Ascension is achieved by allowing the divine to descend and envelop you. There by dissolving the false truths, that you allowed to direct your experience here, in your fallen state of consciousness.
It is normal to know the truth.
It is normal to be free.
It is normal to be joyful and loving.
It is abnormal to be trapped in a state of body identified, limitation.
