Be aware of self

When you begin to wake up, remember you can’t continue to wake up from a position of disability: it has to be from a position that the while the vehicle that you are perceiving through is certainly imperfect and a distraction, that you can maintain your truth and your consciousness regardless of the life that it has had before now. Just realize that your consciousness is great! Um-hmm, it is. Your consciousness is all that is needed to save the life of whatever it was that was considering itself limited and unable here. So, all the places where you identify yourself as that, as unable, stuck, damned, stopped; all of your consciousness that identifies itself as that, as the truth of itself: realize that thats not you and that thats not your truth.

Take a step away and see that you can see that separately from you, that you can observe how that truth shifts and changes according to your objective realization that it was a temporary truth held in place by unconsciousness and unawareness. Its an identity that dissolves in your authentic presence. Really thats all we are talking about here. You are your authentic presence: you can’t be anything else. Don’t confuse that with the condition, feelings and energies of the body. When you fully open to your truth; then the body will follow, so don’t worry about the body, because the body will reflect the amount of consciousness you allow yourself to be. The more that you allow: the more that the universe moves through you; is free within you. Which means that you are free within it. So allow the universe to be free within you and feel what it is for you to be free within the universe. 

Don’t worry about your critiquing yourself as you awaken from body consciousness to your authentic presence and  by that truth being readopted as your chosen consciousness here. 

So what happens to me? To that sense of self that I am chronically here, when I temporarily regain my self awareness? Well there is a lot to shift in a body with this many problems that are unresolved. What will allow you to resolve your life problems? 

Observe your life now from your authentic presence and allow your body to follow what that is. Allow the body to readjust and harmonize: to come into a state of harmony with your awakened self. Don’t try to do anything with the body: just try to maintain the awareness of your awakening. How the reality responds around that doesn’t need to be managed. Your only task is to be aware of self, separate from the body. What ever that view is that is before and after the body: know that in your body, right now and allow that to bring into clarity what it is that you need to do now with your body. Where do you need to take it? What does it need to say? What does it need to do so that your life can be moved into a state of harmony? Your body is to be in a state of harmony with this world. Allow your body to be inspired how to do that with your eternal presence.

The body will take care of yourself, just be your truth here. You don’t need to direct your energy, you don’t need to control your energy. You don’t need to decide if it is too high or too low. All you have to do is stop being the body and start being you. 
It feels good for a body to have a free spirit in it. It feels good for a consciousness that is free be the mirror for the body to emulate. Release yourself from the limitations of the body by being you instead of it. Of course I am me, I am not my body, but my historical identification with it has created a horrible life and a second rate manifestation, which I no longer am controlled by. I am no longer controlled by the manifestation that I have been here, because I control my consciousness by choosing to maintain my awareness on eternal truth, on what I am eternally: the truth of that. 

Just choose to allow yourself to be that whenever you slip away from it. So, as much as we have slipped away from it: we choose to be aware of it more, until our truth becomes us and this body begins to become; true eternally. Allow your body to become a measure of eternity. A measure, a manifestation, a realization, a creation in form of that which is eternally aware. Give your body that freedom by being you here; true to you. So at the point that you feel that: feel that release, allow your gratitude to flow and allow that gratitude to awaken you even more within your realization of the eternal truth of you.

We’re allowing the body to do what ever it wants to do so long as it doesn’t try to trap our conscious as identifying that we are it, instead of us, or instead of me. We allow the body to “tag along with us,” but not to burden us in any way. Because we allow it to be free: we allow it the freedom of eternity. The freedom of a knowing, harmonious, interaction with the divine and then as the divine as we open to becoming reacquainted with our divine self and then allowing our consciousness to encompass that. We allow out consciousness to encompass our divine self. Wow, that takes quiet a shift in your embodiment, allowing Your consciousness to encompass your divine self, is asking a lot from an embodied consciousness, because your asking for a fundamental shift and whats wrong with having a fundamental shift or a fundamental kiss? The kiss of life and of death, of light and of darkness, of eternal knowing and of divine truth. We’re not going to say that we allow that to be us: we just in each moment recognize even more that its always us: we’re always true, I’m always me, you are always you and thats the way things are and the way things will be. Now, set yourself free.  

Set yourself free by being one with the truth. You don’t need to spend a long time figuring things out: just be present, eternally. Become consciousness enough in that moment, where you make a decision to make a decision that benefits you and blesses you. 

Its very tempting thinking that I need to do something with the body, when in truth what I need to do is more fully realize myself so my reality comes into harmony with that. So just focus on your self realization only and allow reality, including your body to shift in response to your embrace of eternal truth and your realization of that through you. 

Keep in mind that anything that is giving you instructions is not you. Taking instructions from anyone, is you not you living your truth. If your living your truth, then you are more conscious than the person who is trying tell you how to improve your life. Don’t be confused about what it is that you do here and how you accomplish it. You don’t accomplish it by taking the point of view that you are anything less than anyone else here. You don’t accomplish it by taking the point of view that you are more than anyone else here, even if thats true, its not how you free yourself. You free yourself by realizing the truth that never considers the misfortune of another is a benefit to yourself. If that is who you maintain your consciousness as, then your life is going to be a rather miserable one. 

Take the time to do this as an exercise with your body: don’t move your body, don’t even really pay a lot of attention to it. Give it the freedom to move in harmony with, shall we say; your divine presence? The part of you that is resistant to hearing that for yourself is not your truth, so just consider: can I  make a quantum step in the right direction of being more wholly me? Well, the part thats lost cant, but the part thats true can take responsibility for being fully present here. So don’t do anything with your body, just knowingly choose to be fully present here when you are with your body. 

Hmm, the you that has an agenda here, its not you. Relax out of that and know your truth first instead. Before you “agenda-size” yourself here, which effectively euthanizes your truth from being present here, “damns you into being a lie.” Before you do that again, just look and find a place where it is easy to be here as your truth and sit there in that place and allow that truth to be you. 

Be aware of your body, but don’t focus on it. Treat it like it is a puppy or a kitten that you like: smile when it is around. Be happy that your pet is here that loves you.
