they still play or are even allowed to play that game. The law of the 2nd great
commandment implies that we can only love others as much as we love our selves.
So our relationship with the parts of ourselves is a important part of Truth.
Getting in touch with the "Kingdom within" does release us and has released me
from various evils or negativities. Consistancy seems to be the hard part.
Looking at the good in our past that helped make us what we are now, is a good
exercise for making the now better. Many people can have stuck attentions on
feelings or impulses they may be working on staying away from. People (me, being
one example) make look for reasons and causes for those neg sensations that we
do not want to feel so they can cast them away or cut mental ties with those
patterns, entities or feelings. And this process does work in some cases, but it
is still kind of a neg process as it involves takening out the garbage or
finding some "BAD" cause to blame the neg feelings on. Spending that time
appreciating the GOOD in ourselves is a more productive use of time. There is
less room for the pain when we see the good, or "Notice God" more, as 'you know
who' always says. If we can embrace those low days that does minimize thier
effects. Yes, its a good exercise, to accept what we are. Instead of raging
against the darkness.

Hello Tim,

You are exactly right, if you clean your house every day of what you don't like
there, it will just fill back up again with more stuff that you don't like.
Something that works when allowed to, is to just watch your house and react or
respond to nothing, no feeling, no energy, no thought and no entities. Soon you
will find that you are no longer interesting to all of the things that you used
to be upset about in your kingdom within and they will all leave of their own
accord to find someone or something that they can interact with on their
frequency. This leaves your house perminantly clean and a welcome place for your
eternal consciousness to embody and when that happens you are free to be as you
choose.
