If you wish to be on stage, then you must be a respecter of persons, for persons of prominence need to be accommodated on the public stage and once you accommodate one of them, well then you have the whole hierarchy to deal with; each one more prominent than the one before and each one more special than the one before. It’s better for you to stay home and wholly you, than to diminish your reality by sharing it with the pretentious.
I’m looking for a God who will let me into heaven after I have lived a life of doing exactly what I want to. Seems to me that that would be the heaven that I would enjoy. It’s interesting that we should have such an internal resistance to the concept of doing what we want to here with our lives, is it a virtue to deny ourselves our best lived life?
You can't turn the whining judgmentalism of a dualistic existence identity into the fountain of divine nectar, that is everlasting life, but the nice thing is that there’s only one prerequisite for divinity and that is; a current, present and continuous willingness to let go of everything else.
