Your meditations (on the stairway to Heaven) are much like a poetic plea for tolerance, to which I certainly agree. At the heart of your faith is an absolute faith that God is good. Again I heartily agree.

Your urging called to mind the famous quip about Richard Nixon, 'Now there's a man out of touch with his body!' If as you say we shouldn't urge people to change the course they're already on, how do we overturn racial segregation in the South (the great accomplishment of the Sixties), how do we suggest to people to get in touch with their bodies? Will they if we tell them how good it feels? First, I suppose we have to gain their trust. How do we do that? That's my only perplexity!

All individuals justify their behavior as good or at least the best course of action that is available to them. Evil does not recognize itself as evil but as good and right. When both sides of an argument or position see themselves as good and right and the other as evil, misguided or wrong, both sides resist the other to the end.

Your question has within it, the assumption that proper behavior must be enforced and is more desirable than realization, enlightenment or merger with God.
You live in a city, (Florence, Italy) that is overrun with tourists from all over the world, why? 500 years ago, a small group of sensitive souls, made the celebration of beauty, design and the arts, the primary enjoyment in their lives. They had the means to pay for them and caused the minds of the more conscious people, to devote themselves to the creation and celebration of beauty. Their creations continue to inspire the world 500 years later. They inspire us to raise our minds above conflicts, above right and wrong and cause us to contemlpate the infinite that is accessible through divine form, structure and beauty.

Inspiration is what causes man to change, not struggle and conflict. Sure there is a winner in conflict and the victor is able to impose his will on the conquered, but that is not the type of change that allows for a redemption of our consciousness, to the realms of the divine, that brings all true joy. In short, you lead by example. You show how life can be when harmony is chosen, when beauty is chosen, when grace and compassion are chosen. When excelence is choses. It only took a small group, to change a city, that changed an era of history, that makes us wonder 500 years later, why is the entire world not like this?

It begins with one person, choosing excellence and perfection. Then enjoying the rewards of his creations which inspire those around him to similarly to strive for the exceptional.

Those who embrace conflict have plenty to play their game with.
Are we not better off contemplating the state of mind that facilitated Michelangelo's works and what he connected with?
There will always be evil to fight and wrongs to be righted. but who is to judge of which they are and what is the most important thing to fight? There are opposing views to every position and only the victor gets to write the history of the triumph over the evil of the conqered.
So do you fight evil or celebrate the divine, that is occasionally manifest in life?
Celebrate? Then, find out how you can connect with and contribute to, the realization of the divine. Which is the only thing that will end all conflicts, by the inspiration, and the harmony that is absolutely compelling to everyone in divine perfection.

how do we suggest to people to get in touch with their bodies? Will they if we tell them how good it feels? First, I suppose we have to gain their trust. How do we do that? That's my only perplexity!

I have wondered the same thing for myself, as I have resisted the body for decades and found that the body when ignored, becomes a barrier to, connection with the divine. For the body is the filter through which we perceive reality. So for me to accomplish my goal of merger with the divine, I have to follow the instructions that the divine gives, when asked or stay at my current level of consciousness.
It may sound egotistical, but again example is the best way to inspire and I for my path must now confront what is required to perfect the body, to the point that the body itsself is a living inspiration. That path is the death of the ego and the desire and allowance of God to use the body as a temple and vehicle for the expression of the divine in the realm of the physical.

It is difficult for me to stay grounded in reality when I contemplate these things as the divine is always ready to welcome the sincere seeker. However, I have been fully involved in right wrong, good, evil positions myself and the transition back to my normal reality is often quite painful and so I have been deleting my connections with those who want to fight about anything, so that my normal reality is closer to what I experience in meditation.

Having abused my body for so long, if I am successful in making the transition to relative perfection, my example may be inspiring enough to be used as an example of how to get in touch with your body. Others will only trust by seeing the results of change that they admire. Which is how you gain their trust by showing verifiable, dramatic results.

Why do birds of a feather, flock together?
They share a similar reality,
They hold similar values,
They are comfortable with each other.
They protect each other.
They are at home with each other, because they are the same.
Have you noticed the beauty of the flight of a flock of birds, flying as one in unison?

Integration happens naturally when the parties have:
shared values
shared ideals
shared morality
and shared ideology.

When two or more groups of people are sharing the same space,
With widely divergent and firmly held views,
You end up with the middle east.
They should be separated or they will kill each other.
Even though each group is beautiful,
has high ideals
loves their family, friends and community.
They hate each other to the death.

In this instance the proper thing to do is to
allow each group to separate from the others and congregate
with those that they feel comfortable with.

Each group should be allowed to self govern, on their own land, according to their own values, without interference.
Do this and most conflicts will end.
You do not fight and kill those that you agree with, that you feel are the same as you.
Individuals could freely migrate between any group or society as long as they respect and obey the rules of the society that they choose to live in.


The relative success of each philosophy would soon be apparent. With the groups granting the greatest freedom to their members, achieving the greatest success.
The other, less successful groups with freedom to choose badly, without suppression.
Will then change for the better, in imitation of the more successful groups.
or not as they choose. Some may choose degradation, or other poor choices. But they must be allowed to.
Free choice and free association, is the point with absence of control from other groups.
Free people naturally choose to be good, to improve their lives to the best of their ability and knowledge.

God does not struggle, fight, and exert control over others and neither should his people, if they desire to be like unto God.
More freedom, results in more success for all.

David, you said that these thoughts come through you in meditation. Do you meditate in the morning? What form of meditation do you practice?

I meditate at almost every spare moment. I do many different types of meditation, according to what feels appropriate at the moment .

1. Traditional third eye meditation which consists of focusing my awareness on a location just inside my skin and between and above my eyes. While being conscious and letting all thoughts cease.

2. Doing nothing at all, focus only on awareness of the space that I am in without thought.

3. Kria Yoga. Split awareness between the crown and the fronts and backs of each chakra one at a time in rotation. with the eyebrows raised, tongue at the roof of my mouth and a slight smile.

4. Energy awareness. A focus on and merger with the pains, blockages and barriers of the body with complete allowance.

5. Holding my body still, while standing and waiting for it to move. It begins to move automatically from position to position, which releases the pains, blockages, barriers and unconsciousness that is held in the body. After a time this becomes a tai chi like dance, of divine flowing energy, that you just allow to happen and is quite beautiful.

6. The warriors walk. A slow walk, while seeing all at the same time. left, right, up down, near and far with the eyes held steady.

7. The awareness of God. Allowing a connection with all that is at the same time and allowing 2 way communication with all that is at the same time. This cannot be understood by the conscious mind it can only be experienced.

8. Release of considerations. I feel the pains, blockages, barriers, attachments etc... and feel the attachments in the brain and i allow them to unwind and dissipate.

9. Expansion of presence. Viewing my energy expanded out and encompassing the earth or solar syatem etc... as oneness.

There are others techniques and they tend to happen automatically as I transition to higher levels of consciousness. The techniques that are used at higher levels of consciousness just happen and are not available for me to describe in words. Those listed above, serve to get you to that point though, so it does not really matter. In fact, intellectual understanding of the processes, serves only to reinforce the ego. The key to freedom, is the repeated experience of freedom, until it becomes part of your being ness. The true meditation in each process is, complete surrender of control by the ego and identity. Which is no form, no structure, no significance, only allowance of all.

How you can return to oneness.

Given the circumstances that exist here and now, and according to the laws of allowance, harmony, grace, joy and love, what is the appropriate behavior for my body, as I allow God to be manifest through it?

Allow your body to be conscious of its connection to God. Every aspect of your body’s structure is permeated, by the presence of God. God is inescapable, only the perception of separation is possible in unconsciousness.

What is the highest frequency that this person or group and I can harmonize on? Then lead them there or be led there yourself, by resonance only.

There is nothing to be afraid of in heaven and earth, for we are all and you have chosen to be the host of all. Nothin can affect a being in allowance of God.

All paths meet, merge, and then dissolve. Into the truth of “I am aware” and “I choose to be”.
Travel your path with the confidence that you are guided by truth and that truth will be realized in your journey of life.

Doubts and regrets, are signals for you to open up to the truth, as you are focused on something that no longer exists.

Everything must be respected as the creation of God and allowed to be as it is. Do this by acknowledging that you cannot do it without the grace of and assistance from God.

Ask God to grant you the abitity to respect the proccess of creation, the evolution of consciousness and the free will and choices of all beings, without interferrance from one "who knows better".
The one who knows better, is not one who speaks with a mouth or travels in a car to get somewhere he is not.

Allow God to transform you,

Allow God by:
Giving up your right to direct the cource and circumstances of your life.

Allow yourself to hear Gods directions to you in your every circumstance and follow them.

Is it possible that the traditional image of Satan as an embodied Demon is accurate?

Is it possible that the image of God as an individual embodied man-god is accurate?

Is it possible that both beings and their images merely represent our own nature, at our best and our worst?, creation and destruction, love and hate, light and dark.

Is it possible that without reconciling both sides, we cannot be whole and free?

Is it possible that the devil could be forgiven and returned to his place in heaven as if he never fell?

The house of the lord is no longer divided against itself.

What you identify with you become

All of my identities are lies, including the one talking now.

All of my identities are roles only, they are not the truth.

There is no “figuring out life” as a human.
The roles are all unsatisfying in varying degrees.
Survival of the fittest, boring, scary or trapping, even as a winner, in this limited reality.

Where is the inspiration, the peace, the joy of being alive?
Is it in wanting nothing from live?
Being satisfied with a life of no possessions, no responsibilities, no relationships?
Is that what it takes to have peace and happiness here.
To be nothing and to have nothing?
To just exist only?

Why must we strive and fight to have a bountiful life?
Why can we not take pleasure in abundance and peace at the same time?
Is there a life worth living?
Does there exist, a life that appeals to all individual points of view?
Can there exist, a life that is admired and emulated by all?
Yes there is, the life of a free man, a man that respects all, that enjoys all, that loves all.

How can you or I be such a man?
Really, how can I be that man now?
One with all, all with one?
All within one?
Please set us free from our bondage.
We do not wish to live a life of polarity any more.
We are finished with fighting, with striving, with the struggle for survival.
We wish to live on a higher plane of existence, with friends that also wish for the same.
God grant us and all others, the pure desires of our hearts.
A life of joy, beauty, peace and satisfaction, harmony, interest, ease, fun, creativity and delight. What is required of us to have this life?

See the light, be the light of truth and awareness.

The life you describe is the native state of all beings. Return home to oneness.
How?
You are oneness in polarity, not oneness with polarity.
In the world, not of the world. Remember.

You are in a consciousness trapping reality. What you identify with you become.
You identify by resisting, reacting, aligning or agreeing with something.
To be free, you love everything and allow it all to be as it is.

So how do you create the reality you wish for, while allowing everything to be as it is?
You wish, then allow with consciousness and faith.
Your desired reality has a resonance that will attract other harmonious participants.

Its not that you cannot enjoy reality and all that it has to offer, its that you cannot be attached to it. Reality has to be allowed to flow, to shift, and to change, in order for you to truly enjoy it.
For the more difficult parts of reality, enjoy them as you would a sad or scary movie, see it, feel it, then go home, enriched with the experience and be ready for the next movie, a comedy adventure perhaps.
As for the other players, be an example of how to fully enjoy a movie without becoming trapped in it.

This is the first blog posting, I will be posting some previous writings from the past 2 years most of which wrote themselves during a meditative state. Nothing contained herin is to be taken seriously, considered special, important or other than possibly interesting.

The purpose of this blog is exploring the answers to the ultimate truth, that all religions have hinted at or directly stated. You are God in a fallen state of consciousness and can regain your natural state of being, which is a state without limitations of any ability.

What causes God to individuate and go unconscious? Or are these human bodies just now developed far enough for God to realize in finally?
God does not go unconscious by accident, it is by choice or God would not be God. If the forgoing is true and you are an unconscious God and you have the desire to manifest the truth of who you are through the human form, then it has to happen.
How does it happen?
Degree by degree as you wake up to the possibility that it can happen and as you become aware of and operate your life according to, the operating reality of heaven.

How does a divine reality operate?
Instantly, according to choice, grace, harmony, joy, love, consciousness, knowledge and awareness.

The experience of divine reality, is a celebration of consciousness, form and beauty. Harmonious interactions between beings that bring delight to all. Where no one chooses a behavior or action that limits, disappoints, or degrades anyone else and where everyone gets what they want, all of the time, without any limitation. No effort, no struggle, no opposition, only endless creations of unlimited, joyful, beautiful realities.

Are we in a universe that is perfectly balanced? where everything that happens is ok?
From an individual point of view, the answer is no. There are many things I dislike, such as War, suppression, meanness and coercion of all types. Yet we live in a world where everyone is free to take any action that they can think of, then to experience the consequences of their actions, according to the rules of the societies they live in. The resulting realization of a contemplative life, is to live by the golden rule, to be kind, gracious, generous and peaceful. To choose friends that are like minded, so that we can live a civilized life, to love our family, friends and community and to consider the consequences of our actions so that the experiences that we have, are the ones that we desire.

What if that is not enough for you? What if you want to know the truth of all things, To be still and Know that you are God or even better, to be active and know that you are God. Creating instantly your reality and your experiences as you desire them to be, moment by moment. How do we do that? If we are God, as our original, core state of being. It has to be possible, so how is it done? How can you transcend this reality of limitation while still being here in the body or rather perceiving reality through the vehicle and point of view of a human body?

If everyone is God in a fallen state then it stands to reason that everything that everyone else is doing, is ok for them and the first rule of behavior is to not challenge anyone else’s reality, or to make them wrong. They are experiencing the results of their choices and actions, so the first instruction is change only yourself and deal with each person on the level of consciousness where they are at. Respect their choices and realities. They are where they need to be in the process of waking up also. Nothing divine is ever forced on the unwilling.

The state of what we are discussing could be called heaven on earth. and earth then, would have the ability of maintaining separate realities according to the degree of divine consciousness of each being. Hell on earth, at the same time, for those with their attention, choices and consciousness at that level. This is why the true Yogi's and mystics don't show off their super natural abilities, except to each other. It is not appropriate. Everyone wakes up at their own time and it is ok that they take their time. Until that time, heaven is for those that are ready for it.
We will explore in future posts, the process of the transformation and redemption of consciousness and bodies, and the dissension of the divine into the world of form and structure, for the pleasure of divine beauty, divine motion and divine form in the physical realm.

It does not matter what you have done in past lives

When you take truth to a deeper level, all of the lies are true and to release the effect that they have on you, you have to come clean and admit them.

At some level of your consciousness you are aware of your entire history as a being. Throughout the eternities, you have tried everything and done everything. You have taken every position, both pro and con on every subject immagionable. Then you judged yourself and fell unconscious.

It does not matter what you have done in past lives, it only matters that you donot shut yourself off from the truth. The truth is only painful, if you resist it. When you have acheived all that you can using the technique of determining the truth, you will be left with a core of solidity and unconsciousness that responds well to: "I am that". It is a highly effective toolfor regaining freedom and consciousness.

Use I am that, on your chronic blockages and do not worry about what you may find out about yourself. You are always in control of what you choose to do now and If you know it all, you will make better more informed choices.

When you take truth to a deeper level than a single point of view in time. You begin to explore your history as a being, beyond the life and identity of the body that that you have now. Histories that may include: trying everything, doing everything and taking both sides, pro and con on every subject immagionable. If you have done this to any degree you then judged yourself and fell unconscious to your history. With your current, limited state of awareness, you do not know the truth of these past histories.

When you judge something as "bad" and you have done this something, you begin to resist knowing this truth and go unconscious to it so that you can identify your self (according to your current values) as good. So we have a situation where as an eternal being, we have done things that our normal waking conscious would identify as bad or evil. It does not matter what you have done in past lives, it only matters that you do not shut yourself off from the truth. The truth is only painful if we resist or react to it. At some level of consciousness, we are aware of everything, and know the truth of all things.

Some very effective tools exist to release yourself from all manner of blockages, pains, unconsciousness and limitations. Focus on what ever it is, that has you attention in the body and meditate upon it using the following mantras: "I am that" or "I accepted a lie here"You will be able to release layer upon layer of your blockages with this mantras.
Do not worry about what you may find out, it does not matter and you will always be in control of your experience. You will always control what you do now and if you "know it all" then you will be better equiped to make better more informed choices.
Choose to know.
"I am that"
The way out of limitation, taking responsibility for all.

Will I disappear if I merge with God?

When you begin to explore merger with the divine it is common to feel that you are disappearing and you and reality will cease to exist.


Knowing the truth will not cause reality, form and structures to disappear. It gives you the free choice to know, to be, to act, to create and to leave if you choose. It creates a faster free flowing reality in which you can sample being-nesses and circumstances then choose what you like. Realities, where forceful control and domination are irreverent, where beauty, harmony and joy are the norm, where love and spontaneous creation and peace can exist for all beings.

What does disappear are all of the lies, ideas, concepts, programming, thoughts, agreements, traumas and unconsciousness that has you trapped in a reality and Identity that are not the truth of who you are.

There is nothing to fear from the divine

It doesn't matter what you are, it is OK for you to be yourself.
We all have a fear that at our core we might be bad and so we block ourselves from the truth of who and what we are.

If you wish to be free of your limitations you have to let go of your self judgement, so that you can reexperience the true you and know yourself.

If you do not know your true self and nature, then how can you possibly make life choices that are interesting and fulfiling for you? The life that you have today is the only one that you have.

There is always a way to find and express joy and love in every situation, regardless of your circumstances. When you cease to judge yourself, your life and find a way to be joyful anyway, you open the door to change, transition, the improvement of the conditions of your life and the transformation of reality.

Allow things to be the way that they are and be joyful for your experience. Then you can choose to change and improve your circunstances, from the point of being the creator of your experiences and reality.

Do not identify yourself as the creation.

That is the source of your limitations and discomfort. to prove it to your self, feel the pain and discomfort of your normal state of beingness and how you deal and cope with life, then realize that it is a lie. It's not you, it is a manufactured reaction or strategy, fro dealing with life as a limited being or created life form and it lifts from the body when you recognise it as such, a coping mechanism, not you.

Observe your suppress ions, contractions, pains and sufferings then see what happens to them when you consider the possibility that they are a lie, they lift and leave. What remains is joy, love and consciousness which is what you are.

As you live your life and experience limitations, ask if they are another lie, that you have accepted as the truth. If it becomes lighter and lifts then it was a lie.
If it is solid, it is a lie
if it hurts, it is a lie
if it constricts, it is a lie
The truth flows freely, without limitation, opposition,or effort.

What is the truth and how do you identify a lie?

I had a friend call today to ask for my advice about what she should do with her boyfriend whom she had caught in a lie. I meditated about it and came up with some information that was quite freeing for me and interesting enough that I will be using the information in my own path of knowing the truth. I hope you also find it interesting, if not useful in your life as well.

The question about lying should be directed at yourself rather than your boyfriend and it would be: What prevents you from knowing the truth of a statement at the time that it is made?

The answer is: Your acceptance as the truth, of one or more primary lies about who and what you are, is the basis of your problem. When you accept as truth, a lie about yourself, then a new lie feels the same to you as something that you "know" is true and so we become incapable of divining the truth.

The first big lie that most of us accept as the truth, is that we are "the body" and that we were created. The truth is, that we always have been and always will be ourselves, with or without a body. So first,

Do not identify yourself as your body or as a creation. You are a creator not a creation.

Identification as the creation is the source of your limitations and discomfort.
To prove this to yourself, feel the pain and discomfort of your normal state of beingness, how you deal or cope with life, then consider the possibility that it is all a lie.
It is not you. It is a manufactured reaction or strategy for dealing with life as a limited being or created life form and it lifts from the body as you recognize it as such. It is a coping mechanism, not you.

Observe your suppression's, contractions, pains and sufferings. Then see what happens to them when you consider the possibility that they are also lies. They lift and leave. What remains is Joy, love and consciousness which is what you are.

As you live your life and experience limitations, ask each limitation or barrier to your freedom if they are another lie that you accepted as the truth. If they feel lighter as you ask the question, it is a lie. Identify it as a lie, feel it in your body, focus on how it feels until it leaves and you will be free of it. You will then have returned to you a degree of your natural freedom.

If it is solid, it is a lie.
If it hurts, it is a lie.
If it constricts and limits, it is a lie.
The truth flows freely, without limitation, oppression or effort.

Without knowing the truth of who and what you are, you do not have the information available to you to decide what course of action to take and what code of behaviors will bring you joy, love, fulfillment and satisfaction in your life here. So challenge your every accepted "truth" to determine if it is the truth or a lie and challenge every lie and see if it in fact may be the truth. Only you should decide for yourself what is true. Take the time to do so, you will be well rewarded.

When you know the truth, you will then know what you should do and who you should be with.

It is not your purpose to go anywhere else

God is whole, which means all inclusive, all encompassing. For you to be free, you also need to be whole. You cannot reject and part of what is. You don't have to have a lower frequency or consciousness be your primary reality, but you have to know it, you have to love it.

When a group of creations learns to love all creations, it becomes a divine reality. Divine reality is heaven on earth = God in motion through form.

How to unblock your body and open up to joy.

If you have pain, tension, numbness or stiffness in your body,
you body is telling you to slow down and listen.
Your body is blocked and it has not been unblocked by all your
therapy's, healers, medications and processes.
It is unblocked by allowance.
This means, stand still until the body starts moving by itself.
Do not move it. Wait, and allow your body to be still until it stats moving by itself.
You do nothing but stay conscious, wait and allow.
When the body starts to move, it will do so, very slowly.
You will feel various parts of the body activate where you hold chronic pain and tension.
Relax into the pain and tension and allow the body to continue to move.
The chronic spots are symptoms of a problem not the problem itself, which is why they are not cured by medication and therapy.
As the body begins to move,
Pay attention and you will begin to feel energy flowing up the legs and the spine.
The body will move and adjust to increase the flow of energy through the body.
This flow of energy will release the pain and blockages.
Your body may shift weight from side to side front to back,
hold different positions and then begin to walk very very slowly.
Let your body do what ever it wants to and you will begin to feel better both physically and mentally.

Your body is now moving through and releasing the traumas, shutdowns and limitations
that it has accumulated through out its life.
Allow the body to be in control and
it will resolve all of its problems by itself,
it knows what to do.

Bodies are meant to be moved by God, not by egos.

The purpose of the ego is to enjoy the presence of God and
the accompanying life of amazement and wonder.

To be effective in your transformation,
you have to make a new choice every few seconds, as
we have piled up such a dense amount of polarity for ourselves,
that most of us allow ourselves only small incremental improvements in out conditions.
The good news is,
that these incremental improvements are
instantaneous.
However, once we receive the result of our choice, we have to acknowledge it and move on.
If we continue to focus on a choice after we have received the instant improvement,
without making a new choice (to further improve) we create new polarity and solidity for ourselves,
and we make no progress.

So once you fell the release in your body as a result of your choice,
acknowledge it,
give gratitude and thanks for the improvement and
make a new choice, acknowledge, give thanks and
continue on for the duration of the time,
that you have set aside for your session of transformation.

Once you become comfortable with the process,
it accelerates into a continuous transformation towards perfection and freedom.

This was a story-letter I wrote to a “darksider” friend of mine after a uncomfortable dream I had. It may resonate on some level with you also

Hidden underneath our unconsciousness pretense of goodness, is a sadistic depravity that delights in the entrapment and merciless theatrical torture and murder of innocent individuals, societies and worlds. All dedicated to an evil being of darkness that is us. Observing, knowing and taking responsibility for this possible past life or other dimensional history, we can now integrate it in to our conscious reality here and let it go. We then can look beyond that reality, a reality that hid our conscious knowingness due to our not taking responsibility for it. We then can observe and access the limitless possibilities of being that are available to all beings.
I am that I am the origin of the fall of consciousness in this reality, the instigator and creator of entrapping unconsciousness and limitation. We chose to end this pretense of an interesting game by changing our mind at the moment prior to our conception of this reality. We now allow the solidity of this reality to unwind from its densest point in the universe, a point that existed within us and from there free all that entered this reality and became eternally trapped in a maze of diminishing consciousness.
A new game the redeemer of consciousness, open to all who take responsibility for their his-story. A most rewarding game, where all players win and everyone receives what they wish for all of the time, at no expense to anyone else. A game of no significance, no special-ness, no limitations, a return home, where everyone loves and is loved, where delight is normal, in light we are, as light we exist.
