Glad you asked. Allow it to be so, feel the result and allow it to expand with greater freedom. Focus on moving your "how to" mind out of the way. The most it can do is watch, as soon as it has an intention to participate in any other way, put it back in its place as the observer of God in action. Any emotion that comes up, let it go. Any doubts that come up, recognise them as the next thing that God is releasing from you, then observe it happen. The same with pains, blockages etc... Just observe them each as the next thing that God is dissolving and refining to divine freedom. Now practice it, give yourself the time and space to follow these instructions and you will be pleased with the result.

Where is the joy and unconditional love in your life

To what degree are we willing to be fully divine here? The dance of divine consciousness
Experience the divine truth of who you are. The trans formative experience that you seek, the one that transforms and changes you instantly and completely, is accomplished by holding no assumptions about what you are, who you are, why you are, or even that you are. When you are willing to fully let go of all of the truths, that you hold dear, the truths, that truly are not, then you open up to the allowance of unfiltered truth coming through the body.
The experience of unfiltered truth coming through your body, burns off the false truths, lies, personalities, ego and all other accumulated mental constructs, that clutter your consciousness and confuse you as to what is.
Look at yourself fully and truly and allow all that was created to leave, dissolve and release. All creation is a substitute for being and a barrier to knowing the truth of self. There is no becoming what you want to be. What you want to be, you already are and have forgotten. You don't have to transform yourself, you only have to be willing for the truth to be fully known and revealed to you.
How can you have a fair trial here in unconsciousness and unknowingness?
How can you experience what you desire, when your accepted life is a small box that you cannot move beyond?
Relax and allow the truth to flow through the body. Observe only, do not direct or interfere from a state of your own admitted unknowing. If you have trouble doing this, consider what benefit lies have been to you. Holding on to lies as a security blanket, will keep you warmly bound in unconsciousness.
The freedom you desire comes when you are willing to be free. Which means you freely experience the truth, you freely let go of all unconscious resistance to the unknown. You freely re-experience all that you have resisted in the past, that blocked your presence from manifesting here.
Its not bad, its only letting go of your judgements that you were having a bad experience. Judging that you had a bad experience and then running away from it, is what keeps you stuck in that experience, that reality of lack, pain and unconscious inability, to be as you choose.
The dance of divine consciousness, is experienced by those willing to experience freedom without limitation. Be willing to have all of your experiences be divinely joyful for you and foe all the others that participate also.
Your conflicts with others will end, when your lies are let go of. Truth frees all. Lies accepted as truth, trap all. All limitations are the result of false beliefs and the resultant diminished levels of consciousness and knowing.
I don't know the way out,
I don't know the way back,
but I know that the truth will set me free. I freely allow the truth of all, to flow unimpeded by my existing resistant view and experience of reality.
Don't commit to too much in your unknowing state. When you are inspired with the truth, you need to move freely and easily. Give yourself plenty of time to practice relaxing into allowance of the truth to come through you.
Absolute truth will wash away all of your cares, pains and sorrows, heal your wounds and restore you to your normal state of joyful freedom.

Don't look down on any successful manner of living life
I like myself, no matter what I do.
There is nothing Superior to you. You do not need to consider that there is any power superior to you, or that can affect you negatively, in any way. Nothing can even conceive of affecting you.
I let go of all of the limiting memories of who I am.
There is no one more powerful that you. Feel that reality, it's you. Let yourself clean yourself up. You can trust yourself, you know.
I feel disabled in Florida, I feel enabled in California.
God is able, in all areas of life. Able to bring joy to life. Let go of everything that is unwilling for you or them, to live in a miraculous reality.
Oddly, God animated individuals seem to have more individuality than anyone else. And yet none of it is ego driven. Imagine you and all creation moving in harmony with you, because you are aware as the consciousness, that moves and inspires all creation to evolve and progress to perfection.

Divinity is manifest through relaxation
We know that we are divinity, perceiving through a body. The same divinity that supports all things and provides the reality for them to exist in.
Do you think that God has a hard time talking his wife into something?
Divinity is manifest through relaxation, that is why Egyptians worshiped cats, they were their constant example of divinity flowing through a body, with no resistance in the body.
Consider the possibilities of what would happen, if you allowed the person you are listening to, to be absolutely right about what he is talking about. With no resistance coming from you, they are guided to the free flow of consciousness and speak the truth as they may have never done before. All because you see that their consciousness is the I AM , that you are also, coming through another form.
The way that God manifests through the human body, is by the body completely relaxing in the allowance of the free flow of God, moving through and expressing itself, without ant input from the personality and ego.

With no resistance coming from you, they are guided to the free flow of consciousness and speak the truth as they may have never done before. All because you see that their consciousness is the I AM , that you are also, coming through another form.

Choose divinity in the midst of your darkest impulses
Now is all there is David, choose divinity in the eternal now.
A useful comparison to help you to understand what you are is, a balloon full of air. You are the air, both within the balloon and without the balloon. The balloon serves to give you a physical presence, a definable form, within which you experience reality with.
The form serves you, you don't serve the form. The form exists for your pleasure, you don't exist for the forms pleasure.
When you have finished with the form, it passes on, you remain able to fill another form with your presence, if and when you choose. You have not changed, the form changed, after it had fulfilled it's purpose.
Now, were you the balloon?
No, you animated the balloon, allowing it to fulfill the purpose of it's creation. The consciousness that the form seemed to have, was your consciousness, experiencing the form. To the degree you identified as the form, you fell in consciousness. To the degree you experienced the form as a chosen experience only, were you able to maintain your original consciousness.
When you animate a complex animal form, there are many systems that are automated, that maintain the form. There are also needs for the form to receive energy from other forms, in order for the bodily processes to take place.Focusing too much on the maintenance of the form causes you to fall in consciousness and believe that you are the form, that you were created and will pass on. All not true.
If I am not my body, what am I really? How can I have an experience of my authentic self, that either completely dispels the illusion that I am my body, or at least gives me the ability to choose what experiences of reality, my form will have? How do I overcome my perceptions through and the training of, the body?
Choose to confront your darkest aspects, those emotions and wishes to destroy, control and suppress others. There you will find the key to knowing the truth of yourself. Your resistance to acting on your darkest impulses, comes from your inner knowing of your divinity. It is your divine connection, that restrains your bad behavior towards others.
Allow yourself to experience those inputs in your life that you hate and in the midst of your rage to destroy, ask yourself, what is it that inspires me to not act out these destructive impulses? There you will find the doorway to knowing your divine being that you are so disconnected from.
What inspires me to not destroy when my every desire is to do so?
That which inspires you, comes from a higher consciousness, than that which manipulates you. Where does you best inspiration come from? What is the source? Where is the source? Is it possible for the source of your inspiration to have a better connection with you? If so, how is it possible to get it, without having to spend years meditating? How does divinity fully claim this vehicle as it's own? Does it even want to?

That will protect and guide your body to success in all circumstances.
The lower consciousness claims on your body, dissolve in the presence of divinity. So focus on the divine and all of the default programs that have run your life, will be irrelevant.
Choose divinity in the midst of your darkest impulses and you will have your divine consciousness restored to you. You cannot have the power of divinity in the state of unconscious destructive impulses, or you would act badly and disturb others, who have the freedom of their own choice of experience here. Choose divinity in each situation that you are stuck in, in life and you are free. If your life is a complete mess, then you have a lot of circumstances to choose divine consciousness in.

Relax into joy
Do nothing,
enjoy everything.
Bring everything into a state of joy, that transcends, the normal range of pleasant possibilities, into a new reality of,
total enjoyment,
total harmony,
total wonder and delight. While all lower conscious possibilities are left behind and discarded, as not effective, in creating a joyfully, successful and satisfying life.
Relax into joy.
You just need to keep choosing it. Your a guy that deserves it, go ahead and do it. Enjoy the state of joy, as the normal condition of life. It doesn't have to always be joy, but it will be your normal condition.
It is normal to be joyful,
to be bright,
to be creative,

and aware of what brings lasting success in life and creation.

The purpose of religious figures
The purpose of religious figures, such as Christ, Buddha etc... is to provide you with a reference point to connect with, that will remind you of your divinity.
All divine beings, stand ready to assist and guide you on your journey home. These deities act as your emissaries, in releasing you from your polarized bonds that trap you in lower consciousness.
Focus on the deity of your preference, and allow them full access to you. Your focus is maintained on the deity and your bodily sensations. Each sensation of discomfort in your body, comes from an unresolved, polarized connection. The connection is resolved by the frequency of divinity and you are released from it and are then more able, more free, and more likely to continue on your path of ultimate freedom.

Remember, you are not you and as long as you keep feeding your ego and identity by buying into its reality. You will remain trapped. Do nothing observe everything.
Allow the universe to erase your entire history and influence from all creation.
I release all attachments to any and all beingnesses that I have ever been. I release and forfeit all possessions that I ever have had.
You are not the solidity that you experience in your life, you are the freedom, that is within and without the solidity. You experience the freedom that you are, when you cease identifying as what you are not.
What you are is freedom within, freedom without. All the rest is not about you.
I AM, the freedom that liberates all from bondage.
That which you think is important is. When you are beyond importance's, you are.

Obsessive individuality is the hallmark of the lost and fallen. Taken to the extreme, results in the domination and or destruction of others, or self imposed isolation from others.
Authority comes from authenticity.
Authenticity comes from inspiration.
Inspiration comes from divine connection.
Divine connection comes from contemplation of divinity and willingly releasing self, into all.
Divinity is an interesting thing, ones first experiences are filtered through ones training and belief systems, so the experiences seemingly vary greatly from individual to individual. Care should be given regarding any communication involving anything other than your own spiritual refinement.
Be aware that, that which you desire to posses, possesses your consciousness and limits your awareness to the realms of that object.

The celebration of instability
The celebration of instability.
Stability, permanence, persistence, qualities that seem to be beneficial to man, have all failed to keep any man youthful and alive to even 200 years old.
It seems, man is entirely resistant to what is and what is, is the impermanence of man, why? We like to change, we like to grow up, we like to compete and win.
Competition only allows one winner and no one wins all of the time, so all are destined to eventual failure as man.
Are you only man? Is there a longer view of you that persists through time? What is it? If it were known to man, would it enable man to better enjoy his existence?
Do nothing as you observe the entire universe. Nothing needs to be fixed, except for your obsessive need to interfere with life and fix things in time and space, things that should be allowed to freely evolve and change.
Fixing things, ruins them.
Freeing things allows them to progress towards perfection.
Do nothing, as you observe all universes, times, dimensions, realities, creations and beingnesses.
For what purpose, do you wish to put yourself in bondage to creations? If you choose to exist here as a body, allow God to provide for it. If God provides you with inspiration to do something that results in resources being provided for the sustenance of the body, then follow the inspiration.
If you wish to limit and control things, then control yourself and limit your future commitments that are made in unconsciousness.
Limit you responses to those that are in unconsciousness and are comfortable there.
Limit your decent into polarized interactions that impose an obligation on you to commune and communicate with and as lower consciousness and you will be free to enjoy life and inspire creation to evolve to higher consciousness.
Observe all levels of unconsciousness, and do nothing, except stay conscious.
The entire universe is reflected in you and you are reflected in the entire universe. Its time that you communicate love.

be free of the limitations of physicality
The universe is in harmony with your desires, do not perceive separation between you and that which you desire. We are all one.
When you observe beauty, see that the beauty that you are observing exists within you, it is not separate from you.
Your point of physical observation does not define the limitation or location of your being.
If you are God and you have any limitations, it is because you are holding them in place yourself.
Love your life.
love your wife.
Love your sorrowful limitations, until you open up and download the undiluted, unfiltered, undeniable truth of you, into your physical body, delivering you, freedom of consciousness within your embodiment of physicality.
Notice that you are,
able to change your point of view.
A change of view, is a change of being.
A change of being is a revelation of the truth of your identity. A being that assumes points of view, then changes them as many times as necessary, to realize again your ultimate truth, you are free to be you.
You, is a choice of being, that all that is makes. All that is, is available to all yous, if you choose. All sheep come follow the lamb of God, ewe to. ewes follow until they are returned to the whole, then they are one with all. Wholly ewe again.

you do not exist only within your perception of existence. Free yourself from your pretended prison, by choosing to be outside of it also, or rather, be aware of your presence within and without all that is. Now, isn't that nice?

The purpose of letting go of all desires, is not to have nothing, but to be free of the limitations of physicality, so that you can reconnect to your natural state of knowing, awareness and wisdom. The result of which allows you to choose your life's manifestations, knowing what all of the possibilities are. Would you really like your child to commit his entire future activities, according to his knowledge and understanding as a 2 year old?
Is it possible that there is as much more to know and be aware of in your current state, as there is between you and a 2 year old? Then give yourself a break, from living a life of bondage, caused by choosing life's experiences, from an ignorant state of being and choose to reconnect to all, by letting go of the small part and participate in the redemption of divine consciousness, in the human form.
God consciousness, is not religious. God consciousness is the birthright of all those that allow for freedom, harmony, and love to flow through them, unimpeded by points of view. that shut down the possibilities of miracles in life.
You don't need to be right, you need to be free. Freedom is not achieved by restrictions, freedom is achieved by living in allowance, chancing moment, being aware of possibilities and likelihoods and acting harmoniously according to what is.
Merge fully with your environment, inspire it to consciousness, by your presence and harmonic resonance.
Being beautifully present, is a present, all welcomes.
If you are God, then the only one that can limit, diminish, entrap and enslave you, is you. Consider your motivations for doing so, and choose to be free once more, now and forever and allow all others, the same. Always.

The purpose of letting go of all desires, is not to have nothing, but to be free of the limitations of physicality, so that you can reconnect to your natural state of knowing, awareness and wisdom. The result of which allows you to choose your life's manifestations, knowing what all of the possibilities are. Would you really like your child to commit his entire future activities, according to his knowledge and understanding as a 2 year old?
Is it possible that there is as much more to know and be aware of in your current state, as there is between you and a 2 year old? Then give yourself a break, from living a life of bondage, caused by choosing life's experiences, from an ignorant state of being and choose to reconnect to all, by letting go of the small part and participate in the redemption of divine consciousness, in the human form.
God consciousness, is not religious. God consciousness is the birthright of all those that allow for freedom, harmony, and love to flow through them, unimpeded by points of view. that shut down the possibilities of miracles in life.
You don't need to be right, you need to be free. Freedom is not achieved by restrictions, freedom is achieved by living in allowance, chancing moment, being aware of possibilities and likelihoods and acting harmoniously according to what is.
Merge fully with your environment, inspire it to consciousness, by your presence and harmonic resonance.
Being beautifully present, is a present, all welcomes.
If you are God, then the only one that can limit, diminish, entrap and enslave you, is you. Consider your motivations for doing so, and choose to be free once more, now and forever and allow all others, the same. Always.

Awareness without thought makes you the master of your destiny
Thoughts give the energetic binding agents of your life, life and permanence.
Awareness without thought, makes you the master of your destiny, as the building blocks of life now serve you, instead of serving to control you.
Consciousness is allowed, unconsciousness is monitored and restrained.
The state of no thought acts as an eraser, to your past polarized imbalances and opens up new possibilities to your present.
If you choose God consciousness and focus on this, you can let go of everything else, as it is all contained and sorted out in the state of higher consciousness. You then will know what to do in every circumstance that you are connected to, for the highest benefit to you and to others.
You simply cannot make effective decisions about your life, from the state of lack, need, limitation and relative unconsciousness, , that is the normal level of human consciousness.
When you are unsure of what to do in any situation, it is an indication to you that your level of consciousness has fallen too low and the first thing that should be done, is the restoration of your divine consciousness. Do this by choosing divine consciousness as you are aware of the situations that require your attention. As you return to higher consciousness, the solutions are given to you. Solutions that are easy, elegant and effective in creating a life of freedom, love and abundant success, for you and those that you interact with.
Choose God consciousness and everything becomes easy, light, freeing and marvelously interesting.

When you live in the realm of wholeness there is no separate consciousness
Relax and enjoy God.
Your new mantra.
Relax and enjoy Godhood, your new beingness.
Even the Devil himself can enjoy God. He knows that if God were not there, he would have no reason for being.
Interesting when you think about it, the devil seems to only really fight man. The devil actually cannot fight God, its impossible, when you get close enough to know who your enemy is, you cant remain an enemy anymore, because the presence of God has transformed and restored you to your place, as you existed before your fall in consciousness, and you just cant hold onto that old reality of separation anymore.
When you live in the realm of wholeness, there is no separate consciousness, you are one in all, one with all and one as all.
Where does the experience of me, get good here?
Each of you have a core identity that wants to individuate. There is a degree of specialness in your nature that always creates heavy realities.
This is our only agreement, we will make consciousness easily available to you. Your specialness should go now, it will be of no assistance to you here. The light of God is upon you. What effect will that have on you?
Don't say no to freedom. If you do then you enslave yourself.
Let go of and as this unconsciousness that we are.

This reality is universality binding and entrapping
Merge with God, do this by choosing repeatedly, without effort, as you notice the areas in your body that are resistant to the merger, then continue choosing merger with God.
Now allow God to merge with you. Allow the energy of God to infuse every cell of your body. At the point that the energy starts moving, let go of the thought and intention of the merger and just let go completely. There is no solid construct that is is worth saving or protecting from God. Allow everything to unwind and dissolve into free flowing energy, the baptism of fire.
This reality is universality binding and entrapping, to a consciousness that focuses a large percentage of its awareness here. The odd thing is, the higher the percentage of your consciousness that you allow to return to your divine source, the more conscious and freer you are here. Too much focus on this reality, causes you to become part of the landscape here, an unwitting player in the game of polarity, fighting what you perceive as different from you and therefor bad.
Freedom is achieved by having your primary consciousness in the realms of divinity and oneness. This grants you the freedom to be here as divine consciousness, unattached to the traumas of existence as an animal awareness.
Keep asking yourself, what additional resources do I need to have, in order to effectively deal with this situation, so that I am in peace and harmony with all?
You wish for peace and harmony for all, then you allow all, free choice. If you do not like the result, and you wish for a reality better than that, then you have to evolve your self to the point that you are a living inspiration for others, to choose a life of love instead of hate, of harmony, instead of competition, of grace instead of aggression.
Welcome to the club of the early adopters, all is Gods, all is God, God is meant to be himself in all. Fully actualized, with each part in total awareness as source. So choose to keep enough awareness as source, so that as you sample reality here, you can always return to divine consciousness as you choose.

This needy self of yours, is not you, let it go or rather, let go as it. It serves you no higher purpose. Tell this self that this limited choice of beingness is no longer serving him or you well and he should transcend to a higher reality, where he can be full of joy again and where all of his needs can be satisfied. He has spent too much time in and gotten too involved in the reality here. Let him go now, free him to return to his celestial home.
When you start disliking those around you, you know that you have fallen in consciousness to the level of hell and it keeps you in it, by trapping you into "must dos, haves and Be's."
Regrets are not a pleasant reality, live your life now, so that you have no more regrets. Focusing on righting the wrongs of unconscious behavior, just brings more of the same. Focus on consciousness instead and be, do, have and create all that you desire from awareness of all.
All are free to be God and God is free to be all.
Do you have a part to play in the grander scheme of things, or are you doing it all for yourself? or both? All leads to God and God leads all by example. Walk in the presence of God.

Bring divine consciousness into your life, by giving your polarized and unconscious aspects to the divine. The you that is feeling pain, must be the you that lets go of yourself and the concept of the limitations of your choice of experience. You loose nothing in the process, instead, you gain all that you are willing to receive. The simple truth is, all you have to do to have all that you wish for, is to willingly let go of and as, your limitations in life.
