You Cannot Be Fighting This Reality And Know The Truth Of Yourself.

A visit with Carmen.

Part one:

Carmen: I want to get this depression out of me, I want to get lots of peace here.

I understand.

Carmen: you know that I am ready to cry, you can see that. 

Sure.

Carmen: I want to heal my heart, heal my body, heal my mind, so I can start working and generating money. I cant live like this. So I want to work really hard with this. I want to do a very strong meditation. This week has been very strong for me, because this guy that I have been in love with; I want to get him out of my mind, because it has been 4 years since we broke up but we keep talking about getting back together and I want to get out of that; no more codependence. I have so much fear.

The tea ceremony is about each movement being a movement in consciousness. Its about being present in this moment…

Carmen: thats what I want.

Match me, there… be comfortable in knowing. You’re in a state of unknowing right now, confusion, frustration, anger, grief and fear. Bring it all into the heart of yourself: where you love yourself absolutely and surrender to that love that you are, that you have, that you exist as eternally. Know that your circumstances are what they are, but if you know eternity at the same time: all of “this” will come into harmony and you will be aware enough to know where you are welcomed here, where you are supported and loved here. So, the part of you that is traumatized right now listen: surrender means to allow for a wondrous solution to come to you from a place of pure love and since you are not experiencing that as your experience of self right now: you are in a state of confusion about who you are, thats all. 

You think you are a woman who is in love with a man who is an insensitive brute. Oh my, OK, no wonder you came over tonight, because: do you really want to get into something like that? You know what it means to share a life with another, you know what happens to your consciousness, you know what happens to your sense of self when you go into resonance with a determined lower consciousness that “just knows that it is right in its wrongness,” let that go man. Your clarity is the only thing that is important here, OK? Screw everything else, let it go. 

You want to be free of it? Be free of it. The only reason that you’re traumatized over this is you don’t know for sure wether your going to actually let it go. If you had let it go in your mind for good already, it wouldn’t bother you at all, because you know it is not the right thing for you to be with that man. Thank God he was at least aware enough to send you that insensitive email, because where could your life have gone off in a direction with him that is less than healing, fulfilling and worthy of that sense of wonder and excitement that you have because you know the possibilities that life has for you? No those possibilities are not where you are right now, but that doesn’t mean that where you are right now can’t open to the light of enlightened presence for yourself. Just because you are where you are, doesn’t mean that you can’t be where you want to be. 

So first, allow yourself to receive the love of the divine and feel that flow into you and allow me to feel loves expression through you. That expression of divine unconditional love flowing into you and from you to me in such a way that it heals me, heals my traumas, heals my problems, heals my confusions: heals me, restores me and redeems me from the odd life that I am in that is mostly one silly thing after another. So it is not our circumstances that we need to worry about today being changed, its this: are you willing to be present here as truth? Let me feel that from you. Let me feel the presence of eternal truth, as you. Heal me with the presence of your eternal truth: let me know what it is to know God, through you. There... let me know God as you. 

Let go of these identifications with the life circumstances of this body as the defining identity of you. Let go of that, surrender to knowing your own divine eternal truth. Not just knowing it, but realizing it: “making it real here.” Allow your divine truth to be real, here. Allow divinity to be manifest as you, as you. Thats what I need from you, I need someone who is aware here, someone willing to self-realize divine truth. And I know that thats “impossible” of course. 

Carmen: what is impossible? 

For you to realize divine truth, or… or, is it impossible? Its not impossible? 

Carmen: no.

Well, feel the truth of that statement of yours that its not impossible for you to realize your divine truth. Just feel how the truth of that frees you from the mental insanity that your going through as a result of your circumstances and your circumstances are simply the “sum result of your life’s choices.” So your circumstances are OK, its OK for you to be in them right now the way that you are and as soon as as you realize that: you can realize that its also OK for them to change, but not until.

You have to quit fighting reality before you can go into harmony with it! Come on, any of your enlightened sages say that? You have to go into harmony with life as it is before you can fully awaken yourself here and know the truth of eternity. 

You Cannot Be Fighting This Reality And Know The Truth Of Yourself. 

You don’t have to figure out how to do that, you don’t have to figure out the repercussions of that, all you have to do… (only a small percentage of this is intellectually for you later, OK?) the point is, I want you to make a choice, a whole series of choices and I want them to not be done the way you normally make choices: the choices that you make tonight, I want you to realize the end of them as you make them. When you make a choice: allow its full, instantaneous and immediate realization of it within yourself. If you don’t do that, could you possibly know what it is to be divine? So choose what your wishes are for yourself in awareness and consciousness, in presence and knowing and truth and allow yourself to have that wish fulfilled right now.

OK, so tell me one: one wish that you have for yourself that will be a blessing to everyone around you. Just give me one aspect of what it is that you are looking for. 

Carmen: I want to change the habits that I have.

No, you want to be…

Carmen: love.

OK, be love. Relax and don’t fidget for a minute. If you need to do something with your hands: hold your tea like “this” its really nice. Feel that warmth of a hot cup of tea in your hands. Be present with me as you realize your choice of love, of experiencing yourself as love. Don’t shut down that choice as soon as you make it. Allow that choice to force you into an awakening, a realization, an understanding, an enlightened presence: ask and receive! Don’t just ask, receive, receive, receive, receive Gods love for you right now and allow Gods love for you to awaken you. End part one.

How could divine truth not be inclusive of you?

Part 2 of a visit with Carmen.

Yes, we are here: the divine is here as you and as you, wether or not you believe it or not. 

The person the you operate here as you: well, you’ve go to keep doing it, you have no choice in that matter, this is the body that you are carrying around and this is the life that you are leading, but, observe what the possibilities are for you in your life here as a fully consciousness divine being. Oh my God, I have to take a sip of tea on that one : ) Mmm, ahh, now thats divine. 

The reality that your consciousness desires requires a conscious community. You come from a family that has a pretty good chance of being conscious if they really wanted to and if they knew somebody that was and did transform herself into something that they could admire in every way. They would say: me too, me too. The truth of you is something that is worthy of admiration in every way, from everyone that you will ever meet. So know that I welcome that of you, because I too, want to be surrounded by those who are conscious and choose to know whatever the ultimate truth is and allow it to be expressed without shutting themselves off from it. 

Saying that: “I am separate from divine truth, that divine truth is “over there,” I know it,” “somebody told me and I believed them,” “so don’t try to talk me out of it.” 

How could divine truth not be inclusive of you? And, of everything? And, of everyone of us? 

Keith calls. You ruined my fun, you did not listen to my voice mail did you?

I did not and I am having a wonderful visit with a very enlightened person, unlike yourself who considers himself an endless seeker of light and yet shuts himself off from it. Ha ha.

Keith: well…

Ha, ha. This is someone who happens to appreciate my consciousness, unlike you who considers me lost and fallen, damned and down and out.

Keith: Ha. I went to a cocktail party at the Norton sculpture gallery in Palm Beach and met an old friend of your’s: Ron Parker and I was trying to surprise you with a phone call from him. (goes on…)

I’m sorry I spoiled your fun, by being on the phone when you called.

Keith he’s really a delightful person. 

Yes and he has some funny stories too. Anyway I need to go, I just didn’t want to keep ignoring you.

Carmen: He talks and talks and talks.

Yes, we used to meditate together a couple of hours a day in New York City almost 20 years ago. Neither one of us did anything except play and I had an apartment across central park from his and he would come over at noon each day and we would sit in silence for a couple of hours and then go have lunch. That was our daily routine and that’s the freedom that you have as a single woman now. Its not so bad, if you have money to support your life. So, do we wan’t to get into that in this session? No, no we don’t. You can already figure that out, your consciousness is such that you can decide what to add onto what you are doing to take care of that. 

Carmen: I don’t have one peso. I’m trying to stay calm with that, I stay very calm with that issue, but you know what I owe keeps growing and I have to generate the money and there is something else: when I get money, I get rid of it very fast. 

The denial of your truth to yourself, is what results in your unconsciousness, your unawareness, your frustrations, your angers, your inability to be here magnificently. Feel that possibility within you now: feel it; the possibility of being here magnificently. Mmm, its a nice, feeling. Allow it to grow within you, give it freedom to move in anyway that it want’s within you. Until you realize that: oh, you’re just reawakening to yourself. It’s not “it” and your not. Your, ”it,” 

You, are, it. 

You, 

Are, 

It.

And because you are it, if you condemn yourself: whats going to be the result? What ever you decided in the condemnation: “I condemn myself” “I am not worthy” = Oh God is my life a mess: “I’ve got this guy...and money, ugh, get me out of here! 

OK, thats what I am doing. This is a “get out of jail free card.” Do you know why? Its because:

You’re the Warden, 

You’re the prosecutor, 

Your the judge, 

Your the jury, 

Your the state, 

Your the country, 

You’re the universal source for determining your existence here and your presence here. So, awaken, within “this” yourself. There’s no prerequisites, when you’re God, its only YOUR CHOICE that limits your reality and/or frees it, no one else but you. 

Free your reality from that which you are tired of experiencing! How about that? Who could fault you with that? Because the only people that would, would be somebody who is tired of experiencing you too and so your mutual choice would be not to experience each other anymore, bye, bye.  

Self condemnation. Not in my presence you don’t, I don’t allow it. Be here magnificently or don’t be here at all. I don’t mean that as a condemnation, its an invitation by one who knows what it is to offer that to somebody. 

Be the source of magnificence here, 

Its your truth, 

Its your destiny, 

Its your eternal present and presence and would be such a wondrous gift to present as a present to this reality. Come on. 

Interruption.

Thats how deep it gets in interpersonal relationships. Really dense and difficult to function here consciously. So value your freedom that you have to awaken without opposition or interruption. Go home each night from work and be free to allow yourself to be revealed to you. Know what it is to know and, then do. 

So, you’ve spent five years listening to people who charged to give you advice and most of it was well intentioned, but how many of them invited you to divine realization in the moment and provide an opening for you to experience yourself as that? 

So here it is: allow the divine as you. There… allow that arm to be free. 

Feel what it is, let it go.

Feel what it is, let it go.

Let it go as you feel it. 

As soon as you feel it: let it go. Don’t push it away, but as soon as you feel it: you’re done with it and your onto the next level and as soon as you feel that: your done with that and the next one opens up and as soon as you feel that: your done with that.

Your done and onto the next layer of unconsciousness.

Feel it, know it, understand it instantly, let go of it, your done.

Layer after layer,

A continuous surrender and release by divine knowing and understanding contacting the you that you are in every conceivable position in the universe of consciousness.

Feel it,

Understand it, 

Go it,

Let it go.

Absorb the consciousness that was in a state of confusion back into the light of the knowing of self.

A visit with Carmen Part 3 

You have to start off from where you are, but you don’t have to stay stuck there. As soon as you realize that you are stuck: you can notice your circumstances there and realize that you are done with that: “Oh, done with that,” how about this one? Stuck here too? Oh yes, I am done with that. Where else? Oh yes I have always been stuck there, Oh my, how horrible is this? Yes, it is horrible, got it. OK, 

done with that, 

done with that, 

done with that, 

done with that and then instead of just looking at one frame of the movie: you can let the movie play itself out. You don’t keep holding on to what you just saw: its done and over with instantly and there is now and there is what now is becoming. 

We both have our troubles, we both have our issues, but right now we can allow for ourselves and the others to experience a state of wonder within themselves. Yes, we can allow each other that: as you allow me, I allow you. You allow yourself, I allow myself. We support each other in realizing our truth here and now… Here means now, here, is a point in time where you are conscious. “Here,” always means “now” as well. So you are here now as whatever you are willing to be. Now open up to more, 

and more, 

and more, 

more,

more. 

Open up to more and more divinity, 

more and more love, 

more and more freedom, 

more and more understanding, 

more and more consciousness, 

more and more wonder here for you. 

Don’t let your interactions with another be the determining factor on what you let yourself know and what you are willing to let yourself be. 

Don’t be bound by agreements with those living in unconsciousness. 

Don’t submit yourself to their requirements for you. Know what God wishes for you and wish that for yourself and when you do wish that for yourself: you will know yourself as God, because thats your truth. So, God bless you, God, bless yourself right now. Bless me too, bless me that I might be my truth here. Support me in my choice for that also. Nice,

Now say, “I bless you.” There is nothing that any one can give more than that.

Carmen: I bless you.

Because there is nothing more real than that: the direct blessing from you to someone else in their experience of you, thats who you are in your truth, a continuous direct blessing to everything that you interact with, beginning within yourself, until you are fully free and fully one with universal truth and absolute divine presence and expression of that as your knowing and identity of self, to yourself. 

We’re just trying to get this into the unconscious parts of you that are self identified as having lost something or lost themselves.

Carmen: or someone.

Some how, you are “less than what it is you would like to be.” The funny-thing is, 

you have always been infinitely free, 

you’ve just chosen oddly for yourself up to now, thats all. 

Odd choices, given that you would prefer it to be otherwise and you-are divine in nature. Where’s that conflict within yourself? 

How do you continuously condemn yourself to less than your truth here? 

Its kind of silly isn’t it? Um Hmm. 

Stop it, 

stop it right now. 

I don’t condemn you for anything, ever and I know where you are at, so I know what you have done, and: so what? 

God says a big, “So What?” 

Are you ready to wake up? 

Are you ready to come home? 

Are you ready to be welcomed by those who know themselves truly and to be redeemed, reclaimed, restored and renewed in the knowing of eternal truth as you? Why not? And why not me too? OK?

Lets do it. 

Lets do it me and you. 

Lets choose to end this farce: these pretenses that we live these lives as. Not into a situation that is worse than what they are, but into a situation that gracefully, realizes: oh wow, “I can do good here, I can do real good here in every sense of the word and in every possible circumstance.” The divine you, can do real well here, for us all, for us all. 

The divine you is a gift to us all, 

a gift to all creation, 

a gift to all consciousness. 

The divine you is a revelation of the truth that we all are, a beacon of light and a remembering of: “oh yes! Me too! Me Too.”

So awaken to your truth, gracefully, peacefully, calmly, causally and know that God hasn’t hit the peak of its manifestation here in you yet. 

Allow for it to get a lot better for you now in this instant. 

Allow God to have her way, through you, right now. 

Allow God to move as you and to awaken you to the truth of yourself. Right now without any resistance from you, without any silly self sabotage and self condemnation stopping you from knowing the truth of yourself. 

What do you need to feel whole and complete within yourself right now? What do you need that you don’t have to be whole and complete right now? We’re not talking about your instantaneous life change into immaculate perfection, what we’re talking about is: what is it that brings you enough freedom of knowing and understanding and realization, that This Moment is where you Began Your Freedom Here, where you chose your freedom here. You’re self realizing moment to moment as you feel your interactions in life here. Each time you feel one: you’re realizing your freedom there. Ahh, your realizing that you don’t have to move as you have in the past. Your free to be surprising to yourself here. Surprise yourself, surprise me, surprise all of humanity with a gift of grace and style and love and humor in a Godly way. Yes, yes, life is funny, isn’t it? Funny, what we’ve become here and isn’t it funny that we just realized ourselves out of that dynamic?

Your here as love and peace

A visit with Carmen part 4 

Divine presence: its you, its true, its really true. 

Wether you believe it or not, your presence is the presence of divinity. 

Wether you tell the truth of it or not, your words are the words of divinity. 

Whatever you say, 

whatever you do, 

however you act in this reality: its the presence of God here. Like it or not, its the truth. Now you can realize that for yourself or not. Your not realizing truth, doesn’t change it a bit or your choosing to not know what it is or to not know it as yourself. Know yourself as the truth, the truth that frees yourself and others by living your truth here and not condemning yourself any more. 

You don’t need instruction from anyone else. You just need to feel what is and then feel your way free from it. Feel what is and feel your freedom explode from within it. Feel your experience of what is right now and feel your freedom from it instantly. Your not subject to the limitations of this reality, your free here, your free here. 

You’re free to awaken here within the midst of your terrors, your traumas, your fears, your confusions, your misunderstandings. Thats is where you awaken, you don’t awaken from away from that, you awaken within that and it ceases to be relevant or important and then it just completely ceases to be true, because you morph into wonderful possibilities for yourself naturally because you continuously choose to be free of that which limits you in each moment, which creates greater and greater possibilities for you here moment to moment. 

Do you understand the progression? “You feel it,” “you’re free from it” and that opens new and additional possibilities for you here. You feel your freedom within that which is limiting you in each moment and each moment becomes an increasingly irresistible self realization of divine truth as myself. You just keep allowing yourself to be free in each moment and that transforms the body and frees the embodied consciousness from the suppression that it lives under because of its surrender to the unconsciousness. You surrendered to the wrong thing: you surrendered the control of your life to those who are  unconscious. Stop it. 

Do not surrender the control of your life, your experience and your expression here to those who are unconscious here; no, no, no, no, no, no, no no. Thats a dance you dance with someone else. Your life of control over others, is not a game for you and me, thats for you if you choose and others, if you choose to interact with somebody other than yourself. So, I’m done with you as this. Anything less than your realization of your divine self is now no longer of interest to me to interact with. So: what do they say in the bible? Get the hence satan or something? Thats not what you say to some evil spirit, thats what you say to the evil pricks that surround you. Ha, ha, and their not evil, their just confused like your confused. 

How do you awaken? How do you awaken into a successful shift, where your life actually changes? How do you awaken into a shift where your life actually changes? Isn’t that a relevant question for you? Isn’t that really the only question really that is worthy of your consideration? All those other problems that you have: all the relationship ones, “just let them go man.” Thank God, let them go! Thank God, thank God man, oh what a nightmare that would have been, thank God, thank God, let it all go. Thank God, thank God man, thank God, thank God, thank God. Wow. do I have some blessings coming in now. Thank God. Boy, that was a big one, you dodged a bullet on that Guy. 

Allow yourself to recognize the blessings you have in life. Quit looking at your traumas and not realizing that they are blessing you to a greater reality than the one that you have been living. Why else would you be in trauma? No reason, except just to say: wake up, wake up, your cursing yourself, your condemning yourself too much. Wake up, don’t do it, don’t do it, don’t do it. Don’t do it, its not your truth, its not your truth. None of of what has occurred with this body and with the generations which preceded this body have anything to do with the truth of you. They are what they are, they were what they were, they will be what they will be, but its not the truth of you and its not the truth of me. 

So know that truth within yourself: know what it is to know your truth and to be free. What is it to know your truth and be free and know that as your knowledge of self? As your experience of self? The experience of self as a wondrous truth, whats that like? Can we experience that right now? Lets see… Experience the wonder of the truth of yourself right now, right here with me. Experience the wondrous truth of eternity, of you and of me. Bless me with the presence of divine knowing, divine seeing, divine understanding, divine presence: the realization of the divine in form. What does that feel like now? Feel it. 

The realization of the divine in form: its not special, 

its not unique, 

its what we are all here for. 

Its not special, 

its not unique, 

its the truth of everyone, 

its just that we don’t know anybody thats doing it yet. So we’re a little afraid to do that ourselves, even though we can. Right? You know you can, you know that you can be here as your truth, but your just saying “fuck man, is everyone being an idiot here?” Is that what you have to do is be an idiot here to get along here in life? Is it? Oh my God! Ok, ok, so thats the reality: Yuck, yuck, but we’re here and we know that we can choose for it to be otherwise for ourselves and that thats our truth. And, we’re not doing it? Why is that again? 

Try, and convince me, why I shouldn’t know myself as my truth. Whats the good reason for that and for you to not know yours? No, no, no, no, no, no, none of those are good reasons, no, no, no, no, no, there is no good reason, there really isn’t. There is no good reason for you to not know your truth, right here, right now. 

So come on, 

there, 

yes, 

just say: ok, ok, I’m open, 

I’m open to the truth, even if its me. 

I’m open to the truth, even if its me. 

I’m open to the truth, even if its me. 

Even if the truth ends up being me: I’m open to it. 

The truth is you and the truth is me and ourselves here as our truth: well how else could I say it? It’s a fucking good idea! Its a good idea, its a good idea for you and for me. So what ever it is that you feel: realize your freedom there. Your not pushing it away: your realizing your freedom from that, within that, instantly and it is no longer relevant to your presence here and it really isn’t relative anymore, because you come in wholeness, not in separation. You come in love and peace.

Your here as love and peace, you know that. Know it within all aspects of yourself right now. You will be better off if you do. Know yourself as love. Know yourself as peace. Interesting that you can when you allow it, isn’t it? Lets do it some more. Know yourself as love and know yourself as peace and have that effect on the body, allow it to put the body at peace and to relax in the knowing that ultimate truth is being realized through it. 

Oh my: ultimate truth being realized through your body, wow, isn’t that exciting? 

The truth is not an impossible dream for you

A visit with Carmen part 5

And now, we are back again in a new moment of “less than our divine truth.” What do we do here? Do we take another step in our progression of realizing truth in these bodies? Yes, you can let this layer go too and realize the truth in this moment and allow it to free you from whatever all “that stuff” is, 

all that confusion, 

all of that unconsciousness, 

all of that condemnation, 

all of that emotion and realize you’re free of it all right now, its your choice. We’ll keep choosing for a little bit more, or a lot more. Keep choosing until there is no more opposition to your choice. How much choosing until you are fully integrated in your choice of realizing divine truth? 

Whatever that is, you, or something or someone else: we’ll still give the possibility for separation from that for you, since you’re considering yourself a separate being. So we will give you that one: you can keep it as a close friend. You can have the divine be a presence close by, that blesses you and you receive it. Thats actually, a very-nice state to be in, but thats not the truth. The truth is not the divine saving you from something and leaving you as something else, thats also not true. 

So whats the divine to do with another? Well first you have to be true to yourself. Thats the first rule of divinity, if divinity needs any rules, (it only does upon entry and exit, if you change your mind on which way you are going) Which way you going? Are you awakening or are you sleeping? What do you choose?

Carmen: awakening.

Convince me with an awakening so astounding that I can’t believe it myself, by your presence alone... Thats pretty-good; do better, better, do better than that. Surrender absolutely to the absolute truth of everything. Allow the truth of everything to be known through you in a way that frees and blesses and awakens yourself and everyone else that chooses it for themselves: allow your presence to be the “choice point” for the awakening of another. You don’t have to say anything to talk them into it. It just has to be a resonant frequency that reminds them of, 

their own divinity, 

their own enlightenment, 

their own eternal truth of self and realize that: “I can be here as that also.” If divine truth and myself are merged, what becomes of me here? 

All we know is that you don’t lose when you surrender to that. You can’t make a bad choice doing that. What happens to you is infinitely preferred by yourself to before that choice was made to awaken to the divine and eternal truth of yourself right now. We like that choice and that experience: before, during and after and at that point, we can choose it as our presence here. 

You never create anything that your not willing to experience with Joy. You might say that thats difficult or impossible in your current circumstances, but not in this moment its not. So quit negotiating about tomorrow and thus limiting your experience of self now. What are your possibilities right now of knowing eternal truth? And, allow the best possibility to occur. Whatever it is, your not trying for more than that, only the best possibility in each moment. Your not trying to make it uncomfortable, your doing this gracefully, calmly, lovingly: appropriately. Your not making anyone else uneasy at all, your keeping your divine perfection to yourself, until it is invited by another. 

You recognize the divine in others and you respect their choices here, but you respect your own too. Be true to yourself first and foremost. Being true to yourself means: not to prefer self over another, but to prefer truth over lies, thats all. “give me truth, not lies.” Can you do that for yourself as a choice? Give me truth, give me truth, give me truth. OK, lets stabilize yourself at this place, OK? Choose it. “I’m OK to be “this way” as my current path in life.” “I’m willing to see where this leads as my experience of self tomorrow, this week, next week and then I am going to see if I am willing for it to get even better than that, in an easy, appropriate, graceful, joyous and wonderful experience moment to moment.” Your not doing this inappropriately, your doing this with a divine grace: a transition to what is to what is possible in each moment. Now that will quickly create a miraculous change in you, seemingly instantaneously to others that don’t know that it was the result of innumerable choices for the truth, to be you.

Even though it seems like your life might have been a complete lie: you’ve always know that you can be the truth whenever you want to, because its not secret from you, The truth is not an impossible dream for you, or me. We both have it as a choice, and we’re both choosing it, right now, and now and each moment, with the intention that we are choosing a wondrous freedom for ourselves: a freedom that allows us to be so competent here, that we are capable of blessing this entire planet and everyone on it. 

Divine presence means that you have no more pretense that you are something other than that, to yourself. You are appropriate for everybody else according to their level of consciousness, but to yourself, you are always true: you never go unconscious just because someone else is. You never go unconscious just because someone else is,] even though they want you to be, you realize that it is not in their best interest that you are and so if someone wants something that is not in their best interest, that is a detriment to you: why would you agree to it? Its not good for either one of you. 

So whatever has to change in you physically to manifest the physical as eternal truth? Allow that to happen without your resistance to it. Don’t stop it from happening, just say: its OK if it does, its OK if it does, its OK if divine truth happens through me, I’m not going to stop it. I’m not going to stop it, I’m not going to stop truth. “And the truth shall set you free.” Really, the truth does not condemn, it sets you free or its not the truth. The truth never condemns, it can’t or it wouldn’t be true. Only a lie condemns and to accept any condemnation from anyone at any time, is accepting a lie as your truth. You don’t have to be in opposition to somebody trying to sell that to you as a true reality, all you have to do is notice: oh, there is somebody trying to sell me a horrible, painful reality, how much do I have to interact with that person in my life? Can I say: excuse me, I’m busy right now, I have to leave? Thats ideal, why would you want to do anything other than say: what do we need to complete our interactions as efficiently and immediately as possible, so that you don’t have to think of me ever again and I don’t have to think of you? Are we done? OK, let them go, let them go, be true to yourself, be true to yourself, because only then can you be a blessing to others. 

Awaken, 

be free, 

be the truth of you 

and me, 

the truth of us all, as the expression of you. (I will give it a test drive too) Its weird what you have to go through here to wake up intentionally, isn’t it? Whats even funnier is that I’m the guy that I am here and still being able to do this, its odd really. There was no prediction of this possibility, I don’t know why it happened, but I’m certainly not going to stop it, 

why would I? 

Why would you? 

Why would we choose to not be of service to others here who desire to live here wondrously, magnificently and truthfully as a blessing to this reality? 

Why would you not grant that to everyone who requests that for themselves? 

Welcome to it: its yours, its true, its you and you didn’t need me to say that. It was always, always, always, your truth. Others can recognize it, but there is only one person who can be it and thats you. 

The choice of freedom until freedom is who you are

A visit with Carmen part 6

 There is only one person that can be your truth... Yes, “We are all one, we are all God, we are all divine,” but you know what? You don’t have to be God conscious to know that we are also “this too” and “this too” and so rather than accept God consciousness as an idea, we have to accept it as our presence here. We have to allow our presence to shift from what it has been, we have to allow our bodies to move in that realization through whatever it is we have encumbered ourselves with.

You don’t have to figure it out, all you have to do is realize your truth within its chains and you will be freed from them. You can’t hold God with a chain, you can’t. Only with a confusion, only with a lie that he accepts for himself, or that he accepts for herself. “Oh yeah, really, how did I get to a point where I even considered the possibility of somebody telling me a lie and me thinking it is true?” How did that happen? How did it happen that a lie could be sold to you as a truth? Let go of that as soon as you feel it. “Oh there it is, I’m glad that I am done with that.” I don’t need to be in a position of consciousness where lies can be sold to me as truth and have me believe it. Why would I choose to maintain myself as that? Why would you?

Lets just fulfill what we came here to do tonight and that was to welcome and realize our divine and eternal truths within ourselves, in this moment and to allow that truth to gracefully, joyfully and lovingly shift the manifestation of what we are here into something that is the perfect expression of that truth. 

Maybe its true that we can be blessed and that we can open to receive that blessing. Maybe thats actually-true in this moment. Is it? Can we open to receive the blessing of God in this moment? I can’t-hardly, can you? Its just: oh so horrible, so painful… No, we can’t allow God to improve this, its just too horrible to give up. It just so… sensually sadistic. Why would we want to let this go? Ha, ha.

Because we are tired of it, how about that? Yes, its full of sensual experience that knocks us unconscious, but God would never put the volume on maximum and leave it there as an experience of the noise of life as it can be. No, God celebrates appropriately each experience here and leaves it better for him being conscious as God here. The actions are always appropriate, the actions are always in harmony with what is and it brings into harmony what is in dis-harmony and you don’t have to take any sides because there is not a dispute anymore. People are: “oh yes, yes, yes, around you, OK?” Thats your choice of your experience of self, interacting with others. Is others going: “oh thank God, yes, yes, oh yes, I forgot, now I know. I know that the divine as a true experience is real, because I know you and that gives me the realization that if its true for you: its true for me too and I can realize that within myself. All I have to do is go into a harmonic resonance with you and then use that as a doorway to the divine that is beyond resonance.” 

The divine thats beyond resonance, is a presence that awakens itself into the experience of heaven on earth here, it just is and it shifts the consciousness of the other points of view that are around it into an awakening to a celebration of freedom for itself in the moment. 

Carmen: I’m the strange one around here or what?

Yes, well…

Carmen: its because I decided to not have all this around me anymore.

It sounds like you have become wise already haven’t you? You were before, even though you second guessed yourself and tried to be friends with the unfriendly. 

Why would you be friends with unfriendly people? 

Why would you be in the presence of anyone who isn’t saying to themselves as they are talking to you: “I really like her and I wish the best for her.” Why have an intimate relationship with someone unwilling to be that to you? Because that is self defeating of your choice of truth. Its not the truth of you and its not the truth of them either. 

Carmen: thats one of the things I said: “I don’t want lies in my life anymore.” 

Of course not, only an idiot would. 

Carmen: I don’t want lies in my life and I don’t want to lie to myself. 

Did I hold anything back? Did I speak the truth? 

Carmen: yes, very intense.

Be at peace.

Carmen: very intense, the truth.

Well, yes its true, you are realizing the truth. Feel it as it shifts your body from what it is, to what it can be. There is a lot of stuff to release from these bodies and you don’t release it by holding on to it. You do it by surrendering what is, to the will of God: “yes, this is what it is, go for it God, what now God, what now? “Yes, this is what it is, what now God, what now?” “This is what it is, yes it is, God, what now?” 

Well, it is a shift, thats whats now, a shift into taking responsibility for yourself by no longer condemning yourself to living a lie. Confirm that shift right now that you are no longer going to live a lie here as yourself. Its so hard to not live a lie here as you get deep into this reality, but a determined consciousness can choose freedom, until its free. So thats your “take away tonight” the choice of freedom until freedom is the expression of who you are. Freedom of self and the blesser of freedom to others. 

Remember: nobody that is giving instructions here is giving you the truth: they are not speaking from divine freedom themselves. Including me most of the time, but what I said to you tonight: you can take to the bank spiritually and use it to improve your conditions here in a manner that will be a wonderful thing. 

Carmen: its a lot of information, its such a shift. I am not the one who came here tonight, I am now another one. 

Are you saying your a new woman?

Carmen: yes I am.

Good, because that one was less true of you than you are now and the next time I see you…

Carmen: you will see a new Carmen ha ha.

Good, we will see. Isn’t that wonderful what happened to Carmen?

Carmen: ha ha, what happened to her? You will be the only one who knows what happened to her. 

“God knows she’s so lucky, she’s just so lucky man.”

Carmen: “She’s a lucky girl.”

She’s just lucky man, “its not fair, she’s just lucky. She doesn’t deserve any of it, she’s just lucky. She has no Idea how difficult it is in life: she just floats through life, I don’t know how a person can be just so damn lucky!”

Carmen: ha, ha, ha, even where I am at this moment of my life, people always relate me to fun because I am always laughing, but not always, no one ever see’s me when I am crying. Before coming here I had a message from a friend and I didn’t answer it because I wanted to come here. It was a friend who said: “I hope your having fun, I know your having fun somewhere.” because, I always try to have fun and be positive and everything. So I was thinking everybody relates me to fun.

Good, you look like fun now. 

Carmen: nobody sees me cry, I’m not going to cry anymore. I got rid of all of that shit!

Cry for joy.

Carmen: I will cry for Joy, I just got rid of all that shit. The picture is not stuck now, its a film that is moving. I was there stuck in the same scene for years you know. I’m not going to be stuck there anymore. 

Maybe me too.

Carmen: you have another face you know. 

Another face?

Carmen: I think we have peace, you have another face than the one you began with.

You do too.

Carmen: you have a lot of peace and a lot more light.

Well, thank you for that. 

Carmen: bless you, it works, because it is timeless peace and love and remembering everything. Its a good reminder.

Carmen: ha, ha, ha. 

It doesn’t get any better than the experience of divinity as you.

Carmen: a reminder of who I am. I know the words that come out of your mouth are very important, I know that, but when you talked about my words being the divine talking  I realized that I need to be more responsible with my words. I have to watch out for what I say if it is the divine talking. The divine doesn’t talk all the shit that I talk.

Yes, it does, thats the problem.

Carmen: yes it does?

Of course, thats the issue: you’re being irresponsibility divine. Your being divinely unconscious. Your being divinely absent from truth.

Carmen: its my ego, it took care of my life a lot.

Your ego is you and your ego is what gets to awaken to the truth of itself and realize its marvelous possibilities.

Carmen: but I let my ego win.

Quit fighting your ego: You Are Your Ego. The ego is not separate from you, but what has shifted is the ego has experienced itself as peace and “That” is the truth of the Ego. The ego is not your enemy, your ego is just you in a state of various levels of confusion, thats all and when you awaken from a confusion it doesn’t destroy the ego: it awakens it, its more present as its truth. Thats all that happens, its not a battle against the ego: its a realization of truth, thats all. I don’t know why they condemn the ego so much, its you, its divinity in a state of confusion and when divinity awakens from the confusion: the ego hasn’t been destroyed, it has come to a realization of its truth and now its really enjoying it.

Carmen: whats that?

I process through my body, so that I can be realized in my manifestation here as freedom. You have to have freedom realized through the body in order to be fully conscious here and so thats what I do when we have these sessions is allow my body to realize truth moment to moment, in whatever position its in, wether it is physically or a state of consciousness. The physical manifestation is a combination of form and awareness and 

you don’t redeem yourself by rejecting part of it. 

You awaken to the wholeness, thats all, 

You awaken to the wholeness within the identity and the ego that you are: as that. 

You awaken as the ego, 

you awaken as the identity, 

you awaken as the confusion, 

you don’t get rid of them and shove them off to the side to purgatory and eternal damnation as a part of you that you have forgotten about. Thats not what happens.

Carmen: you have to bring them with you.

It is you, its your consciousness in confusion,thats all. Its your identification of self as something less than your truth, thats all. Its not separate from you, its a role that you have adopted, a mask, a part in a play that you have lost yourself in. 

Yes, you should be glowing and gleaming in peace, its the right thing for you to be at peace in joyful celebration of life as exactly what you are in each moment. The joyful celebration of life is exactly what you are at each moment, whatever it is:

“God bless me for that.” Thats how it changes: 

“God bless me for this, thank you God.” and, 

“God bless me for this, thank you God.” 

“God bless me for this, thank you God.” 

“God bless me for this, Mmm.” Keep saying 

“God bless me for this” until you can’t remember how to condemn your self anymore.” Thats kind of a nice one isn’t it? 

God bless me for that and 

god bless you for thinking it was clever, wise or inspired, or just simply the truth. 

“God bless you” said the Goddess to herself.

Carmen: God bless you and he did and he does. 

When your here as your truth: people wont force your past identity upon you anymore, they wont demand that you be what their experience of you has been previously. It will be: “yes, of course, this is who she is.” The past is then irrelevant because they will recognize the integrity of your present and they wont condemn you for having been less than that when they see and experience that personal integrity: the integration of divine spirit with the form. This integration results in integrity not the other way around: you don’t strive for integrity, you surrender to unconditional love and only that and allow that to move you into the realization and remembrance of your truth. Surrender only to love, it makes it simple.

Carmen: thats what I told you I wanted.

Surrender to love now, feel it shift everything within you that is in pain, sorrow and sadness and realize that you love yourself there divinely and say: “well thats going to change things, isn’t it.”

Carmen: Um hmm.

Yes, it is. You love yourself divinely now and you will take whatever that does to your life. Its going to make it better, I promise. 

When you have too much in-put coming to you from your body: just stay still and allow it to process through and then your body will move again and keep your awareness on your choice and experience of divine presence as self. So now see how fast you can move your body without overwhelming that experience with the amount of unconsciousness that you are still carrying here. 

Practice moving enough in presence, so that divine presence has a home here. Mmm.
