Your physical problems do not resolve, because you are in resistance to them. If instead of trying to fix them, you chose to feel them and to be OK with them as they are. They would resolve themselves, as they all begin with polarized imbalances that are resolved with allowance.
The higher law, is resolving all problems by facing them, while not being in opposition to them.
You will never fear, when you absolutely know.
You will absolutely know, when you are absolutely known.

Allowance is a conscious choice to be at peace. It is done without effort, by choice and focused awareness.

Allow divinity to flow through you
If you wish to have the most expansive experience of divinity, then use the words:

If you have given up the right to be conscious
Have a passion for exercise, a passion for joy.
I am turning it all over to God.
Your are holding on to "it" all you have to do is let go and it will leave you. Let it go, it always gets better when God is involved. You, are the one who can give it all to God.
I can give it all to God, yes I can. I can take responsibility for myself.
Will I let myself go to God, without first knowing what that means to me, what exactly is going to be left of me?
I am taking responsibility for letting everything go to God.
Can I let go of my resistance, and let it go to God?
Start with the easy ones, pain, failure, loss of divinity, give them back to God, let them go. It is letting the "Me" go to God, the you that is holding on to something, is the diminished false self that has to be let go of for you to be restored to your truth. Once each polarized "Me" is gone the result is a freer and happier "me" this gives you the knowing that you are going in the right direction and there are many Me's in you to release. Feel a limited me, let yourself go, feel the freedom return, repeat.
I can let go of all of the Me's that hold onto pain and unconsciousness.
There is no battle to be won. Only the surrender to a higher power and greater consciousness can get you out of here.
Is it you that is holding onto this pain? Then let yourself go, give up, your done, through, finished. If you have given up the right to be conscious, knowing, aware and effective in creating what you desire, then your fired. Go home to God and get reprogrammed by God, to lead a life of wonder, laughter and joy.
If you don't know what to do, surrender to God until he fills you with his power to act sanely again, in harmony with your reality and the other beings that you share it with.
You can't fight injustice, only inspire enough, that no one chooses to be unfair or unloving with another.
The feeling of the body gets better with every persona that is dropped. You have only one job, let go of everything and let it thrive as you watch and enjoy the transformation of your body into a vessel for God consciousness.
Let all of those persona's go, even yours. Enjoy letting go of the pain, enjoy being more conscious. The pain is yours to let go and you let it go by simply releasing your hold on it. Let go of the self that holds onto this world, so the other world can come through.
If you are experiencing a painful reality, it's you that needs to let go. Don't stop anything and watch everything get better as you do. If you are even wondering about something, you have to let it go. The you that assumes that there is something that is wrong with the world and that there is something that you can do about it, there is, let go of your judgement, let go of your self righteousness, let go of your being "right" when you are observably unconscious.
At what point do you fight for what is right?
At the point that you wish to fight for knowledge, for consciousness, for redemption, for the knowledge of what is important to an eternal being, here.
And what is important to an eternal being here?
Eternal freedom. The fight is not with another, it is with your own considerations of who, what, and why you are. Let all of this go so that the truth can be revealed to you, that you may be effective in accomplishing the purpose of your presence here:

Do you love the irony of this pretense of unconsciousness? It is the greatest of tales: love lost, love found, my love is buried in the ground. Life is a merry go round, you'll be back again and we will be waiting for you. God knows that he wants to come also, he just can't make it any more.
God has been waiting to save you and you haven't been paying any attention. You are too busy being in a rush to go somewhere. Sit and ask your self a question:
What am I alive for?
To experience what?

Who decided that for me?
What do I choose now? Love, peace, joy?
No, I choose destruction of the illusion that I am this or that. I am all that and so much more, I am the creator of life itself , the wanderer, the eternal Creator of heaven and earth, the operator of the cosmos, the machine of creation.
The one eternal truth, you are as you choose to be.
The machine of creation, in the palm of my hand, obeying my every wish, from moment to moment. You can change the world as you choose.
The light of God fills your body and redeems your consciousness from the bonds of polarity. Effortless enlightenment, the call of the wild, delight in creation. God is addicted to creation.
Do as you want to, get the Idea that God is embracing your life, your being, and facilitating your redemption and return to the divine realms.
A subtle energy is taking you over, the realization of truth, the divine placement of it's consciousness in to the depths of polarity and the choice to return easily to divinity, now. Higher consciousness, available to you in your life, as you wish for it.
The collective unconsciousness, is the life blood of the ungodly. The ungodly are limited, unknowing, unaware of the possibilities of the unlimited choices available to you in each instant.
Choosing God means, choosing consciousness, choosing ability, choosing to be free. Repeat that as a mantra. In every way I choose to be free to choose.
Allow God to focus on your life by being open to his embrace, to his guidance. Go home and put everything into Gods hands, trusting that this is the best thing for you and observing that the more that you allow, the more that you are allowed to be free also.
Ask God, what do you wish for in my life.

It feels better to let God handle things
Give the part of you that gets overwhelmed to God.
God is coming through.
It feels better to let God handle things. God will get you out of all of your tight spots, with ease and pleasure for all, Really.
What is it about unconsciousness that you are so attracted to?

So believing in?
With so much evidence to the contrary being true?
You don't know, so lets go on trust, as it cant get any worse for you than "not knowing" .
What if God was all of us?
Those of you that are sad, give in to God and give up yourself to the service of Gods law, Joy for All.

What is it that God wishes to say through me?
Leave it all to God and see what happens. Letting go does not mean that you lose "it", it means that you gain all, you allow all to act for you.

Transforming everything that you are into light and freedom
Where are we choosing to be conscious and where are we not? There is no reason to hold on to any part of your polarity based mind, enough is enough.
Blessed are those that hunger and thirst no more, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Do anything that you want to, when you want to, without regret later and get better as a result of what you have done. Things are getting better now, they have to as you are in harmony with the power of creation..
The power of the creation of embodied God, gods, us, we are, I am that I am and I have always been that. Regardless of my focus or lack thereof, regardless of my fall in consciousness, regardless of the me that I am, I am that. Consciousness in polarity.
The search for the power of God, results in the power of God, transforming everything that you are into light and freedom. Eventually, all of your consciousness gets the truth and you are you, again. Everyone around you becomes more conscious also.

If you wish for God consciousness, then everything of a lower consciousness, has to be let go of, or brought into harmony with God consciousness. You don't have to figure out lower consciousness, you just let it go, as you connect to higher consciousness.
Put your awareness on the unlimited freedom, of divine consciousness and all lower consciousness identifications and attachments will fall away, naturally. This is all done without force, effort or struggle, it is done as a conscious choice.

The fears of inadequacy are what fuel your limitations into existence. As god we are choosing to make it better for us than it has been here.

My days should all begin with "what is the truth here?"
The truth is gentle and freeing.
What is the totality of all of the truths here?
I choose to know who my friends are.

Perceive reality with your body not as your body
If you find yourself at a level of consciousness where you don't know what to do, or can't do what you want to do, realize that this is not a normal condition to be in as an eternal being. This condition of lower consciousness, comes as a result of identifying with objects and is cured by identifying that which is you and that which is not you.
That which is heavy, is not you.
That that is in pain, is not you.
That which thinks, is not you.
That which is aware and conscious, is you. Place you awareness souly on consciousness and watch your attachments to identity and objects dissolve, as you return to your normal condition of pure, unlimited consciousness and freedom of being.
All of your consciousness returns to you from the objects and identities that you have invested your consciousness in, when you stop the game of identification with creation. Objects and identities, always have limitations in consciousness and ability. To attempt to increase consciousness through a body or identity, that has defined limitations, is an exercise in frustration. First reclaim your consciousness fully, then decide what to do with it.
As you meditate on this, continually realize that you are not, who or what you have been considering yourself to be and it is these considerations alone, that trap you in lower consciousness. True freedom, lies not in confronting your limitations, but in confronting and releasing yourself from your identifications. "interesting, that I identified with this", "as that" etc...
You can only be controlled by that which you assume your self to be. That doesn't mean that you can't enjoy your life here, on the contrary, it is the best way to enjoy your life here, as your true energy, your true consciousness, aware, knowing and perceiving reality here, without false limitations and identities that are only temporary masks, of who and what we are.
Perceive reality with your body, not as your body. (in the world, not of the world. Remember)

To attempt to increase consciousness through a body or identity, that has defined limitations, is an exercise in frustration. First reclaim your consciousness fully, then decide what to do with it.
As you meditate on this, continually realize that you are not, who or what you have been considering yourself to be and it is these considerations alone, that trap you in lower consciousness. True freedom, lies not in confronting your limitations, but in confronting and releasing yourself from your identifications. "interesting, that I identified with this", "as that" etc...
You can only be controlled by that which you assume your self to be. That doesn't mean that you can't enjoy your life here, on the contrary, it is the best way to enjoy your life here, as your true energy, your true consciousness, aware, knowing and perceiving reality here, without false limitations and identities that are only temporary masks, of who and what we are.

The purpose behind your every activity is to enjoy it
The purpose behind your every activity, is to enjoy it. This requires that you acquire more resources than you currently have available, requires you to become more able, instantly.
How far do we have to grow in our awareness, to be able to enjoy our every experience?
The ability to enjoy every experience, makes a God conscious being out of everyone, that achieves this state of awareness.
How conscious of our divinity are we willing to be here?
All the way man!
Choose freedom then, choose to be divinely aware.
We choose to be conscious to the point that our reality is divinely joyous,
for all,
that all may be joyous at the point that they choose to be divinely joyful.
Divine Joy is non oppositional,
is unopposed.
If you firmly believed that you were in opposition to divine joy, you would not even be able to pretend to oppose it, at the point that you come into contact with it and thereby experience the reality of divinity yourself.
Whether or not you choose to change your normal level of consciousness as a result of the experience of divinity is up to you. If you choose no, you forget almost all that you experienced and your life continues along as before. If you choose yes, then the experience of divine inspiration will be repeated as often, as you are willing to experience it, until you are able to fully choose it as your reality.
The purpose behind your every activity is to experience it in joy. Choose to experience your pains and unconsciousness with joy, until they are gone.

Divinely luxurious, The luxury of unlimited freedom of choice, in joy and harmony.

Sacrifice yourself upon the cross of truth, by allowing truth to flow through you, thereby dissolving the lie that you believe that you are:

This sacrifice, reveals all that is great, all that is inspiring, all that is leading to consciousness for all beings. all lower realities and identities are only temporary creations
When your consciousness is caught in a lower dimension of reality, you cannot solve your problems there without help. You have to send them to a higher level of consciousness to be solved for you. Doing this will raise your consciousness to the point that you can begin to deal with life with true freedom of choice, in an enjoyable manner.
Its OK to admit that you are incapable of dealing with something when you are incapable. You exist at many levels and in many dimensions of consciousness and you are integrating the lower levels into the higher ones by surrendering the lower to the higher. Don't worry, its all you and its all OK. It is the way you reclaim and restore yourself, when you forget your divinity, by identifying with or resisting polarity.
Yours is a lost and fallen consciousness by reason of your focus on a singular degenerate reality, to the exclusion of all higher, non oppositional realities. You are not cleaning your self up or making yourself more able, you are letting go of the lies that you have accepted as you, your identity and your reality. You do not want an improvement of your circumstances with your present identity, you want a restoration of your divine identity that you no longer know.
All lower consciousness has to willingly submit to divinity in order to return home to the divine realms. For all lower realities and identities are only temporary creations and the consciousness trapped in them must and can only return as the truth of what it is, which truth is not known or evident, in the state or beingness of polarized consciousness.
All that you resist is yourself, in a confused and diminished state of being. Embrace all that you consider yourself to be and submit yourself to the highest state of non oppositional consciousness that we will call God, to be restored to a condition of wholeness.
Your purpose is to be here as your authentic self, not a body identified, scattered, confused and divinely ineffective human. To be your authentic self, you must embrace all of your creations without judgement, including all of your personalities and identifications before you can submit them to God. Then as soon as you fully feel each of them without resistance, give them to God to deal with as he pleases.

See with the eyes of God.
The eyes of God, see the divine nature of all beings and calls forth the divinity that exists within us all. Look at others with the eyes of God, so that your every interaction brings peace, inspiration and the remembrance of the divine nature and origin of your brothers and sisters.
Observe yourself with the eyes of God, that you may know Gods love and forgiveness of all that you have been.
Observe the Goddess within your wife.
Observe the Goddess within yourself.
It does not matter what it is that has happened, or has been done to you, when you finally know the purpose, it is always to speed your return to God and to prevent your circumstances, from distracting you in your return to divine consciousness. Everything, is for your benefit.

Reality does not know divinity
If at your basic nature, you are divine, then reality has to obey you when you have enough consciousness of your divinity. Reality is the creation of the divine and as such is completely known by divinity. Reality does not know divinity, only its experiences of its self. When a reality allows for God to direct it, then reality has chosen to enter into the divine realms. WE are here to experience reality divinely.
step 1. choose to allow divinity to control your body.
step 2. choose to enjoy the experience of divinity operating the body.
step 3. notice that the more that you allow divinity to operate your body, the happier you become and the better you feel.
step 4. Notice the increase in your feeling at peace and your knowing that everything is OK.
step 5. Allow God, to integrate your consciousness and identification as the body, with your divine origins and nature.
step 6. Choose to allow your consciousness of your divinity, to increase to the point that reality automatically goes in harmony with you and your wishes for the experiences that you would like to have.
step 7. Allow reality to be a perfect reflection of your wishes.
step 8. If reality does not harmonize with your wishes, then allow God to control your reality.
step 9. Realize that you have a new choice, a choice that you can be, as conscious, as you choose to be.
