Val,

This is just another way to change things, that's all. Observation as a
meditative discipline will change everything about you that you don't like, as
well as the things that you like that are lies. It is my preferred process as it
grants an allowance of beingness to what is that results in your self
realization into greater truth in an effortless manner.
