Welcome your truth into the embodied consciousness of your body 

Part 1

We’re going to start off with an orientation first, so that you have an intellectual understanding of where we are going and then once you are orientated, then we are going into the experience. It is the experience that is true not the words, so what I am about to say is just to orient us so that we end up at the destination that I would like us to. OK? 

I spent years doing energy work and as a result some of what you will see me do is following the energy of what it is that opens our way to freedom. We find our way to freedom by feeling where we are and allowing ourselves to be moved by what is. So if you are like me and you have tension and pain in your body, I sometimes get into a position where my body is not restricted and free to move and I just say: oh boy does this hurt and I dive into the pain and discomfort that I hold in my body for whatever good reason that there is for it and then it just dissipates because I put my awareness on it without intention other than to know and to understand and to be here as my truth. So thats the first point: it is that you choose to be here as the truth that is worthy of being called divine. Divinely free, divinely conscious, eternally true and eternally knowing of the truth of what ever it is that you are dealing with in any point that you are interacting with reality here. 

Choose to allow yourself to experience whatever is ultimately true for you, regardless of whatever it is that is going on circumstantially around you. Allow yourself to maintain enough awareness here for you to act appropriately for whoever you are with: don’t allow this reality and the level of consciousness that is exhibited in it by everyone around you to be a determining factor in your own choice of what level of consciousness  your existing as here. There is no reason here for you to not embrace the infinite possibilities of wondrous freedom and success for yourself that are available. So, allow yourself to be at home exactly as you are: there is nothing for you to change at all. If you try to change anything about yourself: you are disturbing the divine flow that will reward you with your fondest desire if you will simply stop trying to fix yourself from a level of consciousness that knows that it is confused and knows that it doesn’t know that the way out of here is not disabled, with validating yourself at a level of consciousness here where you struggle with this reality. 

When you are at a level of consciousness where you are in confusion or when you recognize an inability to successfully deal with any aspect of reality here: where reality isn’t serving your highest desire for yourself: that is all that you need to know for you to say, time out. Just like you do with your kids: time out for you, because you’ve gone unconscious and unaware in regards to your own eternal truth and when you don’t know what that is, here, as an embodied consciousness, when you don’t know your eternal truth here as an embodied consciousness. The only thing that you can do is say: OK, I recognize that I have accepted an Identity for myself if disability, of human-ness, of temporal-ness, of materialness and have lost completely my connection to my eternal knowing, my eternal being, my presence of self as something that is wondrous, truly.

So, now that you know that you have damned yourself here: you’ve stopped yourself from realizing your eternal truth here, if your not self-realized as the eternal here: you’ve damned, which just means that you have stopped yourself from being that. If your eternal truth is divine, if your eternal truth is Godly, if your eternal truth is ultimate freedom: that can only be stopped by it’s own choice to experience itself as something other than that.

So, just recognize that the conditions that you have in your lives now, are 100% created by your choice to experience yourself in that way. So, congratulations, you’ve put yourself in a perfect position, in this moment, to experience yourself exactly as you are. So, from the point of view of your human beingness: allow yourself to be moved by the eternal, by the non-material, by the non-identified and non-affected by the things of this world and instead allow your manifestation here and your consciousness of self here to be changed by that which is true from age to age, from time to time, past, present and future: that which never changes. Allow that to change you.

If you allow the changeable to change you: then all you have done is confused yourself about who and what you are, because you cannot be changed. So, that which you believe yourself to be here, that you have identified with, that is not you: You identified as “that”. As that, surrender to the infinite truth of the eternal knowing of God consciousness. Allow that to reward you with knowing what your eternal truth is right now in this moment. So, consciously surrender to that which knows all that will ever be true of you, from the beginning of time, to beyond the end of time. Receive into your body the knowing, the experience, the understanding and the awareness of you: the eternal self. Yes, yes, yes to that. Yes, yes, welcome yourself here. Yes, just welcome your truth here: its not that hard. It’s not that hard if the truth of you is God, which it is. If the truth of you is God: all you have to do to achieve what it is that you wish to here, is to welcome your truth into the embodied consciousness of your body. 

As that sense of self that you have misidentified yourself as, as that sense of self: dive in to that. Oh yes, oh yes, “oh so this is what it is like to be human, this is what it is like to be embodied, this is what it is like to be confused!” I like it here, I love it here, in fact: my eternal love of all life, is now enraptured and inter twined with the experience of being me. Allow yourself that truth, because it in fact is the only truth and that truth is: we are here and we are conscious and we know that it opens up as wide as we let it and all we have to do is relax into that: there’s nothing else, there’s no secrets, there’s no authorities, there’s no teachers. There’s only this: you are divine, you are eternal, you are the absolute itself, experiencing life as a uniquely identified individual. Receive your truth of that willingly into your body and allow that to free you from that which has disabled you completely from having any understanding whatsoever regarding the eternal truth of you.
