Disharmonies in life are caused when you stop the expression of something that wishes to communicate. You can feel these expressed in your body as pains, blockages and voices in your head.
Instead of acting to try to get rid of something that is impinging on you and making you uncomfortable, instead just allow yourself to be aware of it and then allow it to express itself as it wishes to: watch, listen, feel and allow, and then you will be free of it as it will leave you of its own accord. You will not have to "clear it" transform it" transmute it" " transcend it or fix, repair, heal, release or remove it. Just allow it to be as it chooses and it will soon be on its way to a greater realization of its own truth.
