What does God wish for this body and how is that most easily manifest?

Your belief that you are not divine has to be let go of, in order for Gods will for you to be manifest through you with ease.

How do I let go of my beliefs of my non-divinity?

All of your diminishments are tied into experiences of suppression and trauma of the body.

How are these experiences of bodily suppression and trauma made of no consequence or effect on my chosen state of divine consciousness embodied?

We don't know, it's up to you to bring it to pass that is why you are here, to bring divine consciousness to form. You are the one who knows what to do and your asking this question means that it is time for you to do it. Wish for divinity to operate your body and to free it from all limitations. Ask your highest level of divine consciousness to make it so.

As fast as you will allow yourself and your reality to change, it will change. It changes when you want it to and not until.

What is the criteria for knowing when I want it to change, if it is not when I say I want it to change?

The desire for change has to be a complete choice, without reservations. You have to answer all open questions that are outstanding about you with an appeal to divine intervention to resolve all conflicts in divine love and harmony.

Why did you say I don't know?

We are also you and the part of you that is confused as to your identity, blocks your receiving divine awareness when it is in control of your consciousness. You are divinity, all else is a passing temporary creation. Identify with or as a temporary creation and you are subject to it.

Revelation can only come through an open vessel, when you choose to be confused, there is little that we can do to help you.There is nothing wrong with you whatsoever, your only issue is your confusion of identity as an object of creation.

Be still and know that you are God.

Feel the resistance in your body to your statement? You truly do not trust that you are ready for what you ask. Take it step by step, moment by moment, at a comfortable gradient. You got into this slowly, so wake up comfortably. There is no need to shock the physical systems with realizations that are uncomfortably fast in transition. There is plenty of time for what you wish for to stably manifest. Focus on being comfortable with the feeling of divinity and be aware of the impact your associations have on your level of consciousness and make your choices according to what expands and uplifts you and others.
