Feel the love that has always been there, relax, there is nothing that you do, except allow it to move through you, to move as you, to become you and for you to become it.
Allow the life that you have been to be resolved, restored, renued and reclaimed by the everlasting love of those who love all. So here is how you heal yourself; trust enough that there is a transcendent love that loves you and to be willing to allow the you that has been hurt to be loved.
