You are all that is necessary

You don't have to be here as something other than what you are, you only have to be here as you are already, fully here and fully with your body as it is; fully feeling, fully aware and fully conscious of all that you perceive.

What you are already is exactly what is needed in your life for its perfection. The only thing lacking is you being in your life willingly and loving it. You don't have to worry about changing your life, changing your body and changing your circumstances for the better, they will change when you are here comfortably as yourself.

There's no learning necessary, there is no study necessary, there is no working on yourself necessary, the only necessity is being here as yourself; willingly, freely, lightly and lovingly. Touching this reality with the presence of you at ease with whom and what you are.

You are all that is necessary for you to be free here, for you to be enlightened here, for you to be in love here with life and all that life is. You do have to embrace it first to release the past judgments, traumas and your avoidance, resistance, reaction and confusion that you have had about life first, before your light self-enlightens your manifestation here. So be like a little kid sitting in a puddle of mud; yes it is dirty, but yes it is also enjoyable when you relax into it and play the game of muddy fun.
