Something that you may want to get a personal reality on is feeling God doing the actions in your meditation/healing/enlightenment it’s a vacation really: even though it is something that happens in a quiet stillness, which would be a true meditation and so as you take the time to go into your meditation and as you become aware of your blockages, barriers and limitations that are affecting you and you would like to resolve them and you are tempted to start “doing something” about it, instead: look at it and realize that God is the “doer.” So lets look at it and see what God does with it.
As you look and wait, you will feel a shift and a recognition that God is within you and when you feel his presence inside you, you then you give permission and place for that and welcome your experience of God within you and let God deal with all that you are manifested as: body, mind and spirit, while you enjoy your effortless transformation.
