If there is something that you want to let go of and you cant do it then tell yourself the truth; you really, really want to hold onto this and never let it go, it is what you are doing after all, so you have to assume that at some point you chose that it was going to be that way forever and then you disagreed with yourself, but your first decision sticks.
if there is something that you want to get rid of in your self? Then take a look; if there were something that you really wanted to be rid of, you would be rid of it. So you really don't want to get rid of anything that you have, or it wouldn't be there.
"I want to hold onto this" might be the "spell breaker: that you have been looking for. I want to hold onto this, I do want to hold onto this, I love this...

Nothin breaks spells but practical changes. The spell is also a lack of responsibility. You can change ur mind but still... obsess with spells and unspells... think that ur warmth comes from paying the electric bill gods... grant manifestation powers to positive or expansive thinking or unthinking alone... "I did it" or "..didn't do it" based on a switch in mind where things should take time, and do, instead... Congruence.
ReplyDeleteA flip of a switch doesn't provide light. Money is not an actual exchange. Grocery stores, packaging, labeling and advertizing take tremendous time and distance and toll on minds and FAMILIES. Where a change does not happen, be glad. Wisdom alone is lonely... and changes no one... when I cant even get out of debt, or even hardly begin to take responsibility... ability to respond.... actually... and without NAMING FUCKING EVERYTHING... KNOWING...
everything is connected, but it takes practical steps and planning and organized effort and seeing it through .... to see it thru.
