Hello Val,

Lack is created by our belief that we are unworthy of abundance and in truth
from the point of view that we were then observing our reality from, we do not
deserve abundance.

The expansion that you want is in the knowing of your eternal self beyond the
reality of lack and it is a journey of expansion, nonexistence and our
permeation of the smallest spaces between the atoms and our awareness there as
well,all at the same time.

The willingness to receive is a mental muscle that you must exercise in order
for it to work for you in creating the reality you desire and the secret is to
start from where you are as being OK and then asking for what you want and
paying attention to the result in the moment, expressing your gratitude for what
is and repeating the process again and again until you are able to receive the
life that you wish to live.
