Do nothing except for realizing your truth.

At least do a little "absolute nothing" every day. There is nothing to it but
the enlightenment of knowing all.

As a body identified consciousness; be absolutely in allowance of your beingness
(the "youness" of you) having nothing whatsoever to do with your life and the
manifestation of your body. Just watch what is in stillness.

When you let go to that degree, the consciousness of all that is was allowed
into your body and that is what consciousness shows up as the lower
consciousness identity voluntarily chooses to step aside as the creator of your
movement and presence here. He just watches his manifestation until his
realization of his eternal truth downloads into his body as a result of the lack
of creation from a lower consciousness.

When you cease to create as a lower consciousness, your higher consciousness
then steps in and takes over. It's a simple process and a simple truth. The
salvation of self by self without effort, end of the old beginning of the new
you which is your oldest truth; it's you, it's only you and it was always only
you as the cause of your reality, even when you share that reality with other
self determined consciousnesses.

Don't talk about your truth, be your truth, don't figure it out; live your truth
by stopping your creation in this reality when you do not, by your own
awareness, know what your unchanging truth is here.

Stop being a lie, by lying down and taking a divine break of creating nothing
while you are waiting for your self realization.
