There is only one way to know, direct perception and experience of the realities that exist beyond this one through merger with them. That is why all mystic's meditate, to perceive the truth that is revealed when one is not a participant, not a being, just an impartial observer of all that you are connected to. There are other stare of expression, of manifestation of existence beyond this one which only are revealed when you let go of this one. To one holding on to the identity that they found here, they do not exist and are legends of the fall and irrelevant to the necessities that we all have here.

We are describing the same things with different words thinking that they are in disagreement, we are not in disagreement on perceiving the same thing from different reference points and filters. Disavowing all is the beginning of honest perception, no references from those who don't know or are seeking the truth these others are the sand of a shaky foundation. Eternity exists and is revealed to that which is eternal in you, not to the personality, the identity, the transitory beingness that is a made up, impermanent thing. The truth is not a thing, not a being, not a passing fancy or idea. The truth is found when you are unbound and released from your cares by the recognication that they are not you and exist only within the bounds of a story we were told.

But be bold my friend,
let this conversation end,
on the truth that you see,
when you find you are me.

Me and you it is true,
wear the same shoe,
a fit it is not,
when tied in a double knot.

Knots are a fine thing,
when you are a blind being,
being a no thing,
is nearing the true being.

truth is not real my friend,
it will get you in the end,
ending your pretence,
that we have a post tense,
of out current existence.
