Dance of the divine

Dance of the divine
The divine is seen in everything by those willing to see; smile, the divine is with you always.

Oblivion is not a state of consciousness that works out for you.

As the observer and watcher of your life, remember; you’re not observing as yourself, you are observing the “self” instead so that it can transmute it from its condition as a created identity back into your original divine essence.

If you are having trouble telling wether you are observing as yourself or not; when you are observing things as they are, if you have an intention to change them, dissolve them or improve them, then you are observing as your false self and your meditation time is being wasted. If instead you are having a joyful delight in a transformative experience, then you are observing correctly as your true self; your “self less” self.

Be there with your created self, false self. You had a rough time, your traumas will be healed by your own healing presence, by the “you” who knows.

Oblivion is not a state of consciousness that works out well for you in the end. Your traumas are but shadows and mirages to your true identity. Sit with yourself quietly, look, see, observe and feel and realize that it is all OK now. You are here, you are home, you are free. You are competent, confident and able to live the life that you desire.

Your life is yours, it doesn’t need to be the effect of others. It’s OK to lose control and get back into the roles that you have played that were unsuccessful. Let go of them quickly as you reconnect and reclaim your consciousness that you left in those places that are no longer relevant to you.

Sadness and regret are for novels and movies, they are not for you. Re-connect, enjoy the sadness as you would a tragic love story, then realize that it does not serve you anymore and then let it go and watch it dissolve as you hold your position; observing as your truth the scenes from your past. You are not helpless, feel your helplessness, merge with it and watch it dissolve as you take responsibility for what your life has been.
