The way of joy, is the allowance for the manifestation of god through your body and it occurs when you let go of your own self image of importance and become reborn in the image and glory of god.

Move as god moves you, speak as god inspires you and all that you wish for in joy is yours.

Enjoy life as the expression of god and limitless ease, joy and glory will be the experience of this life.

What does it cost you? All of your pain, all of your cares, sadness, disappointments, judgments, plans, expectations and unconsciousness.

Few are willing to let go of their darkness to be filled with light everlasting, those that do are the guiding lights, the saviors of their fellow man.

How do you do it?

Choose freedom.

To be free,
feel your body,
the pain, the stiffness
and make a choice, any choice.

Did the choice make you feel heaver or lighter?
expanded or contracted? More conscious and aware or forgetful?
consistent choices resulting in increased lightness, expansion and awareness will bring you to heaven on earth, where ease, grace, harmony, beauty and joy for all, are the operating reality.

focus your awareness on your third eye as you repeat the mantra until all of the body is activated and each of your cronic blockages begin to dissapate.
