Life should be a living meditation, where you are aware of the joy of every aspect of living.
Make a habit of choosing to be aware always.
The more that you are aware of, the more you are cause and the less you are at effect.

Isn’t it interesting?
We are at ease. (Repeat until the entire body relaxes)
Isn’t it interesting, that we are ok with all?
Isn’t it interesting, that we are at peace?
Isn’t it interesting, given this bodies history and circumstances, that we are at complete ease and harmony here.

Freedom, is always better than the alternative, organized unconsciousness.

I do not have to do
Anything.

Divinity, is different than polarization, with polarization, you make it happen. With divinity, you choose what you wish for and you allow it to happen.

Divinity gets what it desires through choice, then allowance. This takes considerable retraining, as you have to allow for your desired outcome to happen for and be enjoyed, by everyone. Not just yourself.

Joy for all, easy to say, tough to live as your reality, when you have accepted competition and survival of the fittest, as your operating reality for as long as you can remember.
To remember divinity, is worth the non-effort and is sweet indeed and in deed and once tasted, is irresistibly attractive. A welcome refuge, for the tired soul, who longs to be whole.
