This is the most effective mantra that I have used yet. Say each word and hold the word with your awareness, until the word is free within you, then move onto the next word. When all of the words are free within you, allow them to remain there and resonate within you effortlessly.
Enjoy God within yourself,
Enjoy God within by enjoying "what is" right now; before you try to change it,
Enjoy God by allowing God to be at home in you,
Enjoy God within your body,
And God will enjoy you.
