Experience yourself, you are wonderful. Let go of limitation and embrace the free flow. The only thing that holds limitation in place is you, you are holding on to it.

Awaken in and to your divinity as oneness. Ask, how fast can we let go of all of our attachments and limitations when we are connected to our divinity?

Move the body in divine consciousness, it's like moving the body for the first time. Move slowly in complete consciousness, feel every movement and remember, you really can't let anything go until you love it.

Everything, including creations need love and appreciation in order to be fulfilled and realized in perfection. So you cannot reject anything, you have to look at it and flow it love until it leaves.

Flow joy for all, four flows as you are releasing your limitations, pains, sorrows and regrets.
Flow joy from:

you to others,
others to others,
others to you,
you to yourself.

Continue until you love your enemies.
Actually do it. You are not going to lose anything by others being free.
Now you are beginning to understand what it is to be God. God is about love and Joy for all creation not just one person.

There is no lack of love, there is no lack of joy. Everyone should be filled with both. When you are filled with love and joy, you are nice to everyone. That's what makes heaven such a great place, everyone loves you and is happy for you to be with them.

Feel that? Loving your enemies frees you of your burdens and gives you the peace that you were seeking. Don't be shy, flow joy to all, including the disgusting,the unlovable, the evil and the people who don't deserve it that you cannot stand.

Knowing the truth is easy, love all always. All things love to be loved. Still afraid that someone is going to get you?
