How to unblock your body and open up to joy.

If you have pain, tension, numbness or stiffness in your body,
you body is telling you to slow down and listen.
Your body is blocked and it has not been unblocked by all your
therapy's, healers, medications and processes.
It is unblocked by allowance.
This means, stand still until the body starts moving by itself.
Do not move it. Wait, and allow your body to be still until it stats moving by itself.
You do nothing but stay conscious, wait and allow.
When the body starts to move, it will do so, very slowly.
You will feel various parts of the body activate where you hold chronic pain and tension.
Relax into the pain and tension and allow the body to continue to move.
The chronic spots are symptoms of a problem not the problem itself, which is why they are not cured by medication and therapy.
As the body begins to move,
Pay attention and you will begin to feel energy flowing up the legs and the spine.
The body will move and adjust to increase the flow of energy through the body.
This flow of energy will release the pain and blockages.
Your body may shift weight from side to side front to back,
hold different positions and then begin to walk very very slowly.
Let your body do what ever it wants to and you will begin to feel better both physically and mentally.

Your body is now moving through and releasing the traumas, shutdowns and limitations
that it has accumulated through out its life.
Allow the body to be in control and
it will resolve all of its problems by itself,
it knows what to do.

Bodies are meant to be moved by God, not by egos.

However, once we receive the result of our choice, we have to acknowledge it and move on.
If we continue to focus on a choice after we have received the instant improvement,
without making a new choice (to further improve) we create new polarity and solidity for ourselves,
and we make no progress.

So once you fell the release in your body as a result of your choice,
acknowledge it,
give gratitude and thanks for the improvement and
make a new choice, acknowledge, give thanks and
continue on for the duration of the time,
that you have set aside for your session of transformation.

This was a story-letter I wrote to a “darksider” friend of mine after a uncomfortable dream I had. It may resonate on some level with you also

Hidden underneath our unconsciousness pretense of goodness, is a sadistic depravity that delights in the entrapment and merciless theatrical torture and murder of innocent individuals, societies and worlds. All dedicated to an evil being of darkness that is us. Observing, knowing and taking responsibility for this possible past life or other dimensional history, we can now integrate it in to our conscious reality here and let it go. We then can look beyond that reality, a reality that hid our conscious knowingness due to our not taking responsibility for it. We then can observe and access the limitless possibilities of being that are available to all beings.
I am that I am the origin of the fall of consciousness in this reality, the instigator and creator of entrapping unconsciousness and limitation. We chose to end this pretense of an interesting game by changing our mind at the moment prior to our conception of this reality. We now allow the solidity of this reality to unwind from its densest point in the universe, a point that existed within us and from there free all that entered this reality and became eternally trapped in a maze of diminishing consciousness.
A new game the redeemer of consciousness, open to all who take responsibility for their his-story. A most rewarding game, where all players win and everyone receives what they wish for all of the time, at no expense to anyone else. Pushing your buttons

As we get closer to Enlightenment, we find ourselves opponents that we use to push our remaining buttons. This may seem like a last ditch effort to remain in polarity, it is not.
