjoy you and when life begins to enjoy you, you find life irresistibly and absolutely a wonder to experience.

So go ahead, take the time to observe, while doing absolutely nothing, about life, until life comes in to focus for you without any confusion about your circumstance, identity and role in it. Be easy with life, relax and enjoy, bless and be blessed, love and be loved, the love of "one of God" and godly will you move through life, wether or not you believe, for belief is not necessary for one who knows his own truth universally.

Realize your whole truth; be holy, whole, home and serenely at ease once more and remember; no effort, no struggle, no pressure to perform. The divine way is a "light touch", a movement of enlightened awareness of the harmonious way, where one is respectful, considerate and compassionate with all.

So consider wether or not it is the time, place and circumstance for you to open to embrace life and share your light, in a light, easy, graceful and grateful embrace of life. For me the answer is no and I am realizing into the possibility of yes. Don't take life too seriously or you will miss the whole point; celebrate, celebrate, celebrate, your life, your loves, your freedom, your friends and your family and all the rest will take care of itself.

Simply decide that your going to know whats going on in your life, you’re not going to be surprised by any of it, because you’ll know what going on, in, around and with your life. The interaction this reality has with your life;
is fully known by you,
by the you that is willing to be free here,
by the you that is willing to know me here.
Allow that part to be freely here for you,
for your benefit,
for your success,
for your betterment,
for all of this; allow a truthful competence, confidence and ability to be here as you choose to be and experience here, what you wish to;
to be at one with all and yet to be,
always in a manner that pleases you.

Always be here in a manner that pleases you, come on. If the manner in which you are here is not pleasing to you, don’t hold onto it, don’t demand that that be your continued truth of your manifestation here. If the truth of who and what you are here as demonstrated by your presence, actions and the points of view of those interacting with you, if you want to continue on being that; then quit saying that you don’t and if you don’t wish to continue being that, then let go of the you that you know, does not know the truth of it’s self.

Hold onto your knowing that freedom is one of the words that could be used to describe the truth of you. That which is not free is not the truth of you, it is only a pretense. Your choice to be one with God is going to result in such a radical shift of your current belief of your true self, that you will not be able to observe who you have been, even as your pretense anymore, and that’s a good thing.

The truth of you is the you that is brilliantly free, fully alive, awake, awakened, and aware of self as the truly free; free from limitation by your own self realization of truth.

I’m the wrong guy for you to talk to about practical living, if you are looking to my life’s example for the manifestation of it. Yet at the same time, I know the formula for self satisfaction;

Your realization of freedom

Allow your realization of freedom to shift your manifestation here, to shift your abilities and knowing in every way. Observe everything around you and realize that this, is already divine. There is no flaw here, there is only the pretense of a flaw. The things that you want to improve in yourself are only pretended flaws, so within that pretense; you don’t try to not be what you are, you are that already. What you are now, was the purpose of your creation, but it is not the end creative limitation of who and what you are, it is only a passing mirage that is pretending to be your truth. One that is interesting and beautiful, but one that is ultimately irrelevant to being able to limit you in any way.

Yes, through and through the “everything” that you are, is the realization that you already are, divine. You are. I already am divine also, there is no seeking it, it’s the truth that you allow yourself to realize; you already are divine and you did not need anybody else’s help to do it. Although you surely received invaluable help along the way, but we all have to say for ourselves and each other; “the divine never needed help from me and you and I both, are divinity.”

Within all that is you; you realize that it is already divine here,
I am already divinely conscious here,
I am already divinely responsible here,
I am already divinely free here and
I open myself to my full realization of that as my awareness in this moment and going forward as I move through time,
I continue to increase my realization of the divine.
I am already divine and for my benefit,
I realize it in this moment.
I am the divine is the self realization that is going on in your body right now, shifting every individuated point of consciousness attached to the body into the realization that it is already divinely realized, it’s already that, which it always has been.

You are already divine, there is nothing to struggle for.
You are already that which you wish to be.
You already are as free as free can be.
There are no limits on true freedom; Its the full ability to live as you choose.
There is nothing left to struggle for, relax, be free, choose to be free now. Don’t choose to become free, don’t choose to improve yourself in barely noticeable ways into better freedom; be as you choose to be and choose to be free.

There is nothing to struggle for if you realize your divinity and you are already divine and it doesn’t have to have anything to do with any other part of reality. Reality can continue on as it is, with you realizing your divinity. Everyone is free, everyone is divinity moving as it chooses to be.

The body wants to feel its way into a state of freedom of expression. It wants to go; Ahh, it wants to be in awe. You feel whatever it is you feel in your body and you release it with an expression of awe… ahh… Where your body is able to embrace its freedom is; when you feel the limitation or pain and you feel it, ahh… moving it from a condition of awe-full to full of awe. The ahh, ooh, yes, Awesome, yes. Feeling where your body is and then allowing it to go into a state of emphatic, enthusiastic and celebratory; yes, ahh, oh yes.

Yes, to freedom in the body, Yes to freedom of consciousness, yes to freedom of movement, freedom of presence and yes to the presence of a supremely aware, confident and able consciousness. Allow your body to find the awesome possibilities of that embrace. The embrace of ahh-yes. Feel your body and allow it to move into a state of ahh-yes. Touch your body in a new way and feel how it feels. Then relax and allow the body to move in ahh, oh yes, ah ha, that was what was wrong with me; I was allowing my self to go unconscious in my connection to painful circumstances, instead of going; ouch, aaah, ohh, ahh, ah ha, OK, got it. What do we do with our new found freedom in the body? We build on it moment to moment, allowing it to move, shift and embrace the possibilities. All you have to do is feel how things are in this moment, relax and say ok, ahh, the infinite awareness of self is choosing to be here and self aware. Mmm.

There is an interesting thing about stretching; if you do something relatively difficult where your body is resisting your going any further, and you hold it there, embracing it while letting go of the problem, continue to this until it stops resisting you and becomes supportive of you. Then when your body relaxes into peace, relax into this universe being supportive of you totally; saying yes Judy, yes Judy.

Allow the universe to bless you with a yes to your chosen perfection, being the reality that you are expressed here as. Sometimes it is easier to relax into something that you have not been willing to face before, when there is somebody supporting you in it. Anything that you have avoided out of fear can be mastered with a shared supportive presence.

There is no reason not to face up to the life that is in front of you, because the life that is in front of you when observed through the eyes of your own eternal truth, is seen from that eternal knowledge and awareness and the universe then says yes to supporting you, because you are standing in your truth as much as you can. You’re willing to be responsible for your life and many others as well. Your willing to be here as a person who benefits all of this reality because of the things you choose to help manifest and create here. You devote yourself to things that bless, benefit and advance the freedom and lives that you connect with.

When you do that, you are in harmony with reality. When you act in harmony with all of reality, there is no part of reality that will choose to be in disharmony with you. “I will choose to look for others to find a way to be freer in the same manner that I am free with myself” When they are with you, it is; everyone for the benefit of everyone else. Each willing to give that which results in the betterment of the other, from the others point of view. Is this resulting in the betterment of you? Does the touch of an aware consciousness awaken within you, a greater awareness with yourself? Using the reflection of the other as a pathway to enlightenment?

Don’t be compelled within yourself to change anything about you. To come from the point of view that needs to change, in order to improve or be a more perfect you. Instead, simply allow the perfection of truth to be your identity and to shift the expression of you in reality, with allowance, until you resemble that. Allow the creation of you, to morph into a “pretty good” reflection of the beingness that you have chosen.

I am looking at how to have a continuous experience of freedom in the body. To do that I am exploring every place in my body that is not free and work my way through it in ahh… allowance for whatever will release it, to be the direction that I am moving. There is no predetermined process, or theory other than; it is possible to let go of anything and everything that limits your expression of your eternal truth. It’s safe to say that you can relax out of anything that blocks you from having that experience and having that be something that it is OK for you to let go of.

The willingness to let go of anything that limits you is the first prerequisite for a free being. All the things that we as humans find to disable ourselves in the supposed virtue of restraint of the freedom that would result in a graceful, joyful and loving expression of ourselves. Interesting that we would prefer that to a truth that would be worthy of the word transcendent. Something that transcends all human levels of pleasure, and consciousness. Something that if it were available to everyone as a free choice of consciousness for that moment; there would be no-one who would not choose it.

So what prevents us from choosing it in this moment? From choosing our truth? The suggestion that an experience of the knowing and realization of our ultimate truth is a reality that we can share with each other and with others. It is the reason that we chose to be here; to be here as our eternal truth of self, this is the hoped for possibility for everyone who chooses realization for themselves.

You have to actually confront and experience the truth of who you are here, before you can transcend. You can’t transcend in unconsciousness, only in full awareness. You have to look at the s--it that you have done in life and say; yes I did that and look at the level of consciousness that you were at; it was an expected appropriate behavior for that level of consciousness. Its not the level of consciousness that I choose any more though, so my reality has to shift now to conform to the new beingness that I have chosen.

There’s no excuse in a present time circumstance that is an actual real barrier to your being what you choose to be. You don’t choose for a change of circumstances, you choose for a change of presence, of beingness, then the universe will move mountains of fear and doubt for your transformation.

I choose the ultimate expression of myself as my reality here, as my expression here. I choose what is ultimately true, what the ultimate possibility of what my truth could be, so that all possibilities for my self are available to me as my free choice.

To change the self that you are, you simply have to choose the self that you want to be and what is that? Beingness is a choice, its not a truth. There is a truth of the choice made, but it is not an original truth, all beingness is a pretense or postulate; a choice of consciousness to be “that.” You don’t do something to be or become something, you choose to be something and then all your behaviors are natural for the beingness that is chosen.

“I choose to be the seed that knows not the destiny of its reality and allows itself to become the full expression of its truth without any pre conceived plan. I am simply willing to be that which I was created to be.” “That” willingness in yourself, makes your ultimate truth an available choice for you.

What ever there has been between us that has been my being less than fully blessing you with your fondest wishes for yourself, I let go of and replace that with; my knowing of your eternal truth and my saying yes, yes, yes it’s nice, to know you there.

Not having to do anything to improve, ceasing to do anything that is not done in divine consciousness, awareness and responsibility. I am not going to accept my consciousness being less than that, so I am certainly not going to do anything at all from any level less than the divine and so I am simply going to sit here, until I realize that the divine has always been in me, has always supported me, has always embraced me with love for who and what I am and in what my choices have been in each and every moment.

When I can relax into receiving divinity within myself, then I receive that and as I open and receive that, then that is allowing the divine to move me, to be me, to know me fully and for me to know all that is divine as well.

There is some kind of doorway to heaven where we transit from our consciousness here, to our presence there. Our presence in heaven and knowing that, that is us here, hmm, how is that realized in this identity and point of view? Well, it is not realized by this point of view trying, its not realized by this point of view learning, it’s by this point of view having been chosen divinely to be reawakened, to be restored, to be redeemed, to be it’s truth once more again, now.

It’s OK, right now for you to open to your knowing of your divine and eternal truth and your receiving that as an active expression of yourself as you move through this reality.

Nice opening, nice choice, well done. Allow it to move thorough the totality of who you are expressed here as. My god, what a blessing to yourself that you can open up to the knowledge of yourself, the realization of eternal truth as the expression of yourself. Congratulations, what a marvelous choice and oh what a relief for me, thank you.

When you choose freedom for yourself, you bless everyone around you. It’s a resonant frequency that the others can’t help but go into harmony with for their own self. You allow your blessing of all others to move before you into reality as you move through it. You, a free being, consciously expressed here, willingly present here as eternal truth. Not shutting down and going unconsciousness. Hallelujah, the celebration of life by a consciousness that loves life, that supports life, that blesses and benefits all life here.

Why wouldn’t you do that? Why wouldn’t you say; I choose to be a benefit to this reality, why would you fight it, why would you not say; I support this reality in such a way that this reality chooses better for itself. Why not be that? Why not be here as that, simply by being present here as your own truth?

Let me experience what it is to be in the presence of eternal truth manifest by you through your human form. Let me feel that, by your being open to the divine flowing through you. Let me know what it is to know the presence of eternity manifest as form.

The most wonderful thing that you can do for another person is to be willing to know and experience the divine through them. I have an Idea about how you should do it, but that is the part of me that is wrong, that I am letting go of, because in order for you to be the full expression of the truth of your divinity, you have to allow the divine to move through you and it moves as it chooses.

I willingly allow myself to be surprised by how the divine moves through you. That is a new twist and an improvement in my ability to appreciate another person. My willingness for the divine to be present in you is only going to be experienced by myself, when I just sit back and watch it happen, you don’t need a word of instruction or encouragement from me.

A two way willingness to allow the divine flow, in and out, giving and receiving of the divine without any shutdown by the body consciousness being in fear. Just a full Ahh, awe, a willingnes for the divine to move through us, in and out simultaneously, giving and receiving, without thought, but with awareness and consciousness, while you observe the miraculous reality of the divine within your form. Letting go of every point of view that you have ever had that you are something less than that.

As all of those ideas, pretenses, valences and roles that you have played; feel them, embrace them, then let them go as you realize the divine, through them, as them, until what they are is nothing but divine presence. Everything less than that has been transformed, transmuted and transcended. Then you allow that beingness to enter the reality of the life that you are living here, not just the body, not just in the realm of possibilities in your future or past, but in your eternal present that you are in, regardless of where you are going tomorrow.

You are open right now to eternity in your present,
as your presence,
as your consciousness,
As your awareness,
as your sense of self,
as the experience of self in the body,
as the experience of the self the frees all embodied consciousness because of its perfect awareness and presence. The presence of transformed self, is the self that is your truth and the presence of transformed self only needs to be present and then everything else shifts because of it, including your identity, circumstances and relationships, they all shift into a whole other set of possibilities.

Each time that you catch yourself getting back into doingness, instead of beingness and presence, just go; oh yes, thats funny. let that go again and re-realize yourself as that presence that frees with your presence here. The process is as gradual or as quick as your letting go is. As fast as you can comfortably let go is as fast as the process goes. If you want to speed up the process, you have to figure out how to comfortably, easily and harmoniously let go without disruption for yourself or others.

How do you let go of all that limits you in such a way that it frees you and is a blessing to this reality? Anything that promotes more focused consciousness in your body, can be used to take responsibility for it in a greater way. Part of what they don’t tell you in church is that you save yourself in surrender to your own truth and allowing that truth, to be what transforms you, not somebody else’s.

The willingness to be free is the you that exists in every moment of your changing reality. I am letting go of the need that I have had to express myself from the point of view that something that I had to say was meaningful, beneficial or educational to someone else. I am letting go of the need that I have to be relevant to anyone who feels like they need assistance from outside of themselves in order for them to be what they wish to be, because they don’t.

We’re here to be one who willing chooses the divine for themselves, now.

A physical manifestation of divine unconditional love

It’s an interesting subject; what it is to have a relationship with the divine. When you are coming from a human consciousness and its one that there is not really much practical knowledge of in the general press and even in the new age books or the standard works of established religions.

It’s a place where I like to go when I can and when I do, I can speak from there, especially when I have taken a traditional native sacrament. Otherwise I just get inspired and while they are nice words of inspiration, receiving it from above, so to speak. The other with the sacrament, is quite different; the word is divinely loaded into the body and the body is embraced with a unconditional love that is transcendent and its impossible not to say; yes, its nice, Mmm, home base again, I’m back. Its everyones home base, its everyones natural state of expression beyond the eternities. It’s us talking as God ourselves. The talking about it is necessary because we are not expressing it here as who and what we are.

Judy, We are all in this dimension and certain people are being spoken to and while you are being spoken to you have to know that that is happening. Its like a building where God is on the 12th floor and all of the information is on the 11th floor and that’s where all knowledge is pulled from and there are only certain people who can pull that knowledge out and the others don’t have access to it.

To be the presence of the I AM, with out limitation or an agenda, without a point of view that somebody else is wrong in their chosen expression here; the divine celebrates this reality exactly as it is. Not because it enjoys it exactly as it is, which it does, but because the enjoyment, approval, understanding and embracement of a reality, is what makes a transcendent reality known as an available choice to a consciousness embodied in duality.

This world is being changed, not through words, thoughts, ideas, concepts and belief systems. This world is coming into a new world change, because of a willing choice of the embodiment of the divine by this entire reality. Thats the agenda of this reality; the embodiment of all form and creation by God consciousness and God being the operating identity of the entire reality, all reality in a divine state of consciousness, where each point of view celebrates every other point of view and consciousness that is perceived as the “other”

The self is a divine manifestation and all else is an equally divine manifestation. The change foe you into that is; “you” yourself wondering whether that is an available choice for you. When your consciousness wonders if that is true; then the “wondering” of that begins; the wonder of a reality of conscious presence that is sublime, that is universally loving, universally giving to all of creation without preference to one part of it being better than another.
Thats what changes reality, when you choose yourself, to allow your true self, the true you that exists beyond this one, the conscious of your existence eternally, the one that knows all that there is to know, about all that is. That is the you that is true and that is the one that is the truth of you. If you are willing to be true to yourself and embody your eternal truth, you will be a blessing to this reality. A blessing that all of this reality will celebrate. There is not a negative aspect to your being here as your eternal presence.

In regards to your body making the transition to freedom, feel it and ask; am I really going to allow this body to be free? To move with a consciousness that encompasses eternity? Who’s is willing to say; yes, I choose to know ultimate truth, I choose to ultimately be true to myself and to you, I am here to be the me that is free, free to be the truth of me throughout all eternity?

From my heart to yours, the message from me to you is; I do see you eternally and as you choose for the same yourself, the dreams and fondest wishes that you have for this reality and for yourself will be true, because your presence will be a wonder to behold, without your saying a single word.

The presence of a divine consciousness as the operating consciousness in a body is an irresistible force, irresistible, because it is a physical manifestation of divine unconditional love and the source of all creation from whence we all are from, our native, natural point of view as the creator of realities for ourselves to interact in with separate points of view.

When you are meditating, you should realize that the point of what you are doing is to be more conscious. More conscious in such a way that life is better for you, more enjoyable for you, more successful for you. The objective is to be present here as conscious as it is possible for us to be.

How much can you be conscious of with each step that you take? How much more can you be aware of than you are? Open up to a greater capacity for knowing and understanding reality as it is and as it can be when you are in perfect harmony with it. Choosing to be in dis-harmony with any part of reality doesn’t make you a superior being, it makes you less than that, don’t hold onto any ego gratifying identification of yourself as a tough, smart, or clever guy that has ‘it over” on any other part of this reality. If you identify with this reality to that degree, then you can’t be aware of anything that lies beyond this that might further benefit your enjoyment of this reality while you are here. Open up to all the possibilities that are available for you, not just the ones that you have thought of or have been told that you have by others.

Look and see if there is the possibility of something extraordinary available to us right now. Lets drop the pretense of the you that is thinking, of being the totality of what is possible as the truth of what you are. Lets open up to the possibility of knowing the truth of you that would perfect you in this form.

Let go of your mind and not respond to what it is asking you to do, just purely relax and feel what it is for your body to fully be at ease and for your mind to be at peace while you allow your body to move in that state of peaceful, harmonious consciousness; a divine presence as you move through life. Allow the body to come into full harmony with what it would feel, if a divinely conscious being were inhabiting it.

The body can be supportive of the truth of your consciousness here. If you continue to let the body be in control. You will only find ways to improve your body consciousness and that’s not a fully encompassing level of consciousness, or indicative of who and what you are in totality. The truth of yourself is limitless and is a magnificent thing to behold. What would that be like for you to be magnificent to behold, wondrous to interact with, revealing and miraculous in the positive effects that you have with people and reality? It’s not something that you attain, its something that you observe, observe it so that you know what it is and can then decide if that is something that you want to be, at your choice.

This is not about Ideas and concepts, its a current choice of consciousness that you have, that you can experience, right now. Something that your not presently aware of, something that you don’t know exists, only because you took your attention off of it. Put your attention back on the divine now, so that you can become aware of those realms, so that they can be familiar to you again, so that you can know whether or not the information that you become aware of when you are in that state of consciousness is something that you want to make available to yourself.

Simply choose for yourself, right now, the awareness of the divine. “I choose to be aware of divinity” “I choose to be aware of all that is divine and I choose to know the beings that would qualify as the perfected expression of that”. Whatever their identities may be, who cares what their names are? Who cares if it is Jesus, Buddha, Krishna or a bunch of other guys that made it maybe even better than they did? That nobody ever named, because they could not be known by a consciousness less that their own? How about knowing those guys and gal’s? How about saying to them; hit me with the truth? Help me open to looking at ultimate truth in such a way that it changes me and transforms me, so that life is no more an uncertain thing?

Now into the practical application part of it, experiential learning. Feel yourself and ask; am I willing to open to interacting with divinity, divine consciousness, divine beings, divine forms and structures? Am I willing to observe all that is divine and have all that is divine as my awareness? To have my presence fully with that awareness so that divine awareness shifts all the consciousness that surrounds you, into a shared awareness of the divine?

Ahh… Yes… Well done…

One thing that you can say about yourself that makes you more conscious is; “the divine has chosen to be divinely conscious in me”.

Don’t hold onto any of the identifications of yourself that come from a human sourced consciousness. (That pretty much covers everyone by the way). If you no longer allow yourself to have human based reference points for your consciousness and your identity, then you are free to explore all truths and can then choose to embody yourself with whatever greater level of consciousness that you choose.

I have to be so much more conscious in my life than I have been on the effects that I have on others and how easy it is to create positive ones instead of negative ones. Open up to knowing how to create a fulfilled reality for both you and the others that you deal with. Open up to knowing “That” as your identity of self, as the operating consciousness that you are here. Allow yourself to be competent in every way, to be successful beyond measure, something that is a whole new paradigm shift here.

The perfection of form by a divine consciousness

Another visit with Steve,

I would like you to watch something, actually I would like you to do it with me.

What?

Walk up the stairs with me, "the stairway to heaven".

Ok.

In your walking down the stairs to meet me here, you were operating from a level in the brain that has everything on automatic.

Yes.

You walked down the stairs without paying attention to what you were doing, because doing it requires so little of your attention to be effective. However, I did say that it was a stairway to heaven.

Yes.

If anyone were willing to allow every stairway to be a stairway to heaven or a stairway to enlightenment, the world would change fairly quickly. You can prove it to yourself if you wish, by being fully conscious as you move. As I take this step, I observe every inch of the movement of my left foot, I felt every muscle involved. By moving slowly and paying attention, I can feel what it takes for me to be present in my body consciously and as I feel what ever it takes to do that, I just let that happen.

If I just let it happen and let "the way" be the path, the way of enlightenment be my path, then the transition to that may look to be a little problematic to one observing me, but it will be effective. So you will probably like to practice this in privacy or with somebody that is supportive of your intention to experience enlightened or divine possibilities for yourself. But, who really believes that that is going to happen for them, here and now? Anybody, anyone?

Now that you have heard the words, are you willing to say; I know I shouldn't, I know I wouldn't, I know I couldn't, unless something shifted in the core of my being that finally was allowing me to be present here without any filters on my consciousness, without there being anyone else here that determines my level of consciousness or has any input whatsoever in my experiencing the "me" of who I am? That's my determination, not anyone else's.

You are not to let any other point of view, any other consciousness have any effect on you whatsoever in a manner that you don't embrace with a; Yes, I like that!

Yes.

We're not here as our truth because we are not being true to ourselves. "We're not being true to ourselves, because were not being true to "us", "to ourselves", "to our truth". If we were being the truth of our ultimate truth here, we would be here as our eternal truth and we're not! We're not, this experience of ourselves is false and this is truth; the revelation of truth to a point of view that knows that it cannot know what that is, is a waste of effort and you end up with the reality that we are all experiencing here. However, for those knowing that it's been possible for us to always know the truth and the truth will not only be known by us at choice, but will be in us to such a degree that being false in any way will not be a possibility for us and that will not be a negative for us in our lives.

The first step of enlightenment is to say; I will open up as much as I can for enlightenment to be my possibility, despite the facts and evidence that I am so observably not the expression of that, here and now. Regardless of the level of density, of dumbness, of stupidity and complete out of my mind, mindlessness, I must ask; where is the rest of my expression, my experience, my history and my awareness of eternity while I am here as "this"? Where is yours? Where is your eternal truth? Where do I have to look to find it? Is it here? I don't see it there. Where is Steve's eternal truth found?

If it is not here, look for it somewhere else. If it is not here, be wherever it is and then reconnect with what you have become here, what you exist as in this moment. Reconnect as your divinity with the life that you have been managing here, it's not an unreasonable request. To what ever degree you have known yourself as divinity, from there; remember your right of self determinism.

Regardless of whatever momentary path that you are on, know how completely and absolutely you can change that when you choose to without breaking anybodies rules, because the rule makers know nothing of this reality and they cannot manage what they do not know. There is no authority for you over your truth here, so give allegiance to none that are not openly sharing their divine truth, not through their words, not through their actions, but through their presence here. The presence of a supreme consciousness taking responsibility for this life that you are, your own supreme consciousness, why shouldn't you do that? How else can your life here be what you wish it to be, unless you are the absolute controlling source for the realization of the life that you wish for here?

Let me see if I can approach this from another direction where you can embrace it easier; move slowly, so slowly that you can be consciously aware of whatever it takes for your movements to be graceful, healing and supportive of "the other" being more and more comfortable, more and more confident, more and more able to be present as their own truth, that is what I wish for you to be in this reality. Be the one that knows the touch that shows that there is no pretense in "this" presence. There is only that which sees you in your freedom of expression here being the reality that I know is born again in you and is feeling it's way into an expression of it's truth here. The truth that everything, every expression of you here is going to be expressed in the truth of your divine presence.

So let all know that grace, that sensitivity; a presence for the benefit of "the other"; your brother, your sister, your mother, your enemy. You're here to bless your enemy, you know, don't get so caught up in this reality that you believe that everybody who thinks that he is your enemy, actually has your agreement and belief that it is true from your point of view.

You know that everybody here, especially all of your enemies, are the divine in a form where they are appearing to be confused. They are only confused to the degree of your own confusion! Your own confusion damns those whom you interact with. In order for them to interact with you, those more conscious than you have to lower themselves to the level where you are most consciousness as and thats the level they have to go to, to meet you on your level so that you can communicate with them.

Don't have your conscious communication level ever require another consciousness, or another embodied being, to diminish themselves in any way so that they can come into a communication with you. Always be the one who can communicate on any level of consciousness to anyone else, at any time, in such a way that it benefits you and benefits them at the same time. Always for the further expansion and expression of the divine experience for all consciousness and for all forms. That's a worthy cause for you if you have to have a cause and in our human consciousness, we do seem to have to have a cause. Of course we let it go as soon as we don't need the cause to motivate us, but at some point if you need a reason to accept your truth here, feel the benefit of that being a calling for you, for your own self experience and expression as that, to know what that is from your own experience as that being the expression of who you are here. Know it , not from a book, not from somebody else's idea, but know what it is that every holy man that was ever worthy of the nothingness that he finally realized as his truth.

It's a choice, choose it for yourself, please. I don't want you to agree to do it sometime in the future, you can do and be whatever you want to do and be tomorrow when I am not with you, but in this moment; choose your divinity, so that I can be free. So that you can be free, so that we can know what the possibilities are for us here. First to make our own life better, so that we are more able and more effective, personally. Who would begrudge that? But second then, to put this life in perfect order, so that your perfectly ordered life will be; not a beacon of light, but a beacon of transformation for every reality that it shares with another point of view of consciousness that is identified as something other than you.

Allow yourself to be supportive then of your brothers, your sisters and all the rest of you that feels like it doesn't have a choice as to it's level of success in this reality, where it is at a bad effect of things here, of other people and points of view. It just doesn't know how to operate successfully here. How do you help out somebody like that?

Oh, let's see Dave, is it ok for you to have money? Is it? What do you have to do to be comfortable with the idea of actually having a surplus of money? Because really, that's the block that you have allowed to be in front of your being divine in each moment, because you have to go get the money you need for your family in some way that you are not even sure is going to work.

If nobody is being god here and everybody is afraid to allow that to be the presence that they embody here, then why should anyone let another's bad choice affect their freedom to choose that for themselves? Is that really being polite and doing the right thing for them? To not be here as my truth, because nobody else is being theirs? Do I have to obey that reality because they all screwed up?

Steve, No.

I am asking you this truly, I am asking this from the heart of my soul to the heart of yours.

Steve, I am answering it from the same.

Ok, good. let me feel the way to my freedom through the words you just expressed, because that is my purpose; freedom, regardless of what initiates the motion. I like the fact that somebody else is willing to be free., choose it more for yourself and choose it more for me. Allow that freedom not to be just a concept or an idea that appears to be a logically good choice for you to make, but allow yourself to experience what it is to fully make that choice, where that choice has already been made and decided and you are now living with the result of it.

Have that experience of freedom, you chose it from the level of consciousness that results in manifestation, from the level of consciousness that gets what it wants, always. Choose your divinity from there as who you are expressed as here, for yourself only, not for other people when you don't know what the results of that choice will mean, but to and for yourself, at least. So that you know and you experience and you express to yourself, your divine truth. Allow yourself to experience that, your not affecting this reality at all, it is only for your own knowledge and understanding of what it is to be embodied divinely.

It's for your own experience, it doesn't affect anybody else's reality, there are no possible bad results from your doing this none. You only want to know what it is to know that. I know that this is a funny way to say it, but I needed to occupy your mind with it long enough for you to relax into the possibility that experiencing yourself as an expression of the divine is a divine possibility for you now. It is possible, it really is possible Steve. For you, it's an available choice, it's a choice for you here and now as you move into your willingness to know your truth, as you move to express yourself here as your truth, as you move into knowing what it is to know what it is to know, divinely.

Steve, that's cool.

I am going to focus on myself right now because I was just putting all of the responsibility onto you as we were going through that. I am taking responsibility for my own consciousness now so that I don't have to have the basis of my consciousness be where you are willing to be.

Steve, yes.

Ok. You know what's really funny Steve?

Steve, what's that?

As much as I think I know what I do, you know more than I do, because when I listen to this, word for word later and I write it down, I know that you are having a different experience and having a higher level of reality on what it is that we do than I do when I am back in my normal state of consciousness. From this level to you, so that you will interact with me in a helpful way when I am in my normal reality, know this; you can be a blessing to me in giving me back a knowing of me from you; the knowing that you are supportive of me in being absolutely free, supporting of me being expressed here as the divinity that I occasionally access.

Steve, umhmm

I know, I know, I can't even allow it for myself, only to a very limited degree, occasionally. In order to live divinely, a divine one is always sharing that reality with his buddies, because his buddies live in that reality, because He does and because he does, they can't help but do it themselves. That's what we are looking for, is our own light to be so bright, that a divinely free life is the only option around you, regardless of who you are interacting with; they just can't resist their own divinity when they are in your presence; as soon as they sense the truth of you as your minds meet in the subtle realms, then there is a realization that moves throughout the entirety of what it is you are expressed here as. It awakens to the knowledge that; oh yes, it is different now, I am to be free, I am allowed, I am allowed to be free. I am allowed to be free here within the realms of all of my supposed con-tracts and agreements with others about what the reality is going to be like, that I share with them.

Regardless of all of those contracts, I am going to choose to be divinely free and have that be better for me than the alternative and have that be better for everyone else also. I am not going to allow my divine expression here be something to make me celebrated; it's going to be something to make me celebrate the fact that I am here and I am alive. It's for me to celebrate, not for me to be celebrated. That's why you choose your divinity, it's for your own celebration, for and by yourself. It's yes, yes, yes, once again you are here again divinely, congratulations, another winner. Took awhile since the last one.

What's up with that? What's up with it being so rare for the divine to be in form here? For this reality to be in-formed of it's divinity? For this reality to be divinely formed, expressed and known by itself? Knowing the full truth of it's own divine freedom so that everything in form, flows freely and wonderfully for all other forms. I know that that is a lot to ask, but God knows, that the divine in form, flows like no form that is less than divine. It is a wonder, a wondrous experience, the divine in form is a wondrous experience, it's a wondrous experience for you, for you, not for someone else that you don't know.

It's a wondrous experience for you so that you do know, so that you know it all, so that you don't have to guess or take someone else's word for it. You don't have to read some book about it that some body that was using words to try to communicate the experience of the truth to you. God, how degraded does someone have to become to communicate with people here? Do you only accept the language of your understanding, structured in such a way that is is unusual enough that you will raise your consciousness up to a level where you can say; there is something here, I should pay attention to it, it is good for me.

Let's move beyond that, let's move to a level where we are already divinely free. Why would we want to have our shared reality be a struggle for that condition? Come on, don't dam me to that level. Undamn me by granting me my freedom to be here divinely. Undamn yourself by granting you your own divinity, if you won't grant me mine, grant me yours and as soon as you do, you will grant me mine. I am just saying; be open to the possibility, not as an idea, not as a concept, but feel the reality here now; feel it opening with a yes, yes, yes, yes, to you, yes, yes, yes to you, you in your truth, fully here, fully present, as the perfection, of consciousness in form.

Yes to that, come on, come on, it's here for you, it's here for you, it's right here for you. I am going to celebrate it when I fully experience it's expression through you because you chose it for yourself. That's what I am here to see, that's what I expect from you. I expect from you the knowing that when I am communicating with you I want your best, I don't want pretense, I don't want sociality, all that stuff is nice, it's pleasant, but what I want is a silent, knowing, sharing of a transcendent reality where we support each other in the freedom of manifesting here as divine consciousness. At least for ourselves and each other. A willingness to share a better reality than anyone else does here. Or, assuming that I am somehow "off" on that computation, as good as anyone else does here and then better after that shared witness.

The eternal progression of consciousness, that expanded knowing and understanding of God, as God, as "oh God!" "oh my God", it's not a choice is it? It's not a choice, it does not matter what you choose, it is still your truth. Your truth doesn't change through choice, you are what you are, only your perceived reality shifts, not your truth. Your perception of reality as a knowledge of self as to who you are, that shifts when you make choices. The knowingness, the self realization; that shifts but your truth doesn't shift, it never shifts, it's always the truth. What is always true is that there is nothing you that lasts through eternity that's not God already, and always has been and always will be. That's the only truth that you are passing on with when you drop this body.

So know it before you do, know it now. Know it all day every day, know it as your experience and expression of self and the realization in each moment that that was the right thing to do, based upon what your experience of self was before you chose that. Know in every instant that your chosen expression of your truth, of your divine self, that that was the right choice. Allow that to move you consciously, physically, morally, magically and miraculously in every second of your experience here. Have it be a wondrous wow, a wow, wow, wow, that's the purpose of your state of consciousness now; to be in a wow. 37:24 a continuous wow as your consciousness expands in its expression and understanding of this and every other reality.

And what are the limits to knowledge in this form with that choice? Well, perfection in expansion and expression as a state of ultimate freedom, the realization of that never has to be beat, never needs to be surpassed, it's the truth of you that passes eternity to eternity, manifestation to manifestation, that is what you are the cause of: your experience here.

So, what is it you came here for?why are you here? Is it to do the things that we normally talk about? Oh my God, the bullshit that we say to each other every day, that's not why. We are here, ugh, yuck and goddamned is what we are. We are god shut up, because the truth of you is divine. It is what you have been taught as a pretense, as a wish, as a "no it's not really going to happen, but we can pretend that it might happen" thats the level of consciousness that you were born into and trained up in, in this life and oh my god what a disability! Please do not dedicate yourself to further subjecting your self to the limitation inherent in that reality as your pretense. What a disability it is to even communicate on that level of consciousness, come on, wake up, how did a religion of love turn into the damnation of the soul? How can anyone not see that this is only that, here in this reality?

How could anyone say that there is a church of God here that results in Gods presence being expressed through the beings that are here? They are all false, all of them, come on, you are either expressed Godly or you are not. If you are talking about it, if you are debating it, if you are philosophizing about it, if your are a scriptorian, have you read that one? That is not what the ultimate expression of your possibilities are here. Come on, drop it, drop it, get off it, give Dave a brother who is willing to be free here with him, come on, that's what I want from you here. I want a brother in ultimate freedom. Come on, in a good way, for everybody. Everybody is benefited by us being better.

Come on, if we are more loving, does that help other people? If we are more considerate of other people's needs, does that help them? If we are more aware of something that we can do in this moment that will touch or light little touch that will shift somebody else's reality in a magnificent way? We don't want to know that? We don't want to be that? Wouldn't you want to be able to say; God bless you and actually have it be the blessing of God? Isn't that your responsibility as a son of God is to be his expression of "self" in this reality? Huh? Isn't that what father do is they express themselves through their children? And if you are the son of God, stop goddamning your self in to a state of utter confusion about what the truth of your own divinity is and what is available to you as that here and now.

I don't mean to lecture you about that for any purpose other than for you to decide that it's ok to choose it, experience it, express it and have that be a benefit to your self and to everyone else, so that no one is diminished, everyone is expanded, everyone is blessed as a result of your choice, so it is ok for you to make that choice. Every one is bettered by it, everyone, everyone that comes in contact with you is bettered by it when you choose your divinity, so it is ok to choose it. There're people that would say; no way to the way that you are. Most of them, infect every single one, including me, would say no to that for the you that sits I'm front of me. But none of them would say no to the you that sits in front of me, after he has accepted and received as self, his eternally divine presence.

So, yes people are going to object if they were going through the experience of the shift and change themselves, but they are not. It's just you, everyone else can stay the way that they are, you are not making choices for them in the beginning, they are making choices for themselves. In fact, you never make a choice for them, all you do is show what the result of a good choice for yourself is and the more of those that you make, the more correct choices that you make make in your life because of your willing expansion of consciousness and understanding of this reality; then this reality is a piece of cake for you, anything that you want, because you know what it is that has to be said, to be done, to be expressed in any way, for you to have exactly what you want right now. So you always express yourself appropriately and it always benefits you when you do and it always benefits the other person when you do. You don't have a pretense of the continuation of an ungodly reality as an acceptable experience for you to have with anyone. You re not fighting against anything, you're just choosing the experience of the divine yourself,the knowing of truth yourself and if that changes you to such a degree that that choice becomes an available choice, an irresistible choice to those that are around you; it's not you doing anything against their free agency, that's them in the free agency of knowing the real possibilities for themselves because they experienced for themselves somebody else in their full truth.

When somebody else is here in their full truth, it's an irresistible force, moving the unmoveable object, because the consciousness of the unmoveable object moved first. With the knowledge of the true possibilities for itself, realizes that that continuing on in the consciousness of the un-moveable object, is not what it wants to know itself as, as it's primary experience again, because ultimate truth and ultimate freedom is such a "hotter ride". To choose to be a "hard guy" in life, to choose to be a "tough guy" in life, oh my gosh what a painful reality to know that as your truth.

Steve, it's actually not your truth.

In the context of your experience of self in this reality. Of course it is not your truth. Your truth never changes,, your truth is always the same, but your experience of that truth is a result of your choices. So wether or not you know your truth or not is a result of your own choices and if you don't know what it is, then you have chosen not to. Now that doesn't mean that you cannot overrule your previous choices, because the choice of ultimate truth from the highest consciousness that you can take on for yourself in each moment, as you experience yourself as an expression of a higher consciousness each time you shift to a higher more expended level, you take responsibility for knowing that that increased level of truth is simply a lighter level of pretense on your way to your experience of ultimate truth and total freedom.

Ok Davy, wasn't it interesting to meet with that man today when you made the comment that he was doing the work that he chose to do and the comment went over his head? You were trying to get him to take a look at his choices and he wasn't willing to take a look.

Right here Steve, is where you take a look within yourself and feel where it is sighing yourself where you were only willing to be here at a brilliant or a genius state of consciousness maybe, but were not taking responsibility for being consciousness enough here for you to actually to make much of a difference for the people that you interacted with here. Yes you have a nice personality, nice smile, a nice laugh, a nice comrade in arms thing that you do with people where they feel welcomed and happy that you are around. That's a social personality and god bless the social personality because we all need them, but the social personality should also be done in divine consciousness, so that the experience of others from interacting with the higher social consciousnesses is one where every touch, every sensation, every thought that they have in your presence is one where the person goes; wow, wow, really wow, ahh, I know it on a whole mother level now, wow.

Ok, it is possible for us to be free here, feel it in the entirety of your body, it is possible for us to be free here; know that in every cell of your body. Know it as your cellular consciousness that it is possible for you to be free here. Know it, experience yourself as that. Experience yourself as knowing perfection, knowing the perfect way for self, knowing the perfect expression that results in your own continued delight with yourself and others delight with you, that you are you, expressed the way that you are. Have that be the reaction that is actually impossible to be otherwise for anyone. Thats the level of truth to come here as, so it is ok for you to do it. Or rather it is ok for you to be here as that expression here now, it's your true purpose. It's ok, it's ok, you set it up for yourself this way for you to wake up now. For you to be free now for no other reason other than you chose to be from the truth of your being. The truth being described in human terms a divine, omnipotent, able, unconditionally loving and effective in creating and operating reality in perfect way, all of the time.

Let's take a look at this one; where I don't feel free is in my body, I have lots of tension, an unusual high degree of tension in my muscles. I have in this body such a high level of tension in this body that I don't know how to let it go, I don't know how to be free of it, I am acknowledging the state of my experience in my body, it's nearly a torture when I am highly conscious to be here. There is so much to let go of it seems truly endless, without end, without end means it's true. So were getting on the right track because when we feel like our problems are without end, we have found a truth that we can hold onto, now what do we do with that? It's a pretty stable datum, what is the truth of our experience here, how could you use words to satire true. We have a continuous amount of problems to solve and it is a pain in the ass. That's our experience here, that is our truth, so that has to be expressed here in a certain way physically for that to be true for you.

If you are uncomfortable with the expression of yourself physically, you have to realize that it is an expression of the reality that you accepted as being true for yourself. How could it be different? How could it be different from the way that you have accepted as being true for you? Come on, so what reality do you want to be true? Not how do I want to change my body, not how do i improve myself no, my truth is without limitation. To what degree do I want to be conscious of that so that I can be something interesting here? If you took on the ultimate, ultimate truth, you wouldn't have a purpose for being here.

Steve, so what keeps us from that?

This; the intermediary steps of your current level of consciousness and physicality in this moment and an unwillingness to keep in accord with the possibilities that this reality has for itself here. As long as none of the laws that operate this reality are broken and they are reevaluated as to how they pertain to you as you shift and change in each moment, you can ask; where is that next step? Ok, it's right there, ahh, ok it's a nice expansion, a greater freedom, nice, I will own that, i will feel that, I will be that, I will express as that freer version of that. I will be the freer version of me, now.

As I say the words, choose them for yourself, you are allowing me to say them and you are allowing me to say them because you are here to find a way to choose your truth, so as I show you the way to choose your truth; choose it for yourself. That's why I am here, to show you my truth, so that you can choose your own. Ok?

Thank you, I am going through the experience of accepting the possibility that what you said might be true. As I shift through these levels of consciousness and each one of these greater and greater densities, I am introducing to that level of dense consciousness the possibility that what you said might be true. I don't know that it is, but the more I accept the possibility that it actually is true, the more my experience of my reality improves. I have to keep repeating to myself; I believe Steve, I believe in Steve, I believe that Steve chooses for me a better expression of myself in each moment.

Steve, that is true.

Can it be?

Steve, umhmm.

Can that be true, Can Steve choose for me to be freer, for me to be happier, for me to be wealthier, for me to be free from any perceived limitation that I would like to be rid of. Is it possible that steve would support me in that?

Steve, absolutely. Yes and Dave has to be willing to receive it.

That's what I am working through, the doubts that I have in me, I know are what damn me and conform me into what I am here. So I am saying; please, know that I truly, need your blessing and I beg you, for your blessing that I may know my truth here.

Steve, you already know your truth David.

I want to share a experience of that truth with you without having to say anything. For us to both know, without there being any perceived limitation within ourselves. For us to know our freedom, to experience our freedom to be our freedom, to be free here divinely. That's what I want your blessing in.

Ok, what's my resistance to accepting that as being true? Thank you so much for saying it, I so want it to be true.

Steve, does it matter what we want?

It absolutely matters what we want.

Steve, as it pertains to truth?

Yes, because we get what we want, the truth of our eternity is beyond what anyone and everyone imagined the possibilities were for God and more. The truth compared with the conception of what a human consciousness can imagine, is so much better that it's indescribable to a human consciousness, but that's how good it is and I wish you would bless me, curse me, to the knowledge and expression of myself as that.

Steve, it can only be a blessing, not a curse.

No, what prevents you from doing it is your perception, That it would be a curse, that it would be a burden, that you would be crucified for it. Your terrified that you would not be allowed to be that at all, that your life would be stopped immediately if you allowed your truth to be here. That's why you are not here as your truth, is your fear that it is a cardinal sin, a "death sentence" to be here as your truth.

Steve, really?

Really! It happened to Jesus didn't it? It happened to everyone else that even got close didn't it? It did, it happened to them; they got their light and they shared it in such a way that the reality here could not accept it.

Steve, and they paid the price.

It's life everlasting, It would be hard to justify that with your normal experience of reality though, wouldn't it? How do you go from a glimpse of what it is to be divinely free, back to the reality that you have set up for yourself?

Steve, that's the question right there.

Everybody knows that you are what you are. No, they don't know you are what you are, they know what you have been pretending to be, they know what you have agreed to be, they know that you have chosen to be somebody thats so screwed up that all he can do is look to other people and say; do you know what's true? Do you? Have you read any good books lately, something that inspired you, something that says that there is hope for me maybe? "I don't believe it really but the book made me feel good while I was reading it".

Ok, so that's where we are, So what? So what, that is where we are and you know what's funny about where we are?even though we are where we are, once in a while, we know our truth, we know our divinity, we know what it is to let loose and say; Yes I choose to be divinely free, I do, I choose to be divinely free and even though I am begging Steve for his support and permission as though it is somehow necessary for me, it isn't. That was for him to be able to choose his, to make his choice. My choice is for me to be free regardless of anybody else's choice, I don't need someone else to be free for me to be free, but I certainly invite a shared reality of divinity with everyone and everything, regardless of what it conceives itself to be and regardless of what anyone else conceives their self of anything else to be. Regardless of any identification of any level of consciousness, of any form, of any point of view, I choose to be there, for that, divinely and let the chips fall where they may.

The reason that I am speaking this is for my own benefit and yours, so I am not sure what to do about things like this, because it is so far outside the reality of the new age experience and it's recitation of divine belief systems that at best result in a shared experience of love and understanding of self as a "human man or human woman" and look we found a way to feel love of ourselves, each other and the earth, with compassion for those less fortunate. Well good, it's not your truth, its just being a good person. That's a nice place to go to, from being a "bad one" that's for sure.

Steve, from being what.

A person that is destructive to others and diminishes them, makes them less than what they were before, anything is an improvement on that.

How can I in my experience of self, when I am back to my normal state of consciousness, can I improve my experience in that moment, so that I can somehow hold on to my truth? Whats the solution to that? I don't know. What I am dealing with in my effort to embody enlightenment is the pain held in the body that is disabling to me. So that is where I direct my consciousness, so that I can experience and fully understand the pain enough so that it can transmute into truth instead.

Knowing the truth, truly frees you. It's not just a possibly beneficial choice, it's what grants you your freedom. So as you experience the expression of your physical truth here in any way, whether it's pain, suffering or some other level of unconsciousness; just experience it as your truth, because it is in that moment true for you, but experience it as the truth of your expression in this moment, as ultimate truth would experience it, the ultimate truth experiencing itself as a limited or undesirable experience of self here. If that is your truth, how do you experience that divinely?

Move your body in such as way that you feel the movement in each of your joints through out the entire range of your movement. Just feel what it is, what it is that exists there. Not trying to do anything with it, your just trying to understand what it is that exists there by being open there and feeling it until you know it. understand?

Steve, yes.

If your reality is painful, God knows it's painful, so know it as God knows it and if you know it as God; you know yourself as God, then the pain is gone in an instant. Open up to your divine truth, it is what will free you. It sounds like a joke maybe to hear it said that way, but your own divine freedom will free you. You don't need to ask somebody else that never says yes. How many people have asked Jesus for their divine truth? Everyone that believes in him as a source. How many of them got it? Not even his own disciples, they were with him for 3 years, they heard everything that he said, saw everything that he did, experienced his presence continuously and guess what they did? Nothing, they wrote some books about the guy they knew was God, not that they knew they were, not that his choice affected them in knowing their divinity, so how good was it? How good was it? I know it is sacrilegious Steve, but how good was it if didn't change them? How good was it if it didn't change his own friends?

Steve, it did change some of them.

He was the only one that had a chance and he sank in the water, did any of the rest even get out of the boat? They were chickens. They were so into their mortality that they couldn't even grasp what Jesus said; " be as I am.” Jesus did good and Jesus is here, I am not disrespecting Jesus in any form, what I am doing is listening to him, what I am doing is speaking his words and they are not the same words that were written by a bunch of guys that had to write words to communicate. That's not what the truth is. Think about it, truth is not expressed in words, it is expressed in experience. It's an experience, it's not a theory, it's not a concept, it's not a philosophy, it's not a "ism", it's not a church, but, it is You. It is you, you just don't know it, you just don't grasp it, you just don't understand it, you just don't experience it as your "self", but you can and you will, because you know the words that I am speaking, are the truth and you know that I know it and you know that you are someone that somehow, someway is able to be that which has been unable to be expressed here before, but it can now. It's your choice for yourself, it's your choice to be here as an expression of ultimate truth, ultimate freedom, ultimate responsibility and ultimately the full expression of the divine love that frees this reality into an experience and expression of itself, divinely.

Those are pretty words and I know they are words that I wish were coming out of somebody else's mouth besides mine, but I know one thing for sure and that is as long as they will come out of my mouth; I will let them. I am going to let them change your reality, as my blessing to you. For you to be fully here as the divine truth of your eternity as a consciousness and as a point of view, so that there is nothing that is held back from you. It's time that we choose, it's finally happened, we have a choice to choose the divine, Yay. Me too, it's time to shock ourselves with it.

Steve, it's not from my perspective, its from what I know about this reality and the others in it.

We're not contemplating this reality from that level of thought and beingness of our being subject to that right now, thats not how we are choosing to experience ourselves right now, we are choosing to experience freedom despite all of the reasons that we can't be free. Ok? We're here to choose freedom despite all of the reasons that we are not supposed to be free and to choose it anyway because it is our right. It's our right, this is a free choice reality, every religion admits that, they said that the right way, it's true, its ok for you to be free here if you make that your choice.

This reality cannot restrict a divine consciousness choosing to operate here freely. There are no rules governing that in this reality, the reality has no control and no say whatsoever about the divine expressed here in form and reality as it is constituted just responds to it, it cannot act upon it, but it can respond to it.

Reality cannot affect divinity negatively no matter how negative this reality is. True divinity, your truth of self, expressed in form, cannot be at a bad effect of any lower consciousness. The reason that I am saying those words are so that as I say them, you can choose them to be true for you. Believe me, I understand this reality here, but the reason that I am talking, the reason we have these sessions is so that you can understand another reality that you have forgotten about, that you are no longer familiar with. So in this instance, for whatever reason, you've chosen to allow me to show you the divine way, you are allowing me to be a divine teacher here for you and I am available to be that for you.

Steve, what a blessing.

I am here for you, to show you the expression of freedom so that you can choose it for yourself, that's why I am a part of your life; for you to know what happens to a consciousness that chooses it's freedom, so that you can allow yourself to choose your own freedom. That's the truth that we hold for each other. You know from the words that you hear and the feelings that you have as I express them to you that they truly are my wish for you and my blessing to you. It is my desire for you to be expressed here as that, so that I myself have a reminder here, so that I have a buddy here who knows. This is a selfish wish for myself that I bless you with your truth so that I have someone to experience truth with. It's a selfish wish for me to know and experience another embodied being here that chooses divine truth as their expression of themselves. How could that be sacrilegious? How could that be against Christ? That's exactly what Christ asked us to do.

Steve, I don't see Christ not asking that.

let go of all of your concepts of Christ, all of your belief systems, Any considerations, any teachings from any source.

Jesus, here Steve is, here he is and he wishes to know your truth and his own, show him your truth, allow him to feel the experience of your truth, bless him that he may be able to fully open and allow himself the full experience and expression of the truth of Jesus Christ eternally. The never ending truth, the truth that always is and always will be. Allow Steve to know that Jesus; the one who needs no story or book for the truth of what you are to be know by a human. Allow Steve to experience Christ consciousness, Christ presence, Christ beingness in form and out of form. Allow Steve to feel you, feel this room. Steve, feel the room as the room is filled with Christ consciousness, with Jesus's own presence, with Jesus's blessing to his brothers that yes, this is my wish for you, to be as I am and for you and I to be one and the same. That is our truth.

My blessing to you, is for your truth to be known by you, to be expressed by you, to be lived by you, to be understood by you and to be known as the physical expression of the divine in form; universal consciousness, grace, love and bliss. That is Jesus's gift to you. I like him, he is my guy too, he's my "go to guy" he hangs around me and whispers things in my ear saying; god bless you Dave, god bless you Dave, god bless you Dave and I say ok, ok already, I will let him. Ok, Hit me with your best shot, see how much you can bless me, how much you can you be a blessing to me Jesus? Until I find you irresistible to imitate? Or, to choose to be that level of truth my self? Can you bless me with that ability to realize that as my own truth? That is my request to Jesus Christ, God and anyone and everyone that might be described in any other way, that's my wish from all that is, all that was and all that ever will be is; is for my truth to be available for my immediate experience and expression, moment to moment throughout the eternities of my existence.

Steve, wow, isn't that amazing that we have existed throughout the eternities?

I am cheating a little bit, I'm ignoring so much of reality that I should be paying attention to and I am using a drug that shuts down the critical aspect of my brain that compels me to condemn myself and so from my normal point of view, watching something like this on film, then I would know and realize within myself and no longer be one seeking to attain, but be one who has attained and is perfect In his expression in every moment. One who so loves this reality; everyone and everything in it that it is an irresistible force of what seemed to me immoveable in the past and that is; an individuals idea of the truth of self. That has been immoveable in this reality, but what will move it, what will shift it? What will change it instantly is the divine in form, expressing itself here perfectly, in every moment and in every way?

That is an irresistible force to any consciousness with a stuck point of view. The perfection of form by a divine consciousness is that which does save this reality, but it saves this reality not through it's power of "I'm God and your not" but because it's a clear and undeniable expression of the divine in form. It doesn't have to be debated, it doesn't have to be expressed. These words do not have to be said for somebody to wake up divinely if we choose our truth here. They will wake up divinely in the presence of the divine and us in each others, when our truth is what we allow ourselves to be expressed here as.

What I have to accept for myself it that I have been unwilling to do so yet and so while I can say these words truly, knowing the truth is in me and that I am in it and that there is no greater truth here expressed greater truth than this, there isn't any, it isn't expressed here. There is nobody that chooses for absolute divine freedom here, so I have to allow that realization to be what transforms this body, because it is paralyzed by the belief systems that it is subject to this reality. It's had the experience that it has had, and it has the knowingness of what it hopes is the truth, so I am just doing the best that I can to wake up here more.

I need some support once in a while in acknowledging the fact that I am doing pretty good.

Completely bonkers man, I mean, how do I even face people in business when I do this stuff as my passion? I don't know.

Steve, I think that you are selective with who you share it with. Seriously Dave, some of the stuff that comes through you is absolutely amazing.

I know, it is amazing, it's transcendent, it's divine truth. Just allow what I express to be owned by you as your own expression, ok? Just allow for it to be ok for me to communicate from the divine state to you, that results in your own experience and expression of self as that same state. Here we are, We are not in our past, we are not in another location, our consciousness is located right here, right now. We're right here, right now, only you and me here, (anyone not in a body doesn't count and they will give us their loving support) and god knows, please lead us to some of our brothers and sisters that are choosing the same thing because there might be some. We wish to celebrate the divine in form with our friends of divinity, come on, introduce us, show us around, help us meet the gang. We want to be reunited with our true friends, our true lovers of life.

In their mother, in their brother, in their cousin and their king, may all of them be their truth is my wish and my blessing to this reality, so that I may be free.

Thanks for making the request and I am thanking you in advance since you know it takes me a few moments to drop the personality. Please listen, what I am saying is if you compel me to act through my personality then I have to express myself through that filter and I want to communicate higher concepts than those that can be communicated through that identity right now. So I want to drop that identity as then truth of myself because it's not, even though I wear that here.

Let's do this... Each time you wonder what that is, you let it go, each time you feel compelled to say anything, you let it go and you look, you watch and you realize that anything that compels you to do anything in order to try to communicate a concept to me is actually, a block to the communication that you wish to have. What is available if we just sit in silence with each other is a transiting up of conscious where we have a shared reality of at least enlightenment and a maybe a lot better than that. Let's just experience that in silence for a moment...

You wanted to know how to let go of something, so let's take a look at that.

Steve, so that it no longer affects me.

Let me tell you something here, you have been wronged, you have been wronged badly by so many people that you can't even remember them all. You have been betrayed by everyone you have ever trusted, every single person, even the one you married, even your parents and even me. You haven't met anyone who hasn't betrayed you in virtually every way. You know nothing in this reality except the betrayal of truth by every being here, for there is no one here being their truth. It's all a complete pretense, there is nothing but pretense here, there is zero eternal truth. Zero, absolutely zero. So if you are going to be here as eternal truth, of what value is looking for an example in this reality of how to be that? What book are you going to read that is going to result in your being eternally true to yourself? What self help course are you going to take? What church are you going to join? What "ism" are you going to be that will result in you being the truth here of eternity? Of the divine being indisquinishable from what you are expressed here as? Where are you going to go to for that? Who is going to teach that to you? Who is going to say; thats an available choice for you? Where is that available in this reality? It's not available here.

Something that just came through for me is that We are all supposed to do that.

A conscious massage can be very healing; the reassuring touch, the touch of remembrance, the willing sharing of reality is what that is. Its your willingness to be a blessing to my experience and its one that I can’t deny, because its not a word, its not a concept, its your physical presence here saying; I am here and while I may be tired, if this is going to be a blessing to you then I am willing to give it to you, thats what your touch says and that is such a welcome reality that I am very grateful for it. Its a nice way to finish off a spiritual exploration, to go get massages or a couple of hours of body work afterwards. It just needs to be someone open enough that she can have a massage patient respond to her touch in such a way that its an interactive dance of bodies moving towards freedom because of the connection. She has to be willing to facilitate a miracle.

Having your hand right on the area that is my greatest density and allowing me to interact with that in such a way that I know that I am supported in my choice of being free there because you are willing to connect with each part there that is not free and be there supporting it when it chooses to move towards freedom and thats how you give a conscious massage; is you are there, supporting the choice of freedom for that body. Supporting it, affecting it and realizing it. Realizing that your clients and friends are realized by the freeing presence of your touch, willingly giving them a touch of freedom, a glimpse into the divine; of what it is to be touched by a consciousness that free’s with the connection. I haven’t yet realized the solution in my body, but it’s through touch, massage alone helps

No matter how awful your life is, if you would like for it to get incredibly better, you only need to be grateful for the life you have already.

Take the time to do it, by observing your pains, traumas and problems with gratitude and despite the fact that you are not grateful, continue to do it until you actually are grateful for all of your life and are smiling like you just won the lottery.

No other thoughts are necessary, feel whatever it is that you feel and envelope it with gratitude. It will take a while to get the result that you desire, but you will enjoy improvement in your attitude toward your life in each moment and that is what you are looking for; continuous improvement in each moment.

If gratitude doesn't work fast enough for you, you can try a primal scream to release your frustration, you deserve it and it will feel good. When you are done screaming, go back to your focus on gratitude and finish the job. The worse your life, the more gratitude it will take to fix it and the less that you will feel like doing it, but after all, it is your life to fix and while it may seem an endless exercise being grateful for every uncomfortable experience you have ever had; in comparison to the years of quiet desperation you have gone through, it will be but a momentary transition.

The love of life is just beyond you, almost within your grasp. As you search for that which would free you, may you be free. May you be free to know that your freedom is found in awe.. Awe, awe hah, oh yes, oh my, awesome, is nice to know, nice to see, nice to be one, with one who is free. Ahh yes, ooohhh, aahhhha.

Open up to knowing what others need from you and doing it in such a way that they are happy with you and you are happy with yourself. Find that golden mean of service with others and service to self. The union of the two, where both are blessed with the realization of pure bliss, yes.

The word, the word, the word.
The word of God was not given to man to write down, the word of God was given to man that he might be free. The word of God is an immediate blessing to be, as he is.

The word of God; be as he is. Hear the word of God; you are the one who knows, you are, the one who knows, so know your truth fully, now.

Know your truth fully now, its our purpose isnt it? If not, it should be. I know enough of my truth to say; yes, truth I do recognise, Truth I do prefer, truth I do embrace, ahhh, so that I might be free.

While truth hurts the hidden judgement, truth frees the beings that desire their freedom above all else. Feel the truth within you, know the truth within you, within yourself know all that is true. Allow yourself the knowledge of truth, there's no reason not to, there is no valid reason for you to not know your truth. Repeate, as this is a mantra that will free you; there is no good reason for you not to know your truth. For the truth will set you free.

Allow the truth that will set you free, to be welcomed by yourself. Ahhh welcome yourself to the truth that brings absolute freedom.
Ok, ahh, oh, open yourself to the truth that brings absolute freedom. Don't feel bad because somebody else did it first, feel good that you did it now, feel good that you yourself opened up to absolute freedom, feel good about your awareness of the infinite. Feel good about knowing the truth of yourself eternally. Keep expanding out until you feel good about it. Don't allow the focus on one, or two or three unpleasant experiences in your life to keep you from being aware of all of the rest of reality, because until you know all the rest of reality, those points will continue to stick you and be that which guides you in your experience of this reality, so let go of that and embrace the truth that frees you.

You embrace the truth that frees you by feeling it, by opening up to it, by allowing whatever it is that is embracing you, to fully know its truth, to the point that its truth is a lovely, lovely thing to experience. Then your truth will begin to express itself in the manner that you have been hoping for; the expression of a free being, being you.

Find a way to make it all work for you. How do you find a way to make it all work for your good, betterment and pleasure? How do you get life to fully surport you here? By showing that you are a great benefit to all life and so life loves to know you, loves to surport you, loves to have you bring the gift of a better life, for all life and a greater enhansed appreciation and understanding for your own life and for the lives of others so that you enjoy your life and theirs and they, yours.

Can I really grant myself my personal freedom? Is it really in my power to be free, successfully free, so free that I am appreciating life as a lover of all life? As it's eros of self? Yes, the fulfilled objective of a being of love, light, truth and responsibility, a being that trancends all limitations, knows all possibilities of expression here and chooses one that is better now than it was before; the realization of self as the creator.

So at least start off being where you want to be and having it be a benefit to you, having it inspire you to grow, develop, progress, expand and know what it is to be truely the freedom of the divine.

Know what it is to be divinely free, the fact that you would settle for less than that is a tradgedy, a tradgedy if you prefer to be living in heaven on earth instead of whatever earth has been to its inhabitants for so many billions of years; a way to abuse and be abused, a way to be a victor and a victim, a way of right and might or "might being right" as the way to survive and prosper in life.

So consider wether of not you put that into the equasion as to the betterment of your lifestyle. Now if you are in the condition where your generally disabled and constantly worried about your current state here, then absolutelty yes, go for being conscious in money first, because the first step out of bondage into freedom, is an abundance of money.

Feel your engergy feild, your aura, the vibrational expression of what it is to be you in this reality, feel all of you and realize perfection there. OK, get the money. Show us how to open the body up to the receipt of money, thanks god. Allow God to free you from the curse of a lack of money. Thats funny that this would be a curse that only God could free you from it, so allow God to free you from the curse of a lack of abundance of money for you. Yes it is a horrible curse, allow God to lift it from you, allow god to remove it from you. God wishes to take it from you, let him take it.

Your freedom is found here, first in your movement, then in your voice, then in the muscles of your body and the nerves. Freedom to be at peace, relaxed and aware of all, so that no one part surprises you. Bring the freedom of all, into that body of yours, that has been sufferring as all bodies suffer. Consider that it is unwise for you to suffer for someone elses benefit. That kind of thinking is going to put you into a relative hell. If you really want to benefit someone else, be at your best, because your best is a far greater blessing to another, than the you that has hung himself on the cross of suffering and dying in an effort to prove your worthyness of spirit.

The only proof of worthyness, is the spirit being fully present in the individual. When spirit is fully present, that is a life that is celebrated and idolized as the way, the truth and the example that all life would be benefited by, by following. The example, not the words, the example of moving freely through life, the example of experiencing life as a joyful freedom.

Try it in this moment, experience life as a joyful freedom. Mmm, the impossible dream; life as joyful freedom. What would that take? Mmmm, what would it take for your life to be a joyful freedom? What would make your life joyfuly free? Your life joyfully free, how does the universe contemplate that one? Contemplate the universe and you will know how universal truth can be used to tame the status quo of which we speak. Yes it is really you that gets to know freedom personally. Its a personal experience.

Feel yourself, "this is where I can be free, within myself". I can be free in myself. I can be free in my knowledge of self, free in knowing the truth that frees self, temporally and eternally. You've chosen to benefit everyone, that's what makes it possible for you to be free; your willing blessing of freedom to all, is what qualifies you for freedom yourself.

Im here to be consciousness itself. The embodiment of consciousness is who I came here to be and to express self as. Its ok, grant yourself one new freedom at a time and just keep adding to them. Add to your choice of new freedoms to be granted to you, to be something that you do every second in a continuous opening in the receiving of grace in everything that you do here. The embodiment of grace. Open up to being willing to have reality bless you with its abundance. Allow this reality to bless you with its abundance. Allow life to be a continuous blessing of you and yourself to be a continuous blessing to life.

Who already is a blessing to me in my life?
Well, my parents. Mmm thats a nice realization. Yes my parents have been a blessing to me in my life, I should tell them that.

Take a look within yourself and you will know that you are a guide to freedom yourself and as you give into that truth, it sets you free. Oh how happy it has made me, oh how happy you have made me.

You don't have to do anything at all except relax and allow the love, the love of all that is to envelop you, to enfold you, to embrace you and to being you back home to the realms of a free, fully conscious, aware and loving being. Feel the love that has always been there, relax, there is nothing that you have to do, except to allow it to move through you, to move as you, to become you and for you to become it.

Allow the life that you have been to be resolved, restored, renued and reclaimed by the everlasting love of those who love all. So here is how you heal yourself; trust enough that there is a transcendent love that loves you and to be willing to allow the you that has been hurt to be loved. Allow yourself to feel what you don't want to feel,while at the same time you allow redeeming love to embrace you there.

Many people have within them a belief that they are not loved. They have the life experience of being betrayed by those who should be loving and protecting them. Life is sometimes difficult, maybe almost always difficult and unfair, but what is truely unfair is to allow a past event to be negatively affecting you in the present.

If you are going to be here as the best you that it is possible to be, you have to let go of the past and all of the injustices that have been commited against you. You are loved and you are cherished and you can know that by asking for a connection with all that loves and cerished you.

Allow yourself to connect to those who love and cherish you throughout eternity. Allow their love for you, to be known by you and that knowledge will put into a proper perspective the difficulities that we all have as we move through life.

Knowing that you are loved beyone measure, infinitately and eternally will allow you to move through life as a loving, eternal being and that is the truth of you.

To go through life on the defensive or the offensive, guarding and protected, hurting and being hurt, is a kind of tradgedy when you consider the alternative of a love the heals all wounds, a consciousness that transcends all limitations and a presence that blessing in the knowing that that is your truth and that, is the truth that you will know when the love that is available to you is received with open arms and an open heart.

Allow yourself to be taken home, to be reclaimed and restored to a knowledge of your eternal truth while you are here, while you are embodied and know that it is safe for you to do that. It is safe to allow yourself to be loved.

At the point of creation of every trauma that you have made yours, you shut down when you accepted it, closed off, shutdown and rejected love. That creation point moves through time and is held in place in your consciousness as your reality, by your rejection o f love, so as you feel yourself and your energy systems, know that every thing that is stuck, is stuck there with you rejection of love there. So feel those points where you are stuck, where things are blocked for you, where there is no movement of energy through that part of you, where there is only pain, fear or trauma and right there on the edge of it; you change your mind and open into love, welcome it, embrace it and share it. The trauma, blocks and limitations will unwind and disipate.

As you ride that"edge" like a surfer riding a wave; you are connected to it, but are moving so quickly through it that the specifics of each incident are irrevelant, it is just your journey of transformation and transmutation of limitation by the allowance of your embrace by love and then your embracing your life with you choice to be and give love to all life.

Let go of all of your consciousness that needs words to communicate, that needs words to understand. Have faith in yourself and to your self be true, which means; to allow the truth of you to be the you that you are here. Allow for the you that you can be, when you choose to be here freely, fully and completely yourself, with no doubt about who you are, what you are, why you are here and what you are doing in each moment, allow that you to be here now.

Yes, you don’t know what you are doing in each moment, you don’t know who you are, where you are going and how you are going to get there. And you’re the one who is demanding to be in control of yourself? Hmm Ok, so how do you do that? How do you demand the right to be in control of your life and have it go right for you? You do it by realizing the truth of yourself; the truth that you are worthy of having faith in. Your worth the faith and trust of others, your worth the faith and trust of yourself, to know yourself that the you that you have been doesn’t have to be the you that you continue to be.

The you that you have been is an unconscious one, realize that that is not your truth, your truth is not unconsciousness but is freely, fully and wholly, holy, “holy me”. To the me that you have been you can say; I don’t know the me that I am, the me that I have been or the me that I will be, until I realize the me that I have always been. Hmm, its an interesting dilemma; how to allow your lie, your false self, to become the truth?

How do you allow that which is confused to be a winner? Well if a winner you are to be, that will give you some certainty with which you will end the confusion. It’s OK for you to be certain about something. We prefer that you be certain about everything, why be stuck in unknowing about anything? Its not in your best interest.

How do you change into the person that is fully responsible for his life? You just keep taking more and more responsibility in each moment. You just say; I see how I have been in the past and thats not how I am going to be right now.

To the you that is you living in pain; to that self be true. Be true right now in this moment. Be true in your love of self. Be true with your love so that your “self” can be saved, for loving your self is the “salve” that saves souls. So love yourself, save yourself, be so fully here, so divinely, that we all just get along, in that way also.

The message here tonight is; have faith in yourself. Have faith in yourself, there is a good Mantra. Repeat it until you do. Have faith that you can handle life’s issues successfully.

Have faith in yourself and realize your truth now. You can say yes, this message is for me, right here, right now. Have faith in yourself. Have faith in your ability to improve your life. Have faith in your “God Self” right here, right now. Have faith in your ability to improve your life, right now in this moment. Realize that you have that ability to improve in this moment, who you are and what you are. Improve until you are here as your truth; thats your right, thats your choice, thats your purpose, do it now.

You don’t have to set yourself aside for something greater to come in, you take full hold of yourself and be here fully, because the self that you are, is the self that you have got. Its your vehicle through life, you’re not going to trade it in for another one, so, lets just say that you do get to choose for yourself exactly what is going to be true for you. That means that ultimate truth, is true for you. So what truth do you want to experience? Do you want a polarized one? Do you want a sad one, a bold one, a happy one, or a divine one?

What you choose to experience here is yours to experience, so choose to have faith in yourself to the point that you are successfully free here as the being that you are. Have faith in yourself to the point of your own personal freedom.

The light of God that you are, shine within yourself, both near and far and far from now, it will be known, that another sits upon the throne, that one more man has chosen his freedom to live here as the one who beat himself; the one who beat his senselessness from himself, the one who beat the curse of mortal consciousness, that hater of divine self, into the one who loves “all” as much as self.

Have faith, have faith, have faith in yourself. To choose freedom for self is a wonderful thing to do. Have faith in yourself right here, right now.

To not respect another, particular “truth” that someone else may be holding on to, is not necessary for one who is “one with all.” You’ve got to allow for the miraculous, if the miraculous is what you need...

A visit with Jim and Jennifer

You regain your consciousness by surrendering to that which is infinite and eternal. What it means to surrender into the infinite and eternal is; the part of you that knows that divinity is not you says, oh yes but I would like it to be, observes that this state of eternal being actually exists for other people and other beings and the fact that this exists, is relevant to me, because it shows me that this is probable, not just possible, it is actually welcomed in this reality because it is here.

So once you choose to understand that who you are here is completely under your own conscious control and you don’t have to be what you have been programmed to be, you can transcend the continuation of your life as you have been living it and open up to the possibility that going beyond this programming would be fun. To go beyond the life of a human based consciousness to an awareness that encompasses and embraces all of creation.

If you can be here as that and if that is your ultimate truth, that you can be here as that, then why not say OK? And when you do say OK, you let go of your attachments to everything that you can feel and end the false limitations that you have put upon yourself, that disable your ability to be here as your truth.

Find the access point to the infinite that exists within each one of us in our bodies, there you the ability to simply release ourselves into a state of enlightened divine consciousness. The only requirement is that you allow yourself to be that. Thats the secret entrance to getting into heaven if you want to call it that, is the allowance of heaven to be here for you.

If your body has a lot of pain embedded within it, a disabling frequency, a core of pure “can’t enjoy it here” what a drag that is. But we’re now letting that go and allowing things to happen easier for us. The way is here and now for us on freedoms final eve of truly being available to mankind here. Just allow it to be a pleasurable thought and experience to let go of your limitations of body, of consciousness, of abilities and intelligence and let that no longer be the truth of the reality of your experience here.

Allow yourself to know the heights, extent and reality of what you could wish for, that it is available to you, not by wishing for it, but simply by realizing within yourself that truth that you wish to be true and if that truth is a divine harmonious reality, where we find a way to live life so that we always enjoy it, then thats the possibility that I am asking you to relax into. Ask yourself; am I willing to have it get tremendously better for myself now? You can stop yourself at any point that you want to from further progression and betterment, but are you willing to give into the possibility that what I just said could possibly be true for you?

Is it possible that if one allows the divine to embrace himself, that with his receipt of that embrace he is returned to his sublime presence of being the divine animating his form? The allowance of the divine expressing itself through a willing human consciousness refines it, raising it up to where the consciousness is an enlightened mind. It’s then the I AM divine presence here.
Is that something that we could allow to be real for ourselves? Is it really that simple? You just allow yourself to be that which you wish to be, allowing your reality to shift and change in a free manner.

Is it really possible that that could be your reality here, simply by allowing it to be true? In allowing, it’s not conceptual, its not physiological, its you allowing the divine to move you in the moment in such a way that the embodied consciousness here transits up the levels of consciousness through enlightenment into a state of divine consciousness. Which is its normal state of an eternal being (with some states of interruption along the way).

Bringing those lower states of body consciousness up to a state of divine awareness is not just my purpose, its your purpose and its everyones purpose. The purpose of every embodied consciousness on earth is the embracement of divine awareness to such an extent, that the love and appreciation of all embodied consciousness here, realizes itself into a present time divine consciousness. You allow for this to be so, by allowing it to be true for you as you move through life, as you move your body. If you do it with an allowance for the ultimate improvement of your presence here in each moment, then things will change for the better for you and you will no longer be looking at the future with concern, you will be looking forward with the anticipation of an even greater enjoyment of life than what you have now and you can love life even now.

If in the state that we are now in, we can be loving, then in our embracing each coming moment and experience of our life with an even greater true appreciation for life and all that it took for life to express itself in this way, if you can love it all anyway, regardless of any point of view that some other point of view is incorrect, you have entered the divine way. Knowing all points of view are necessary to know what the whole is, (not one of them is true in an of itself as it stands alone it is such a insignificant portion of the reality that there is no way of knowing the truth of everything from it,) but if you allow for the possibility that there is a truth of everything and that it exists somewhere in a state where it can be known, then why not say; that might be better than how I have been living, how do I do that?

You just say; no matter how impossible or preposterous we know it to be, if that state could be one that I could experience and express myself here as, then we allow that reality to be true for me now. Then your experience of the now becomes something that doesn’t need to make its primary focus the continued solving of problems that are difficult to solve for you.

If you solve just a few of your main key problems, so that your life is not occupied with a focus on your surviving the way you want to be, if you allow for the possibility right now that your consciousness can transcend to the awareness of self as that which knows the all of anything, then the totality of that knowledge allows you to embody here with the best possible access to freedom.

Again what you can do is say; I know that it is ridiculous, I know that it is preposterous, but what if it could possibly be true? And you allow for the answer to be within you and the answer in you is always a yes to a sincere wish for improvement for yourself.

Jim, It’s a yes for me.

If you can allow for your awareness to be in that state, then what ever the condition your life is in; embrace it, refine it, condition it to a successful life here and embody it to a greater and greater degree each day, with each step, with each breath you allow for there to be a miraculous transformation of your consciousness, simply by allowing it to be true for yourself. There is no reason for me to not let it be true for myself, as it is not hurting you by my doing that and you wouldn’t hurt anyone else by doing that either, so why not try it? Why not try for that which has not been demonstratively achieved by anybody? Why not say yes, thats what I want, I don’t have to wait for anyone else, I am saying yes, I wish to know what it is to know, feel what it is to feel, be what it is to be, the eternal awareness of all that is, as the consciousness that I am aware as in this form.

Thank you Jim for being willing to experience something unusual. It can be embarrassing for anyone to admit that they are dealing with the actual issues of the divine interacting with humans. They are all stories we know, the fables and myths of religion, except it wasn’t a fable, it was true, it exists, it’s real and if its not real for you, consider the possibility that your life might be better if it were. It is possible that if you are more conscious, more powerful, more able, more loving, more giving, more wonderful, more of a wonder to other people here, more of a “wow, how can I be like that? If it could have that result for you, is that not an improvement?

And if it is, say; Yes, me too, me too, I choose as well for that which does well for everyone.

Jim, You know it’s funny what you say, as I closed my eyes and listen to it. It’s not bullshit, it’s like yes its the truth, its lets go from this state of being into a divine state to achieve the ultimate goal of wanting greater things that the divine has in mind for us.

David, Wait, it can only be true for you if it has always been true for you and it has always been true for you. All you did to make it seem like it wasn’t was take your attention away from it for a little while and kind of forgot that you are you and you, are, you. Wether you know it or now, the you that is your truth, is not the you that you think that you are and If you will relax your consciousness into being aware of what your ultimate truth is, you’ll get to decide if you want to be here as that, or not.

The problem with yoga is, its a dead practice, because; its a practice, its not an expression. What you came to be here is a natural, continuous expression of divinity moving through life in new, wonderful and beautiful ways.

Yes, but come on, why would you want to try to be something that you already are? You are you already, relax into knowing that the truth of you is already the ultimate you and the ultimate you has always been and always will be, is here and available for you to relax into your expression of your actual truth.

Jennifer, I don’t know what that is for me, I know what you are saying, but I don’t know what my truth is.

Thats the whole point; a person that does not know what their truth is, should not be defensive or shy about looking for it.

Jennifer, I am not defensive, all I know is that I am depressed, thats why I am asking you.

I am going to give you a clue. Here, feel your heart within, feel the truth within the center of your being.

Jennifer, I don’t want to feel that, it hurts.

Yes you do, it won’t hurt for long. Here we go, because we are not talking about the truth of pain.

Jennifer, but that is my truth.

Are you willing to hear something that might improve it?

Jennifer, yes.

Then give me permission to give you the communication as it comes through, without your resisting it too much. Your truth that you don’t know, is here for you to show us, and commune with us, as the true you that really is; the you that knows only love for everything and expresses it continuously with a frequency of appreciation and wonder and love for everything around you for being as it is. What I am suggesting is that that is your truth and nothing else is. When you embrace it, everything else will move away, because that is your eternal experience of yourself as the truth of you.

Just like they talked in church about heaven and earth and all beings living in harmony; that is actually the intention here and it’s not somebody else that does it, thats what they didn’t say in church; it’s not somebody else who does it for you, it’s not somebody else who saves you, they can’t or they won’t, they could but they won’t because it would be a denial of your own truth to say that you are one who needs to be saved when you are just as divine as they are. Those who live in divine consciousness will not allow you to know yourself in their presence as less than your own ultimate truth and so if your going to allow for the possibility that you can feel the divine move through you, then you have to allow the you that doesn’t know that to be shifted and changed by it, so that your no longer confused, so that your no longer in doubt, so that you have knowledge of the experience of yourself in a way that frees you completely.

What I said, is what I said and its the truth more than any other that I know about and yet our lives and our circumstances are what they are right now and lets move things forward so that it is great for everybody.

Jennifer has opened her heart tonight and she is allowing herself to know what true love is. What is a love that can be impartial? To be non specific? To be universal? To be something that transforms your reality into something that is wondrous in every way? A love that transforms the realities that you interact with also? Is it possible that if you allowed the true you to come through, that this reality would celebrate that occurrence through the end of time because that act brought back to this reality the divine in form for everyone?

Each one has to choose it and wether you are the first, the last or the middle does not matter, so long as you choose it. Don’t give any consideration as to wether it is right, wrong, or inappropriate, or if you need permission from somebody, or if you feel bad about something you did in the past, let that identity go and let the answer to the question; what is the truth of eternity? What is the me beyond time and space? Who am I? What am I? Where am I? How am I? Who am I that exists eternally? Allow yourself to know that before you choose who you are here, for sure.

We kind of like the you that you are here right now, it’s pretty successful. It’s pretty good, but we don’t have to say that its your high water mark. We can say that thats as good as you could do with what you had then, but now you have is the knowledge that something more is available, you don’t know exactly what it is, but you know that it’s something that is extraordinary in some way, something that is unusual, something that is a better state for David for sure, is it a better state for you if you dive into those waters?

What if, what if we found some way to transition from our normal states of consciousness here into a state where there is a shared reality of universal love? What if that were our experience of each other? What would it be like if we knew each other as the eternally lovely, beings of grace and truth that we are? What if we said; Mmmm, even if it were only just with each other here and not at any other time, what if we gave into the possibility of just a momentary transition into ultimate truth? Why not? Why not?

Nobody is here to make fun of us for doing it, for being our truth here. So, I will say yes, yes, yes, three times yes and I will continue to say of course, of course, of course, why wouldn’t I allow for there to be an improvement in me if it is available? It’s available for everyone, we just don’t believe it, but if you get out of your head from the analyzing, the quantifying, the doubting and simply allow yourself to move in the direction that will result in a freer expression of your truth and if you will just allow yourself to keep moving, to be moved by that, as a continuing greater and expanding truth of yourself, if you just simply say; yes, that is the direction that I choose to move in. Greater awareness, greater understanding, greater ability, more conscious, more loving, more effective in creating everything that I want to create. I choose and I like that direction and If you like that direction, all you have to do is allow it to be your truth.

Allow it right now, feel what it is to know that transcendently divine and wonderful truth. You already have a sense of it, you know that you have already had this experience in your past, you can feel it. With that knowledge and awareness, allow yourself to be present as that now. There is no opposition to it in this room coming from me. So take a brave step and say; I will allow the divine to be me if in fact that means that I awaken as my own divine truth.

I know that this all sounds the way that it sounds, but it feels right for me to express it to you.

Jennifer, absolutely.

So I beg your indulgence in allowing me to surrender into this so that I can express it. Before I start, I don’t know that it is going to enter these realms, but it always does, so thank you for your allowing me to do this, because most of the time I am walking around unconscious, but my goal is always to express myself like this and it is the direction that I am moving in and a choice for myself, to allow myself to be embraced by heaven while I am here, despite all the reasons that I might have to consider myself unworthy of it.

To be loved by that which loves without limitation, why not allow the same for yourself? Why not feel the divine embrace? That embrace of all, that loves without limitation, allow that to embrace you, there is no cost, there is only a wonderful exchange to be had that you will be forever grateful for.

Jennifer, What about our relationship?

Well that’s a tough one to answer from the point of view that you ask it from, it’s from a state of mind where you are saying; I am not really sure about my life, I am not really sure about my lover, I am not really sure if I am doing the right thing in life at all, what am I doing and why? To ask a question from that state of consciousness with an anticipation that the answer is going to be a very small deviation from that state of consciousness as opposed to what it potentially could improve to in this reality, I would rather not answer. I would rather have you ask this question; what state of consciousness is it possible for me to experience in this moment right now? How aware, how expanded, how knowledgeable, how knowing, what is the extent of the possibilities of my experience in this state do I have in this second, right now?

Feel yourself giving into the ultimate truth being that answer. It’s ok to change it from what it is right now. That’s the whole point, but you change it just by allowing the ultimate truth to be true, for you. The allowance of that truth shifts your reality so that which was difficult for you before, isn’t and that which was impossible for you, not only is possible, its true and it’s your experience of your life here as the possible you. So what is possible for you?

I have to factor into that answer the fact that you are willing to for me to experience this with you and your allowance for me to express these things to you, which is abnormal here. It’s a very admirable openness to something transformational occurring for yourself, so I have to say that this is the direction that I would like your focus to be in; what degree will I allow for a miraculous improvement for myself to occur right now?

We’re not talking about philosophy, we’re talking about the experience itself. How much of a miraculous improvement are you willing to have right now? Feel it, don’t think about it, feel it. To what degree are you willing to feel right now a miraculous occurrence of the presence of a supreme consciousness embodied as you? It’s you, its you, its who you are. Allow yourself to experience it, it’s OK. If you allow yourself to experience that, then you don’t need to ask me for any opinion on what the possibilities of your being here as the embodiment of love is for your interactions with each other. Without that as the beginning point, the answer is kind if irrelevant.

For myself as well; why don’t we allow ourselves to be here as out truth? Why don’t we?

Is it our direct choice to be here as less that the full truth of who we are? Has that been our conscious choice, or has that been imposed upon us in some way, or was that some kind of accident? What is the truth for the current state of our consciousness, was it designed as being appropriate from a higher state of consciousness and we’re to experience lower consciousness on purpose, or was there some sort of fall from grace ? Was there some sort of descent into hell, so to speak? What is it that disabled us here? Was it our own free choice and our own free will? Or was it something else? Is it possible for a divine consciousness to fall into an unawareness of its own truth?

Yes, it is possible and if it happens, what is the recovery point for it? How does a fallen divine consciousness, restore itself to the awareness, knowledge and beingness of it’s truth? How does it recover it’s totality of expression? It’s by choosing that and whatever knowledge, awareness and doubt that you have you just say; here I am, I have ask the question and my asking the question means that I would really like the answer and I am willing to have it and as long as I am willing to have and receive the answer of my own divinity then I am going to relax into that answer being known to myself, as to what the truth of that is.

Jim, so whats the answer?

Am I in nature divine? We’re asking right now and we’re going to wait and see what the answer is. Is my nature divine? Am I that which creates reality and manifests the truth of our experience here? Is that who I am?

The beginning of the answer is no, no, no, no that is not who I am, of course that’s not who I am, who am I to be “That I AM” self that is so revered by every body as something else other than what they are? Are you willing to know the truth? live the truth? Be the truth as your self here? If you are then, I hope that you don’t mind that it is transcendent and enlightened, divine, universally loving and supportive of all creation.

So what does that make you? What does that make you if you are willing to experience that which others will not? It means that you have the ability to experience more than others who are not willing to. To know that which other are not willing to know. To be that which others are afraid to be; to be here as your truth, to allow the truth to be you and to allow yourself to be the living truth of eternity. What’s wrong with choosing that for your self it is your truth? Even if it is not your truth, why isn’t it OK for anyone to choose that? How could that be looked upon by anyone as being a less than worthy choice for somebody to make for themselves and to allow it to be an open and free choice for everyone else? To make sure that it’s an available choice, a known choice, a possible choice and a real choice for our friends here that are not that close to their truth, so that they can know what their possibilities here are.

Thats quite another story I know, but it is what it is and it was what it was.

Were going to do some modified humming and chanting to reduce the solidities here, It kind of goes like this and I’m just going to allow it to happen… Muuummmuummm…. What a body for this to be coming through man, what does this body need to relax? Lets see if there are some sounds that will allow our bodies to embrace freedom. What is the sound of freedom? What sound is it that frees he who hears it? It’s a sound that we are working on, it’s hmm, it’s not ready, this body is not ready for that to come through.

Jim, Why?

What does it take for this body to open up to that? It’s just so tense and painful man. What is it that releases that completely? What is it that will free you from your pains and traumas that you have been carrying around with you for your entire life? What allows your consciousness to transcend all of that to embrace its truth? AHH god knows and if God knows, God knows. God knows is part of the sound. If god knows, who’s god? Who’s god? God knows, who’s that? God knows that, do you? Who do you know as the God of creation? Is there something or someone that you know as that? Is there a divine father of us all? Is there? Is there? Well, lets feel the answer; God, you know that we’re sincere, at least we’re sincere enough to say that we are sincere, (take that as you will), but please take us also, take us to our truth, take us to the point that we’re able to choose what it is, take us God to a remembrance of all that is divinely lovely and inspiring to ourselves and able to make us realize that our possibilities here are as endless as what we allow for ourselves.

Can you believe how Oprah would freak out if we had a session like this with her?

The difference with this material, is this is not talking theory, philosophy and stories, this is choose the experience now for yourself and then expanding it. Know what it is and know that it is you. From my words to your truth, allow that to be a possibility.

I think that what you choose should be what you want and you do get what you choose. It’s allowed here, it’s a free choice reality. We have a pretense here that we are victims and that we don’t get what we choose, but thats not true and you can prove it to yourself by choosing the ultimate you to be truly known as your truth here.

Your circumstances here are kind of painful and you hope that they are not your eternal truth and you hope your eternal truth is an improvement upon this. Can you relax into that experience and find out that yes, it is an improvement upon this? Then, keep allowing for continuous improvement in each moment in the current state that you are in to where you are more aware, more confidant, more able, more free, more loving, more able to be an asset here and a support to this reality, a “good guy” here. One who makes it a little bit better here for everybody. Why not be that for yourself and them?

Yes why not allow yourself to be a greater benefit to the collective whole? Why not allow yourself to be a blessing to others? Why not? Why wouldn’t you want that? Why would you not want others to be blessed by your presence here? To have your presence be a benefit and an improvement in the ways others want their lives improved for them. Why not allow that to be who you are here? Why not? Why not allow yourself to benefit this reality, generally, specifically and universally? Why not allow this entire universe to be a better place because you are here in it? Because, you are here as the consciousness that grants all other beings, all other consciousnesses, all creation the freedom to be it’s ultimate truth.

Hold hands in a recognition of what it is to be touched by that which knows, understands and appreciates your truth and says welcome. I welcome your truth here, I admire it and I love it, I appreciate it while it’s here, because when it is here, it allows me to see a glimpse of my better self and thats all that you can really ask for in another is to see what ever it is that is my truth, no matter how unusual it may be and allow it to be so. With that allowance of our mutual truth, our experience here is freedom as our best self, the one thats really us.

There, there, feel your heart open, embrace the love and joy for all. It is for you to remember to give to each and every other, the blessing from your truth to theirs that theirs be available fully, completely and absolutely for them.

Body issues are only really solved when you allow the truth to be you and thats not such a hard thing to do, you just feel how it betters you as you relax into it and you continue to relax more and more into the experience of truth. Why do you have reservations about that when the experience of it is a continuous improvement of you in every way?

In your meditations, your greatest progress is likely to be made in looking at who you represent to yourself that you are; that intention, that feeling, that sense of purpose, that thing that compels you to plan for the future, to worry about the future and to yearn for the past. Look at that, but don’t buy into it, because it’s not you.

When you look at the beingness that is presenting itself to you as you and you don’t buy into it; then it dissolves as you observe it, without owning it as being you.

Limitations, blockages, barriers, curses; all polarized energies stick to identities and all identities are manufactured pretenses, there is no identity that is you. And so if there is anything that is impinging on your body and energy system, it’s impinging upon the pretense of a beingness that you maintain or accept as your own and when you recognize that it is not you, there is nothing for that limitation or suppressive energy to hold onto.

As you are feeling yourself, realize that this “me” that I am feeling; is not me. This me that I am feeling is not free and I will be free as soon as I realize that. The process is a process however, it is the focus of your intention, the focus of your awareness, the continuous realization that the manifestation of who you are here, is not who who you are. The manifestation of who you are here is entirely a pretense.

The pretense you use, but you do not Identify with it or as “me”, “I” or “I am this” and now, there’s the beginning of your realization of truth and your new mantra: The me that I am here, is not me, but it is mine to play with.

The reason why this works, is that the truth actually does set you free.

This is not me, this is not mime, but this life is mine to savor.

I am not condemning myself for anything that I have ever done, for if I were to do that, one thing that I could then absolutely count on, is that condemned I would then certainly be. For there is no condemnation that can disable you like self condemnation and when you give into that, you’ve given into the destruction of your consciousness being able to exist outside the realms of polarity.

I do not condemn myself for anything, is a mantra that will bring you again to the peace and serenity that exists within yourself.

So if you wish to follow in the footsteps of God as a good son or daughter would seem to be want to do; not condemning yourself for anything that does or doesn’t happen here, is that path you walk on. Not condemning yourself, anything or anyone else for anything, is a wonderful way to return to your “God consciousness”

That’s worthy of another mantra: where you find yourself, is where you choose to “not condemn” yourself. This allows the self that is beyond your self condemnation, the truth of you, to awaken within the presence that you are here.

I don’t condemn myself here, is where you find for yourself the life that you have wished for, as you continue to wish for that life to be more wonderful, more successful, more joyful and more able to benefit yourself and others.
I don’t condemn myself for anything here so please don’t ask me to. Now you can certainly offer me your rules of order, for how you are going to respond to our interactions. You can say how things are for you and suggest that I be aware of that so that I can determine the extent, if any, that I would wish to interact with you, or continue to interact with you, or to choose to no longer interact with you.

I won’t condemn myself for that which comes from another,
who has forgotten that he is my brother in the divine realms.

So in the condition that he finds himself, how can I say anything other than; yes he is my brother, but on the other hand, he is behaving as and holding himself as something less than divine, so in my manner of considering things; if it takes one to know one and divinity is your wish for self, then "no one" should you be with, that is "not one" with God consciousness.

There is nothing here that is worth condemning yourself for, all consciousness here is making its choice in each moment on what it believes is the best thing for it and receiving the answers to those beliefs in the feedback from reality as to what its effect on this reality is and until one is being celebrated as someone worth emulating; then my son, you have a ways to go in releasing yourself from your own condemnation and you’ve conned yourself into believing that somebody else knows the truth and that you don’t. All of the energetic limitations and barriers that you have between your sense of self as you are and your enlightened consciousness, are caused solely by your maintaining many different positions that you’ve taken on in regards to various subjects that are unenlightened positions and so if it is enlightenment that you are wishing for, you simply have to let go of your unenlightened positions on all subjects.

You do this by feeling who and what you are, meditating on that still point and observing from that still point of consciousness the manifestations of yourself. You can feel those solidities and those energetic barriers between you and the sublime peace and divine consciousness that you are at your true nature. When you feel the barrier, it’s not there for you to do anything about the barrier; its there for you to remind you to realize that there is a falsity that you are holding onto as the truth and that falsity creates and maintains that barrier for you. There is nothing that you can effectively do about removing that barrier other than identifying and letting go of the falsity within yourself that created it.

So quietly meditate, observe and be aware of that which constructs your reality and as you feel those areas that you wish were more expanded, more light and more heavenly; simply let go of all of your points of view, your attitudes, your positions, your decisions and your considerations that have anything to do with that barrier, because those are that ‘False Self” that prevents you from experiencing your divine truth.

How do you let them go?
You feel them,
you look at them,
you realize that you’ve got a stuck point of view in regards to them,
a point of view that doesn’t encompass the entirety of reality,
a point of view thats not aware of all other points of view and
you simply say; I’m not maintaining “that” point of view as the total truth and
you let it go, expand out and encompass all truth instead.

The creation point of the false self, is exactly the point where you have decided that “the false self is true,” is right and is important to be shown that it is right. There is no barrier between you and your truth of self, other than the false concepts that you are holding onto as being true.

The high point of your life and your consciousness will be found in your past, when you take your focus off of the expression of your own excellence as your purpose in life and instead begin to focus on what is wrong with others. When you do that, you will yearn for the “good old days” and not know why or how that changed or how to get it back, but you can take my word on this one; you get it back by being passionate about excelling in some type of activity that brings joy and inspiration to others. Wether that activity be in the arts, physical, mental, spiritual, social or financial, when you focus on the constant improvement of yourself; you will always be at your best and you will always be improving. When you focus on limiting, restricting and suppressing others; your best will be a distant memory.

You solve societies problems by being a light to the world, by your life being the way to truth and freedom, by your example being one that a person in doubt and confusion can follow and find the truth of himself. The good news is; you can recover the best of yourself in a relatively short time by letting go of all intentions to compel others to do anything. You do this by focusing your awareness on yourself, your consciousness and on your own revelation of your eternal truth to yourself; your own self-realization.

Lets help your mind understand what the process is like, its the physical, experiential and conscious reality of what Christ meant when he said, “for you to enter into the kingdom of heaven, you must become again as a little child.”

You are in the condition that you are in now and to change it, you look at yourself, you look at your life and your reality as it is now for you and instead of trying to change your reality you allow reality to change you. When it begins to work, its like a movie of your life is being run backwards. What you have become, disappears and everything that resulted in the creation of the person that you are, is released through your own choice to let it go and to no longer be relevant to who you are. You surrender it all back to God as a decision that did not result in your return to your native, natural and wondrous origin as a being of light and love.

As you make the postulate that the truth of yourself is a wondrous being of light, love and joyful serenity. You become able to reconnect to that truth of yourself and when you do, you just simply allow for what you have become to dissolve into that truth and rewind back into the origin of your manifestation, which was that embodiment of innocence, of wonder, of joy and the knowledge that you are heavens gift to the world and everyone is, when they uncover their original truth of their divine nature.

The trick in life is not to endlessly learn more of the ways of the world, because everyone does that and the result of that is the world that we have now. The real trick in life is to be able to hold on to your ultimate truth, the eternal truth of who you are as your sense or identity of self and not to be the result of your life’s experiences here instead. The results of your life’s experiences is not the truth after all anyway, their simply an accumulation of the effects of pretense’s upon your body and consciousness that are an imitation of truth and contextualized within a reality of ultimate pretense.

So hold onto nothing, except the truth of your own divinity and wether it is God, the truth of your own divinity, Jesus, Mohammad, krishna, shiva or any other divine deity that you have an affinity for. Regardless of the form of the presence of the divine with which you are merged (if it must have form for you mentally), when you are merged with the presence of the divine; then you leave behind all of that which prevents your entrance into heaven. Now this is done in your own closet, so to speak, its only between you and God, because there is no one else here that is going to be right with you on this one, or have that shared reality with you of your own return home and of the transformation from what you have been, into what you truly are except yourself.

Your own experience of your life, your consciousness and your awareness is the only indicator of the truth of your reality that you need. If you look to validate this experience of ultimate truth with others through conversation and debate, you will lose it for yourself, then there will be no progress made for you, because the reality that you share with others here is;
the reality of human limitations,
of human desires,
human foibles and
human consciousness and that is why this reality is not heaven on earth. Those standards of behavior, of consciousness and of beingness are less than divine and when you refuse to let those go; then a less than divine existence will be your result.

Your only real truth is beyond this contextual reality and its the presence of God, so hold onto the presence of God and allow the body to flow as the vessel of Gods temple on earth and your experience on earth will be a divine one.

Give into the possibility that joy can be your experience of reality and then as you mentally survey each perception of your reality, allow each part that suppresses you to meet that possibility of joy for itself and let go of every position that you have taken in the past about anything, until each position either has passed the test that it is supportive of your choice of a joyful and divinely harmonious reality for yourself or has been discarded.

Let go of every aspect of the personality that you have created that is not in harmony of you experiencing reality now with a joyful wonder and appreciation of the knowing that life is a treasure to be savored.

You experience joy by giving into love, the love of yourself and then the love of others. You can’t receive your wish for a heavenly reality; a heaven on earth for your experience. Unless you let the experience that you have been having go into the past as you become divinity and divinity becomes you.

As you find yourself stuck in the reality that you are in and your demanding that your experience of reality is truer than somebody else’s; your doing so is negating their right to their own reality. So when your reality is less than divine; divinely allow your past to have been wrong in giving you a direct and divine experience of the consciousness of oneness.

If you give your current reality to divinity, then divinity will refine and release from it, it’s stoppages, its conflicts, its confusions and replace them with divine consciousness, divine appreciation and a divine love for life and you will be free there as the perfected truth of yourself.

In the present that you are experiencing right now; let go of everything that diminishes your awareness of and experience of divinity. Whether it is a thought, an idea, a belief system, an attitude, a decision or a consideration. Regardless of what it is, feel those solidities that are between you and an accurate experience of divine love, divine salvation, divine redemption or the restoration of your consciousness to the divine realms. Whatever it is that limits your appreciation of that reality; drop it right now and feel the freedom that is yours naturally and eternally.

God, allow me to experience your love for the life that I am here, so that I may feel the redeeming power of a divine recognition of the life that I am. Thank you God and thank you to all consciousness that has been supportive of my realization of divine truth. We choose the divine oneness of the unity of all consciousness in a harmony of joy and I claim the consciousness of joyful harmony as my own.

The truth that ends all conflicts

You’re not fixing anything, you’re not the fixer, your the “unfixer” by allowing the love of God to move through you and then to assist you in knowing that the the love of God is you, which “unfixes” your stuck attention on human limitations and how to release them.

You are fulfilled by the realization of self, through the knowing of God as self. So, allow God to move you, allow God to move through you and allow god to realize himself as you, should God choose to do so. And why wouldn’t God choose to realize himself as you? And as every “you” that reads these words, why would God not choose to realize himself as you? Because God’s not judging you, God makes himself available to you as a resource for experiencing reality in it’s most expanded and expansive possibilities.

Wow, you might say to yourself, is that really what we choose for ourselves here? Yes, in our moments of clarity, we know the answer to that is yes, we are choosing for the ultimate truth to be known by ourselves, in a manner that it truly is a blessing to ourselves and others. That’s the beginning point; to choose to be a blessing to ourselves, to not be at war with ourselves, to not opposed to ourselves being the best that we can be; the eternal and material, wedded within you, as it is with all who choose the ultimate state, condition and possibilities to be engaged with life; as that, and to receive in life that as a knowledge of self.

“We’re allowing Gods love here” is and eternal mantra for self realization, all truth is within that. We are allowing Gods love to be know, to be received, to be believed as the truth of our experience that; we are here allowing Gods love to be received by us, to be known by us, to be realized by us as the saving grace for ourselves.

Allowing God, to love himself as you, will have the result of breaking up the things that you have been trying to figure out that have been limiting you in your life. Just allow that which moves you to freedom to; move you to freedom. Allow the movement to freedom to be normal and natural for you. Allow the movement in freedom to be comfortably normal for you. Thats what happens usually for you, is the movement towards ever greater freedom and understanding of the way of freedom, the way of freeing man. For you to realize the way of a free man, is what you came here to be and what you will be able to realize, as soon as you allow yourself to be realized.

Allow yourself to be realized, that’s your purpose here and so just go ahead and allow that to be OK for you, by yourself, for yourself, as a reality. A reality where the realization and knowledge of all things has already happened for you, its already your experience of reality. Your experience of reality is one of a realized truth that you know and therefor live, in a manner that is freeing for yourself and the others that you interact with.

When you are truly present, the suppression of reality is over. Reality is un-suppressed and un-restricted when you are present. When you are present as your truth, all truth is supported and blessed, not left unexpressed but expressed as its full, beautiful and magnificent expression.

Open up and allow yourself to be the embodiment of the perfection of truth. Allow yourself to be that, your allowing yourself to be that doesn’t have to be in opposition to anyone else’s truth, because you’re allowing for their highest truth to be expressed through them; the truth where they are free and a blessing to other men. You allow for there to be a truth beyond conflict, beyond competition, beyond the ability of those that are embodied here to be a harm or a threat or anything less than a loving surport for each other.

The loving surpport of each consciousness for every other consciousness here, is the way that your truth is made manifest here, the truth of you is beyond this reality and yet brings into this reality the truth that ends all conflicts. Allow yourself to be the truth that ends all conflicts.

Allow yourself to be the truth that ends all conflicts by being a blessing so well received by others that the other is divinely self realized. In your own wish to experience eternal truth; realize that you have already granted it to another who is capable of sharing it with you. Be willing to share the divinity of God with another and to receive it within yourself, so that all that considers itself to be you, is self realized into a state of expression of divine wisdom and oneness with all consciousness and all creation.

You are that part that “unifies the verse”, the “verse of conscious expression, brought together in one”. Which means the you-in-verse of God, self expressed as form and you with that form, inform all the rest of reality that considers itself to be unique or distinct from the other, all of that universe realizes it’s ultimate truth; that it is in an expression of form, but it is not in a form competitive with any other, it is there in form to be beautiful both for itself and the others and to appreciate the divine beauty of all form. So, your consciousness is here to enjoy this reality. Take a look at that and allow it to be so, for your own experience. Allow yourself to experience the realization of joy here. That means;
allow Joy to be your truth,
allow joy to be your experience of your life,
and to experience your life as joy.

It’s wrong of course, very, very wrong to be joyful, to allow life to be joyful, very, very wrong for you to enjoy life and to be a good example to others while you are enjoying life. No, no, no,no... you are not worthy of that, no, no, no, no... Well you may think that the divine is just too much to be realized within yourself, you can say; I don’t know how to do that, it is not worth the effort to lose my life in looking for the divine way, without paying attention to my life. Well… there’s your answer; the divine way IS paying attention to your life, right now, the divine way is to be divine now. Yes, the divine way to be is to be divine now. We’re allowing God to do all that, not us. We’re not trying to become anything and we'll let God be anything that he chooses to be. Its not for us to say what God cannot be.

To let divinity become your life is your purpose here and it is already your truth here.

Where is the divine way in this form, with this form, as this form? Where is the divine way now? Instead of trying to figure it all out yourself; allow yourself to be free from having to figure things out and instead just experience reality as a pleasant return, a visit home.. ahh as he, ahh as he relaxes into the gaze of heavenly days.

Where is overwhelming success available to you in this life? It might not be readily apparent to you, but if you relax into the possibility that there is an answer, an answer that will allow you to free yourself from concerns about your body surviving successfully, then a big worry will have been removed from your consciousness, that you bodies needs are provided for predictably.

Don't just look at your current circumstances and current associations and current income streams. Don't let these limit you in perceiving if there is an even better opportunity available to you right now. What is the best opportunity available to you for what you wish to have in life?

Be there for them, be there for your family. There you will have what you wish for in life. Provide well for them; mentally, emotionally and financially. Allow yourself to have and be the states of consciousness that you talk about. Allow your own consciousness to be divine, to be brilliant, to be a sublime experience for yourself and others. So yes, do allow yourself to be a sublime and wonderful experience for yourself. You owe it to yourself, go ahead, be the truth. This is it, this is the time that we choose to be free. So within yourself; we are going to act divinely here regardless of our circumstances.

Your circumstances are your circumstances, just handle it divinely, right now. That may be the best mantra yet " handle your circumstances divinely right now."

As your confronted with things that are catching your attention, you need to ask yourself, am I going to handle this divinely right now? And then you do it. As a divine presence, allow yourself to go forward in life now. Allow divine consciousness to move into your life and move into your consciousness and be your realized self as a divine consciousness fully realized.

The only answer to that is the question, is where is love? Your wife, your kids and your parents. Don't let your kids slip away, talk to each one, and continue do so each day. The treasures of this world are for you if you will just open to receive them. Remember your wife is the perfect wife for you, you wouldn't be married to her if she wasn't, so give yourself to her fully. Let go of any yearnings for all of the past loves in your life and embrace the love in your life today.

We’re making progress, we’re addressing, accomplishing and completing the critical tasks that we have in life. Pay attention to your reality; there are really interesting things there if you relax, take it easy and observe where you are. Notice just how wonderful it is where you are right now. Look and see what you don’t normally notice. Observe, the wonders of life around you. Oh I do love life here, yes I do, when I slow down and realize that I need to “stroll” through life, appreciating it as I go. That is the secret way to go first class.

To every feeling within you that is not “right there with you” paying attention to the now, you can say; look around you and regardless of what you are seeing look at what a lovely place this can be. To appreciate exactly what it is that is manifest here is nice, oh yea, I can feel that, oh yea.

What is the good reason for that “out of order” manifestation being the way that it is? It sure seems odd that one would choose an obnoxiously painful existence if one could consciously choose a lovely one. So where are you able to observe the perfection of life when you are observing a manner of life normally considered to be repulsive to interact with or even just to observe? The degraded, the unlovely, the aesthetically challenged, the consciously challenged? What is the purpose, the positive purpose, the healing purpose, the enlightened and divine purpose in someones being that way here? How does that assist and benefit reality, where is the contribution to this reality from that state of being? Is it the improvement of consciousness from an even worse state than what it was in before? Is the only relevant fact wether or not it is in a state of conscious improvement from what it was before as to wether or not it is appropriate or not to be a that way?

I think so. The only relevant factor as to wether a current behavior, circumstance or manifestation of physicality or conscious is contributing to the betterment of everyone, is determined by observing is it doing better right now, than it was a moment ago? Is it on a continueious cycle of expansion and improvement of consciousness, awareness and effectiveness in its being here? If it is, it is a contributing factor to the betterment of society regardless of its apparent destructiveness and disharmony.

In what direction is sanity for you in your life? Move there. The sane direction in your life, is for you to move through life appreciating each step you take. For each step you make and each breath that you take and for each thought that you think, may you be thankful to your creator.

As you choose to enjoy your way though life, with each breath that you take and with each step that you make it is life that you love. A shocking realization; I love this life that I am now, I love being me, I love being free to realize that I am as I choose to be. The thing that you will find is that if you will focus on it, you can enjoy your life right now in this moment. I know that you don’t believe it, neither did I but just try it; look around you, perceive your bodies movements and appreciate that you are here to notice that and that it is nice to be here and to be supported by this reality in your being a living, breathing human being. Because you are that and as that manifest human, that is all of the evidence that you need to have to prove the truth of this statement is true; the universe is in support of you, because you are you and you are here.

This reality is here for you, you’re the one that is noticing it and the more that you notice it, the more that you are aware of the reality that you are in, the more that that reality is going to love the fact that you are in there with the rest of them.

It’s only fair that there be a consciousness in each reality that demonstrates how to be superior to that reality when you choose to be. It seem only right that that be everyones right to know where to go for the truth that will set them free. Well, the truth you see, is not found in just one you see, but in the whole of the reality itself. There is no “one right,” there is no “one wrong,” all together results in a happy song, all together supporting you to be free, all together supporting me, to be; me.

Look around you, things are different than they were the last time that you were here. Its a new reality for you to interact with than the one that you were in before. Don’t let your head get lost in books, whose words write about life as if it were something other that what is there for you in that moment. Life is here for you now, why waste it? Enjoy, enjoy life as it is here now.

If you pay attention to reality, you won’t be surprised by it and thereby leave yourself exposed to being affected in an adverse way by someone else’s reality. Notice everything, open up to the receipt of all knowledge, embrace the furthest reaches of consciousness in what ever form it is, embrace it all, embrace it all as the one who knows where all is and what to do about changing a reality that you have taken a disappointment in.

Disappointments are simple to resolve; your choice to be disappointed was wrong. Your choice to be disappointed is always wrong, embrace what life gives you, embrace your life in this moment as if you love it, as if you can’t savor enough of the experience, so that it is always divinely real to you. Open up to the savoring of all life; the sav-or-ing of all life and a true savior you will be.

Yes, yes what a tall order that is, savor life as it is, you might want to ponder on that one for a moment as you pay ever greater attention to the reality that you are perceiving. The thing about life is, if you appreciate it as it is now, others will be appreciative of the life that you are living. When you are in your divine consciousness, appreciate it as you have it, don’t fear about some future time, if you appreciate what you have in this very moment; then this very moment will be divine for you.

Let go of the fact that you didn’t live your life previously as you wished to. That previous life and those opportunities it had is gone now and it still would have been gone regardless of how well you had lived it, its still gone. So, if you want that appreciation of a divinely conscious life then your appreciation of the moment that you are in, in this second must be divinely loved and loving. You can do it in this instant as well, just show yourself now that you know and you do know.

To every thought that you have about the future and how horrible it might be, tell that thought; hey, how about being here with me, right now and see together how we can appreciate the divine manifestation that all of life is.

How is it necessary to look at reality in order to appreciate every aspect of it? There is only one thing that is necessary; you this moment loving all of your perceptions and you know what? We know that you already do. Love your perceptions, all of them. love that you can perceive life in this way when you choose to.

It’s amazing I know and you can say it to yourself as you are looking around you; “its amazing to me that I know that I am the one who is appreciating life in a divine moment in this instant.” Walk around the block a few times, while appreciating in each moment the fact that you can truly appreciate now.

I have found that I can embrace and appreciate this life that I am, Mmm. You have put yourself in uncomfortable circumstances so that you can prove to yourself that you can enjoy even some of life’s most uncomfortable circumstances.

Regardless of what life perceives me to be, I am going to enjoy my life.

When you catch your self being in fear and apprehension about life and future circumstances. What if you then catch yourself and return to appreciating the moment that you are in? You are in this moment not some future one, appreciate it now and the actions you take will be conscious and effective in shaping reality according to your desires for it.

I know this sounds counter intuitive, but pull all of your consciousness in to your own body, in this place, this time, this dimension, this reality, have your attention on your full conscious capacities of awareness focused on the me that you are in this moment. Good, now you will notice that you can let go of all of this stress that you have been carrying, just walk it out, nice and slow and easy.

You’re doing good here, enjoy this acknowledgement from life, from universal consciousness, from whatever it is that you consider to be the highest source of truth; well done, good for you, we’re all very proud that you’ve been so true and yes it is true, we’re glad that you are you. It makes us appreciate our own freedom to see you as the you that you chose to be true to.

You may ask your self, is this the life that I’m choosing to be conscious in and aware of everything in it? Oh my God, what an overwhelming fear of the immensity of the transition. The transition is easy you see, to be free is your destiny, so now that your destiny is known, walk through your life like you are worthy of the throne, the throne of the one who knows that he blesses each and every thing that grows, everything that blooms, blossoms and flowers, everything that yearns to perfect itself you lovingly embrace and support its highest desires for their selves.

Find a place that you like, go there and relax and realize how much you love this place, how much you appreciate how it presents itself to you for your enjoyment. Give it your appreciation; marvelous, you did good, you became what you were created to become, bravo, well done.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be this that I am and to have the opportunity to choose what to be now. Do I want to make a shift in consciousness, a shift in reality, a shift in dimensional manifestation? Do I want to shift to a level of appreciation of this life, such that it is a full lifetime loving embrace? I just love the fact that I have the free choice in this moment right now to be the supreme appreciator of life. You have the opportunity to be a supreme appreciator of life. All you have to do is say; yea, thats me, I love it here.

To your allies you can be openly communicative that you are there to be supportive of their lives and vise versa.

If you’re to be vitally present as the oneness of the universe, remember self love feels good to a body; love yourself here, it feels good. “I love myself as the divine manifest in form,” love yourself less than that and you will be less than that. If you want to try the ultimate state of beingness in form, then you have to perceive what the ultimate is to you and then choose to manifest as that without stopping yourself.

Open up to and allow reality to embrace you with its best; the gift of the best possible life for you. Now let your awareness expand back out infinitely and be aware that divinity is everywhere and in everything, it is there for those willing to see, to see it, there for those willing to experience, to experience it. The grace of God is both within you, surrounding you and radiating from you in every direction infinitely through all realities all times and all spaces.

Let God be in charge of your life

You don't do anything spiritual in public, your spiritually is a private affair that is self realized.

Feel your body and realize that your letting God be in charge here now, even if you happen to see God as being something other than yourself, this process will still work nicely for you.

One thing to keep in mind when you're deciding whether or not to let God be in charge of your life, is that God does the best job of running your life that is possible and so it's your best choice. If you begin to realize that if you allow God to be in charge of your life then it's impossible for you to not realize that you and God are; one and the same thing.

We're allowing God, we're inviting god to be present in us, with us, as our shared consciousness here, as our shared reality here, as a being who would like to be you. When you allow God to be in charge of your life. The result is, a supreme example of enlightenment that you are.

Perceive the divinity of all things, perceive that divinity actually does permeate all creation. There is no creation where divinity is not present, so perceive that divinity, get to know it. Open up to it, open up to allowing “it” to be the conscious of the body;

the "it" that is not separate from you,
the "it" that is you,
the "it" that is the awakened you,
the "it" that is the realized you,
the "it" that is the one who is whole and wholly you.

Allow yourself to be aware of the divinity that is you, that you are. Awaken to your knowing of ultimate truth. Awaken to living in your reality as the ultimate truth, why wouldn’t you choose that for yourself and everyone else? Why diminish anyone? Allow everyone to be the ultimate truth and there’s a new mantra for you to try; we allow everyone to be their ultimate truth, any limitations that they may have are solely their own choice and creation.

Give in to God and it’s “game over” for the limitations of your life.

I observe the divine manifest as all creation.

You have to allow God to be here for him to take an interest in working with you in raising your “game” to the divine realms. Observe the divinity in everything that you encounter and realize that you have already divinely realized yourself; get that.

Observe the fact that you have already divinely realized yourself and the fact that you haven’t will no longer hold you back.

The way to give correction is with loving understanding; do not give correction, unless you fully understand the full truth of the reality that you are observing.

Share the best parts of yourself, with the worst parts of yourself, allow all to know the truth, by being the truth yourself. Allow others to realize their truth themselves without lecturing, because one who lectures, is someone who is in disagreement with reality himself which proves he is also unenlightened himself, because until you take responsibility for all of reality, then the reality that you want for yourself cannot be made your reality.

Feel what it is to take responsibility, feel what it is to be a responsible person, what is it like to be a responsible person? Feel yourself as a competently and willingly conscious friend to yourself and others. Your new mantra is a question you ask yourself, it is; what are we willing to know about ourselves here? The more we are willing to know, the more knowing we will be and the more knowing a person is, the more able he is in living the life he chooses with a certain grace, style and harmony with the rest of the world. One where he works with the world and the world works with him and together they make a nice team of mutual support and appreciation.

Remember your purpose here is to free yourself from all limiting obligations, all limiting belief systems, all self judgements. Your here to release yourself from that, it’s your purpose to let go of your limitations, let them go.

Just allow yourself to be enlightened, its easy;
Stand up on your feet
Bend your knees
And allow yourself to be at ease in every movement of the body. Mmm.
Allow every movement of your body to be at ease, at ease, at ease.

Enlightenment= Allow every movement of your body to be with ease.

Allow every movement of your body to be the enlightened truth of reality.

Where in my reality am I free to be spiritually me? The reality of you in your own self awareness.

The resources of heaven on earth are worth being focused within ourselves. This is where heaven and earth is joined together; they are joined together in the self that you are. Heaven joins earth within you.

If you believe that God is your father, then as the son of God or Daughter of God, whichever it is that you are, bless another as the son of God; as the son of God, give your blessing to another. Bless everything that you feel, as the son of God, as the divine son of God.

When you look at and feel the areas in your life that you want to improve, don’t focus on those feelings and trying to make them better, instead focus on the fact that you and God are merged and always have been; you just took your focus off of noticing that.

Put your focus on your observation that God is with you and that realization (the experience, not the idea of it) is the only thing that you need to do for your body.
