To love is a choice. Even though it is hard to love, it’s effortless; all you have to do is stop trying to hate. To love your fear and your pain is to receive the redemption that you have been looking to receive. Feel, then allow, love to consume you. Your horrors are not your horrors, your fears are not your fears, your traumas are not your traumas; love them, heal them, allow them to be free.
Your physical manifestation is in complete objection and disharmony with your spiritual truth, to bring the two into harmony, you must welcome your spiritual truth into your body, from the point of view of eternity choosing to be consciously present in the temporal. Allow the truth to transfigure the lie, the truth is eternity and the lie is your mortality
