Shine the light of your eternal awareness on it

Part two of a visit with Phil

Allow your body to begin to move in the awareness of your own truth, so that the awareness of your own truth can be embodied as the consciousness of the body. As soon as you accept that which is eternally true about yourself, then you can just sit in the enjoyment of that realization and watch reality shift into harmony with that. Everything thats going on in your body, everything that has been thought about it, judged about it and directed to it from outside, all gets influenced by your knowing the truth of yourself eternally as your experience of yourself within the body. So there is no place to go for you to improve: you have embraced your eternal truth and your sitting in that awareness in your body. Just doing that alone is what will shift the entirety of your reality, your experience of yourself, your experience of your body, your experience of life here and how you cause a harmony to come into life and the lives of those around you. It’s OK to be that guy here, its OK to be a man, manly-enough to be that. Then you just say: thank you God and so it is.

Phil: Thank you God.

And so it is.

Phil: and so it is.

Thank you God and so it is, so it is.

You’re thankful that God is fully conscious in your body and through that surrender to God consciousness within yourself: you are awakened in your own divine awareness, your own divine truth, and thats about the best thing that can happen to somebody here.

Phil: our self potential is limitless and we can choose to be whatever we want to be here, every second of every minute of every day. No one chooses for us.

Thats right, you are where you are in this moment because of your choice to be here. There is no excuse that anything other than your own choice has resulted in your position in this moment.

Phil: that is both a heavy responsibility and very freeing.

Personal responsibility is an odd thing really, because you have to take full responsibility  yourself at the same time your letting go of the responsibility of having to fix it.

Phil: when there is no perfection: there is a better pursuit of perfection. When there is an understanding of imperfection you are freer to pursue.

Well, you can’t possibly know what you want to be here until you allow whatever it is that is eternally true about you to be fully awakened in your consciousness and in your embodiment. Because any decision that is made from a level of consciousness that is less than that is going to take you in a different direction.

Phil: but what if there comes an eternally true idea?

You can’t self realize from a divine concept or idea. You can only self realize as an experience.

Phil: you have to believe eternally, because your on now.

What I know is that I change from deciding not to condemn myself and then surrendering to that which will not condemn me at the same time: where if my consciousness is there with that which does not condemn me, I’m awakened into a self realization of my own eternal truth. So that’s what works: taking self responsibility and then within that self responsibility, surrendering to that which is eternally true and letting that order your reality and nothing less.

Phil: cannot be less you said?

You let that which is eternally true of you order your reality, not a level of consciousness less than that. So when your not at that level of consciousness, you just keep saying: well thats not my job, I’m turning it over to divine truth.

Phil: so do you find what is eternally true for you just by letting the shackles go?

All you have to do is let go of the need to be right when your consciousness is less than eternal truth, because that is what sticks you.

Phil: let go of the need to be right.

If you are experiencing yourself at a level of consciousness less than God consciousness, or universal consciousness, or cosmic consciousness, or full enlightenment, or as an ascended master. If your experience of self is less than that, say: well this is a screwed up self to be, its not very true who I am being and who I am acting as and who I believe myself to be, so as this thing I have become, this “self image” this “identity” as the “me” that I am in this moment: I am surrendering to the miraculous and nothing less.

Phil: what your saying is: you always know in terms of “you do know, don’t you?”

Of course, everyone does.

Phil: you know don’t you? You know what you are trying to be and you know what your perception is and what others perceptions of you is and when you are not living up to “you know what.” Its an internal compass, it is. We have all been there, haven’t we?

Yes, but our internal compass that knows the divine hasn’t been given permission to be in control of our decision making processes.

Phil: because we have been schooled to be different.

Anything that is less than the experience of Joyful Exuberance in your expression and experience of life, anything that is less than that was the result of a choice made in unconsciousness.

Phil: I see that we consciously decided to live unconsciously.

No, we didn’t. We were born and we had traumatic painful experiences of being jammed into a body and we don’t know how to deal with it, we don’t know how to react to it, we’re completely helpless and our survival is 100% dependent upon somebody that is 10 to 20 times our size: we can’t feed ourselves, we can’t wash ourselves, we can’t do anything. The point is you lose your consciousness in your initial experiences of the process of embodiment and being born, but there comes a time when you have had enough experiences of the transcendent that you open up to the possibilities that it might be the truth of you and as soon as you consider the possibility: “could that possibility be the truth of me?” Could it? Could it? Could it possibly be the truth of you? Consider the possibility: is it really true? Well, if you get lighter and lighter and more and more conscious as you consider it: what do you think the answer is? Its kind of leaning in that direction.

Phil: a little bit.

So if the transcendent is actually the truth of you, then all you have to do is allow the truth of you to be realized by the consciousness that you are in this moment.

Phil: David that seems so simple.

Well just experience your being in allowance of that and feel how moment by moment you awaken to a greater and greater understanding and increased levels of consciousness. Just experience reality from the willingness to experience reality as the eternal truth of yourself. Be willing to experience reality here as the eternal truth of yourself: what is the experience of embodiment like if my natural divine and eternal consciousness, knowing and awareness is what I perceive myself as, as I experience reality through this body? How does that shift this body in this moment? The willingness to experience the body as an eternal consciousness and as an eternal awareness? How do you experience your body when you know yourself as that?

Well, the body changes so fast that you can’t focus onto any one part of it.

Phil: I was going to say: what if you are in pain physically?

Well, you don’t shy away from it. You just embrace it. Not as your victimhood, but as your truth: Oh, OK “thats there.” what do we know about that? Lets get in there a little tighter and shine a brighter light on it and see. Lets shine the light of our eternal awareness on it and see what happens, what we can know about it, what we can understand about it, what we can experience about it, what we can realize about our self as a result of it: oh, OK, thanks for the message, got it, got it, thanks for pointing it out to me. Is that what pain is? Is that what suffering is?  Thanks for pointing that out to me, got it, got it, I got it, I understand and: within that understanding the pain dissipates, the problem dissolves and your freed from it as a limiting issue for yourself. Sure it is there, sure you can experience it, sure it is intense, but is dissolves upon inspection, with the interest to understand.

Phil: I think we are driven as a result of making a conscious choice to be unconscious about who we are.

Even though your are consciously aware when making that choice, its not what you could call a conscious choice, because the choice to go further unconscious is a choice of a consciousness that is lost and is trying to find a way to hang onto itself without being obliterated.
