When you enter a reality and perceive it then realize that you are perceiving through a physical embodiment, rather than going into shock or into agreement with the configuration. Stay in your observance of what is and simply say; This is the way that it is here. This is the that it is here and put your awareness on feeling, sensing and observing, what is the way that it is.

In your observing the way that it is, with your focused consciousness on the way that it is, It will change, it will change into a free er condition, because of the observance with out reaction or resistance, or aligning with the reality as it is. That give the reality, the physical reality a chance to shift into harmony from any states of disharmony that may exist.

It is best to learn the controls of the body in private because interactions with others can be overwhelming to a non native consciousness. If you get sucked into participation as a player in the game of reality then that is where your consciousness is stuck and so it is necessary for you to spend sufficient time alone, so that you can observe the automaticity's, the impulses, the thought proccesses, the instincts, the historical trainings, the unconsciousness, all of the component factors of the bodies operating systems.

When you do this alone, you are able to maintain your own awareness as a seperate consciousness, as you are testing and observing how the various aspects of a body operate according to various stimulous. As you train the body, or as you stimulate the body and observe the responces, you are able to maintain your seperate consciousness. Once you have a firm hold on what is you and what is a bodily impulse and what is comming from other consciousnesses then you can have a pretty good chance of operating your body and maintaining your own seperate awareness.

When you feel an emotion in the body that comes up, don't resist it, just acknowledge it, say for instance; There is a lot of frustration here, there is a lot of frustration here. Then feel it, once it is acknowledged and felt, the mass of it will dissapate and you will identify the solution and you will take responsibility for it.

Make a schedule for your self, tell people when you are available for them and when you are not.
