Happy is the day where one moves freely of his own accord and is in accord with all of reality. 

If your going to allow yourself to surrender to something: have that something that you surrender to be love. Allow yourself to be overcome by love, from others, for yourself and for others. Allow yourself to be overcome by your love for all as your freely sharing that unconditional love with all that you interact with.
